Believe me if I hadn't I would just read comments and go my way.

I've been there, I felt like 'why this babe dey mumu herself for ME like this?' It was embarrassing but I never showed annoyance through my actions. Though I know my facial expressions gave me away sometimes. I would later find a reason to leave town for a while and that died it off eventually.

To be honest, back then, deep down I felt I was not worthy of being loved to that extent.. I know I deserve love, but I never imagined it to that extent, so I though she was definitely faking it or there was something wrong with her. But trust me I was the one being insecure because it takes courage to show love like that.. without fear of backslash and rejection. Now if that's not true love then I don't know what is.

I know the comments here keep saying something bad is going to happen but that all depends on how maturely you handle the situation..regardless of whether or not you end up together.

I will ask you to look into yourself, don't you consider yourself worthy enough to be loved by someone to the extent that that person can go any lenght for you? Why does it make you uncomfortable and embarrassed? This kind of love is what mothers have for their children and that's true love. Whatever 'bad thing' or embarrasment that comes from it just depends on how you've handled things like a man. Let me ask you this, how much love and attention would you want from your daughter or your son and will it ever be too much?

Note, this is my opinion from my experience and if you feel it doesn't apply to you or perhaps you don't love her like that, that's fine. Then man up and end it. If you're considering her wellbeing, you can do it in such a way that it appears natural and is really nobody's fault.
