Nice write up, though its not really about withholding attention per se.. its about giving and withdrawing it at the right time, depending on her behaviour.

So in essence, you reward her good behaviour with attention and punish her bad behaviour by withdrawing attention. Since this will happen within the context of a romantic relationship, continually withdrawing attention indiscriminately will leave you with no relationship to work with eventually and that's bad.

Spot on. I've made it a habit to upset the hell out of ladies till they can't take it anymore and just when they're on the brink of losing their cool, I go extra soft on them and this makes them fall madly in love with me.
I will often repeat this process multiple times, even with the same lady and it won't matter anyway, I alternate between hot and cold, just to keep them on their toes.

I forgot to mention the nightmares.. Going to sleep scares me, the nightmares are terrible. Some nights I could have as much as four separate, realistic and terrifying nightmares.

But overall, inbetween these things I get to feel my natural state more.. my thought processes and feelings are clearer and more accessible to me now. I'm in sync with myself, so yea its all worth it.
