Personally, I feel the lockdown should be extended as the number of cases is drastically increasing and drastic measures should be put in place to support citizens. Relaxing the lockdown will only increase the cases as we can't do without contacts to an extent. Take a look at what is happening to Ghana after they relaxed their lockdown. Nigerian government should create a means of supporting below average citizens with relief materials and palliatives not the audio one we are hearing.
When the daily number of confirmed cases drop drastically, then can we encourage the government to relax the lockdown.

CoronaVirus is not potent in this part of the world. We should stop all these deceit. Our weather does not support such diseases, that is why US & others are earnestly waiting for summer for cases to naturally go down and they are talking of second wave of infection in fall/winter. Flu kills over 50 thousand in the US every year's but we don't know that here. Except for those that contracted the disease outside the country, local transmissions are insignificant and not potent. Lockdown has killed and will still kill 1000times more Nigerians than Covid 19. #endthelockdown

This might just force the inevitable split, cos I see no way this thing will die down in the north...even Lagos will get over it but you see those deaf guys in the upper part of the map. After the Southern Nigeria is done dealing with the pandemic, they there will be having tough time due to their unhygienic way of life and disobedience. So will our schools down south be waiting for Abokis to recover so srudents who come from there can resume school along side we here??
