I stay in Sunderland and school at Teesside. In terms of accomodation, the prices aren't that far apart. But try to secure accommodation early enough cause that is another war on it's own.

But if you're looking at more job prospects live in Sunderland which is closer to Gateshead, Newcastle, Durham, Washington.

As regards Middlesbrough, it will be harder cause the influx of Nigerians to Middlesbrough is on the rise oooo.. Middlesbrough is a small place.

At this junction, I need tips on how to get any menial jobs. I don apply for indeed, I can't even count the unfortunately emails I don get.

It doesn’t take anything for your school to edit your CAS and include your new passport number. Let them know and correct it.

My school can take forever to respond even after i uploaded my new passport before they issued the CAS.
What would you advise?

Apply with the new passport, please. The old passport number is always on the old one. If in doubt, use a cover letter to address this.

My CAS is out and i noticed that my old passport number was used on the CAS which will expire on the 26th of Jan. 2023. Although, i already have my new international passport. Can i go ahead and apply for VISA using the old passport details then attach my new passport to the old one on the day of biometrics?

My Mum also used this steps for my son when he had jaundice around 2 weeks old, i was furious at first but it really really worked. I can attest to this.

I was in ile-ife when my uncle's wife gave birth. When we got home, we realized he has jaundice. The solutions which grandma recommended, although she was a nurse but she used a combination of some home made solutions
1. You allow your baby get a glimpse of the morning sun, that one around 8 to 10am filled with VIT D, not the crazy sunrays in the afternoon oo
2. You get unripe papaya, you wash it well, you slice it with the bark, endocarp and seeds in it, and soak in water. The baby takes a teaspoon morning and night and the mom take a quarter cup of it daily.
3. To clear the yellow eyes, the mom would occasionally sprinkle her breast milk into his eyes.

I know these maybe dumb, but it was something I witnessed and it worked.

I currently work for a company based in Australia remotely close to a year now. Am in the IT sector.

The Manager once told me they secured PR for a Nigerian that was before the whole Covid issue.

I have plans to relocate with my family and have been considering Canada or Australia but my wife is concerned about the distance...
doesn't want to stay too far from her family.

As guy man, am just looking for the easiest route. Will my experience with this Australia company make things easy for me?

Or better still if the company decides to assist with the PR, what would be left of me to do here in Nigeria?

My 6months boy have been so cranky..and it's affecting us mentally.

I don't know if it is just teething or only cold or both...I hate to see him so uncomfortable.

- He has catarrh (runny)
- Coughs (anytime he does this, I can sense
mucus in his throat/chest area)
- Fever (37.4 Deg. Celcius, it drops when he
uses paracetamol)
- this morning now he has lost appetite..the last time he ate was around 4AM
- Cranky attitude

My wife does EBF

Drugs we use for him (was prescribed by the Dr yesterday)

PCM, Vamee C..this morning I had to go rush and buy Tixylix...

I am tired...what else can we do to relief him...seeing him in that state is making me feel bad.

My 6months son had vitamin A at the hospital yesterday.. through this night till this morning..he was cranky, didn't sleep well and had fever.

He has runny nose and coughs as if he want to vomit.

Doctor said vitamin A does not have such side effect and said maybe it common cold.
She said we should get "piriton expectorant".
Is this drug good to use for a 6months baby.

@Joshua62, as long as English is your language of teaching in school or your first language in your country, most UK University doesn't require IELTS but it will help others to give you a well tailored answer if you mention the country in UK or better still the name of the school
