it is a serious criminal offence to hack into INEC database, it is a treason offence if established. No matter how unreasonable allegations he is bringing forward, atiku and obi will never rule Nigeria. Going to court by atiku is a gross abuse of court processes
So Atiku going to court is an abuse of court processes and all the time Buhari lost and went to court wasn'thuh

FamilyMy Wife Beats Me For Getting Home Late, Man Tells Court by Josnac(op): 7:56pm On Mar 20, 2019
Ibadan.
Oluwatosin Bakare, an Ibadan-based businessman, on Wednesday told an Ile-Tuntun Customary Court sitting in Mapo, Ibadan, to dissolve his seven-year-old union to his wife, Enitan, because she frequently beats him.

Bakare, who lives at Labo owo, Dugbe area of Ibadan, cited frequent battery and threat to his life as reasons for his prayers for divorce.
“My refusal to make a thorough research before I eventually got married to Enitan is the reason behind my problem today.

“My lord, as soon as Enitan got into my house, she began to act strange. She challenges my authority on most issues.

“ I have made efforts to correct her misbehaviour by informing our pastor, but rather than turn a new leaf, Enitan’s attitude worsened, making the pastor’s intervention ineffective.

“In October 2018, Enitan, on entering our bedroom, gave me a deafening slap as she followed it up by bringing out a knife to stab me.
“I, however, managed to escape unhurt.

“I can’t count the number of times she had attacked and torn my clothes in the Church and at other public gatherings.
“Sometimes, if I leave the office late, Enitan would challenge me and even beat me on getting home.

“On Nov.16, 2018 Enitan attacked me with a chisel in the Church.

“I stopped reporting her to her parents because they were obviously not interested in what becomes of her.
“Since I married Enitan, seven years ago, she has not conceived. And evidently, there is no more love between Enitan and I, so do separate us,” he said.

The respondent, who, however, opposed the divorce, was unable to deny most of the allegations leveled against her.
Enitan, a Laboratory attendant, instead submitted that her spouse was the best man to be with.

“My lord, our pastor is the problem in my marriage to Oluwatosin.
“The pastor has convinced my husband to marry another woman from his Church.
” I noticed a change in my husband since I had a miscarriage. He refused to show any concern.
“He started coming home late and also stopped performing his roles as husband,” she said.
The President of the court, Chief Henry Agbaje, requested them to provide more evidence to substantiate their claims.

He adjourned the matter until April 4, and asked them to produce their relatives. (NAN)

Honestly there are too many loopholes in the Nigerian constitution and politicians are dealing with the masses as a result of these.

How on earth will one country have so many duplicate government agencies, parastatals and laws??

We have National ID cards, driving license, voter's card..can't any of these be harmonised into one?

EFCC, ICPC, Special presidential taskforce on corruption or whatever... I don tire joor

PoliticsPDP Drags Justice Inyang To NJC by Josnac(op): 10:27am On Mar 20, 2019
ABUJA-The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has petitioned the National judicial Council, NJC, over what it called the violation of the Constitution and Electoral Act by Justice Ekwo Inyang of the Federal High Court, Abuja, who on Tuesday granted an exparte order, barring the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, from going ahead with the collation of votes in the Bauchi state governorship election in Tafawa Balewa Local Government Area of the state.

The party said in granting an exparte order stopping INEC from concluding the election, “Justice Inyang violated Section 87(11) of the Electoral Act, which states that no court has the power or jurisdiction to stop any election pending the determination of a suit.”

In an affidavit sworn to by the PDP’s National Chairman, Prince Uche Secondus, in Abuja, the party notes that issues of collation of results and declaration of winner, is a post-election event and, therefore, falls under the Electoral Act and Constitutional provisions for the election petition tribunal.

The affidavit stated: “Despite this clear provision of the law, Justice Ekwo decided to hear the application of Alhaji Mohammed Abubakar and his political party, the All Progressives Congress, APC, within twenty four hours on 19th March, 2019 and issued an order on INEC not to continue with the election until the case before him is finally decided.

“That the collation of results is a post-election event and under section 87(11) of the Electoral Act, no court has the power or jurisdiction to stop any election pending the determination of a suit.

“That an election includes voting, collation of results and the declaration of results.
“That as a result of the order on the Independent National Electoral Commission, the conclusion of the Bauchi State Governorship election which was to take place on 19th March 2019 was stalled.

“That the order of Justice Ekwo was made contrary to the provisions of the Constitution of Nigeria, 1999 as amended dealing without fair hearing and also section 87(11) of the Electoral Act.

“That the Chief Justice of Nigeria has constituted the various Election Petition Tribunals in Nigeria to handle such cases and the assumption of jurisdiction by Justice Inyang Ekwo is an affront to the constitution and electoral wishes of the people of Tafawa Balewa Local Government Area and Bauchi State”

The PDP insisted that not only did Justice Inyang “violated the clear provisions of the Electoral Act, the motion granted is also an affront to the electoral wishes of the people of Bauchi State who have clearly chosen their next governor in voting for the PDP’s candidate, Senator Bala Mohammed.”

SportsPSG Considering Legal Action Against Manchester United Legend Evra by Josnac(op): 10:13am On Mar 20, 2019
Paris Saint-Germain are considering all possible legal action to take before making a decision on whether to pursue Patrice Evra following his latest attack on the Ligue 1 leaders, sources have told ESPN FC.

Evra celebrated wildly in the stands after former club Manchester United knocked PSG out of the Champions League thanks to Marcus Rashford's last-gasp penalty.

Following the game, his former Monaco teammate Jerome Rothen accused Evra of a "lack of respect" and Evra replied with the threat: "Next time I see you, I'm going to slap you in the face."

But the former France captain's response did not stop there.
"Here it is Manchester," Evra was filmed saying in the back seat of a taxi on Sunday. "Stop supporting teams who will never win.

"Even my cousin who is in the front [of the car] is p----- off. Paris, you are some f----ts, some f----ts, I'm telling you. We [United] put our D team [against PSG] and we did you. Some kids played -- they used to clean my boots. They don't even have sperm [yet]. Paris, you are some p---ies."
Evra finished his video by reminding Rothen: "I will f---ing slap you in the face."

The video was filmed on Sunday after Evra had been in Paris for the opening of a barbershop by Paul Pogba's brother, Florentin, but only emerged on Monday.

PSG issued a statement condemning Evra.
"PSG strongly condemns Patrice Evra's homophobic insults towards the club, its representatives, and its former player [Jerome Rothen], in a video broadcast across social networks yesterday [Monday]," the statement read. "These remarks deeply shocked a Club very attached to the values of respect and openness towards each other.

"The fight against homophobia and all forms of discriminationis at the heart of PSG's actions and values, which has worked alongside Rouge Direct [formerly Paris Foot Gay] to fight homophobia, as well as Sportitude against all forms of racism."

The statement added: "PSG will support any initiative taken by associated partners Rouge Direct, Sportitude and SOS Racisme."
PSG were already unhappy with Evra's celebration at the Parc des Princes, where he was filmed shouting: "Here it is Manchester."
But this latest incident has infuriated the club even more and could prompt legal action.

Takoro13:
Thanks sr. I understand your block is not hollow block we use here. Though depend on your chose but we prefer 35-40 per bag for 9" and 45-50 for 6". Please let your moulder turn the sand like three/four hands for good result and must be thoroughly and periodically wet.
45-50 blocks/bag of 6"huh
Really??, how strong can that be??
PropertiesRe: Moulding Block Vs Buying Block: Which Is Better? by Josnac(m): 10:54pm On Mar 18, 2019
Takoro13:
Are you a professional in block making? Please help us explain the processes involve in block making.

How many block per bag of cement, how many head pans of sand, type of suitable sand, how many required turn time, water process and other factors are expected to be explained
Lol
Well, first off, I'm not a block moulder but a Structural Engineer and I happen to have worked with probably a lot of blocks from block industries and trust me, each and every one of them is strictly profit oriented as in every business venture...and as such, the quality isn't always as great as when you get moulders and pay them to do it at your site, good moulders oo.

You can get someone who would mould, for instance, 45 blocks of 5inches/ bag for like 700-800/bag and trust me, if the moulders know their onions, it will beat anything you can get from the block industries.. Apologies to block industry owners here, I'm not trying to ruin your business.

The number of blocks per bag will strictly depend on your desired quality.. I personally have seen a man build a bungalow with 6inch blocks moulded at 20-22/bag, yea it was a nightmare for bricklayers to cut but that was his choice.
As for sand, very sharp sand is ideal.

Then turning and water will all depend on who you give the stuff to mould, the man who moulded mine na one old papa wey be baba for area, you know like, people commends his work a lot..just look around your environment and also ask around, I'm sure you can get someone to give you what you desire.

I don try tire, its even more difficult for one to get the option of speaking with a customer care Rep.. and when you manage to, they'll just be beating around the bush.

Same thing with Glo and MTN, even with active DND..I still get unsolicited messages daily. 7070, 31133 & one other number for Glo.

Then MTN are mostly flash messages that won't leave your screen until you press cancel.
NCC na just toothless bulldog.

Note those blocked Numbers, the first is from Airtel, the last 3 are all from Glo.. blocking them just helps the text enter silently without tripping the message notification.
At least I get to keep my peace of mind till I delete them because na when I dey always expect better alerts dem dey show.

[b:How come Obi is not liked by Obiano?b]

Atiku is barely tolerated by Adamawa citizens?
The Obi/Obiano case is a clear issue of personal interest, go round the country you'll find very few governors who are still in good terms with their predecessor...once they are installed, they automatically want to become the kingmakers (mind you I'm not supporting godfatherism) and this leads to a falling out and as result, they'd always want to cripple the political advancement of their so-called "enemies"

Despite the lack of support, Obi did well in Anambra because he's a grassroot politician. Do you think if Ambode has the political structures to free himself from tinubu that he won't have done it??

By the next 5-6days you'll hear the Presidency denying knowledge of this arrest and intimidation.
