Thank you.
Do you hire a bodyguard to protect someone he doesn't know?

Nigerian pipeline blueprint is highly classified, for militants to have it should call for concern, once you have it, a child can bomb this country to its knees.

what is sophisticated about bombing a pipeline? the bombing is strategic not sophisticated, the bombers are the same miscreants Jonathan gave pipeline security contracts, apparently, they were given the blue prints too, with that, it is easy to design a strategic hit.
Nothing sophisticated about it, any !diot can bomb a pipeline in a desolate Niger delta region.

Its understandable. So while in Biu did the CJTF comprise only Christians? Were you around when Yimirshika and other neighboring villages came under siege? Did the christian fight it off alone or did it involve the strong CJTF(Mostly made of Muslims from Biu, environs) also included the Army in Biu.They all fought to defend the people, especially in Biu regardless of belief. If not Biu itself would have fallen to BH.Now can you look in the face and say they had an Islamist agenda against you or work with BH to attack you? Be fair to them and isolate issues than generalize.Lets fear God and keep such divisive things away from us.

Anyway,Brother i say this gladly and its my opinion at the moment i don't see any reason I would support a tribe that laughed while we were under attack from extremist. Would call us all BH or even say we lie despite being killed against all odds.I will not support a tribe that till date feels that destruction we suffer should not be remedied or managed properly because they say we contribute nothing to the Federal coffers. I do not see reason why I should support a group that claims our problems were planned and stage by us to destroy all we have and the lands we own to win elections. I would not support a group that claims our kidnap sisters, elders, communities and parents are liars.

For all they care, they said we should be left alone to deal with our issues. Which exactly what they did while GEJ was in power. While BH took and destroyed. While we watched and they denied the issues.Such a person hold no place in my thoughts.

Lastly brother I should blame you for BH,being Kanuri... You folks make the bulk of there insurgency and it is us the minorities that should cry and not you. (Just joking sha!).
majority of BH Nigerian fighters are Kanuri

It just occurred to me that this election in America is not 100% decided yet. Why and How?

I read something in an article. See excerpts below

'As of late Wednesday, he had 290 to Clinton’s 228. According to the Constitution, chosen electors of the Electoral College are the real people who will vote for president, when they meet on Dec. 19 in their respective state capitals

However, there is nothing stopping any of the electors from refusing to support the candidate to whom they were bound or by abstaining from voting'.

'There’s even a name for it: becoming a “faithless elector.”

Although the idea of the electors trying to reverse the vote is occasionally discussed — such as after the incredibly close 2000 election in which George Bush narrowly beat Al Gore — going “faithless” is exceedingly rare.

Given the high dissatisfaction with Trump among Republicans, a few faithless GOP electors could well go rogue next month.

One Texas GOP elector, Chris Suprun of Texas, told Politico in August that he finds Trump so unpalatable he would consider voting for Clinton on Dec. 19'.

http://nypost.com/2016/11/09/the-one-scenario-that-could-still-get-hillary-into-the-white-house/

Read this;

More than 99 percent of electors throughout American history have voted as pledged,

Faithless electors are barred in only 29 states from ignoring the will of the voters, though the penalties are light. And a faithless elector has never swung an election.

Just resumed my new office last week o.

My first time of working with White man sa (Lebanese) , The man is free and humble in fact everybody loves him, among other Lebanese my Boss is jovial, free and hardworking man.

He has worked in 5 African countries so he understands Africa and her culture very well.

The real story....

I resumed very early this morning and I decided to wait in front of office before I start today's activities when I saw my boss coming down from his Truck carrying his bag , as a young Yoruba man that comes from good background ..lol So I ran to him and say Good morning sir (bend my head) and I stretch my hand to collect his bag.

The man who has never disrespect me like that before shouted on me!!

Who owns the bag? he asked

repeat!!!! who owns the bag moscobabs?

Me: You sir!!!! I replied..

if it's me "why should u collect it from me?

Me: I just wanted to help u sir.

Y? ..... I couldn't respond .

I say why? ...meet me in office now!!!! he commanded .

We entered his office and he sat me down

moscobabs, You were employed as so so so in this company not to carry bag, the bag belongs to me and I must carry it, also you always bend whenever you greet me...please its not necessary, in fact its not official, I just opportune to be your boss, you are married as I , You are graduate although you are younger than me but you have to attach respect to yourself.

I was like " ki la gbe, ki la ju" but I replied him by saying ....

Sir, I am african we have cultures and Traditions and parts of these is what I did, We respect our elders and seniors that's why we bend or prostrate while greeting and we do help them carry their loads even if we carry ours too.

And he responded with smiles...No problem But when next you greet me in such an embarrassing way or try to collect my bag I won't think twice before I sack you!!!

I beg o Is anything wrong in what I did?

Is there any other reason for his reaction?

The man just dey look me somehow since morning

A loan is the only way out of the current recession and hunger, there are no two ways about it, except a miracle happens and oil prices jump back above $100, but we all know that ain't going to happen.
While I agree that oil aint gonna see $100 anytime soon, I disagree that borrowing is the only way out. You can attract FDI if there is a peaceful environment, I believe that is the crazy investment we are making in the military now.
Most of our JV's are liabilities not assets, disposing them is an alternative, I hope you are aware that most of our JV partners have disposed theirs so the wisdom to retain ours makes no sense.

The tragedy of nigeria is that at a certain point when oil sold above $100 and there was excess forex, instead of saving, the little reserves we had were eroded and upon the mega forex income at the time from high oil prices, the govt then was still borrowing massively. The irony of this all is that 'majority' of those opposed to borrowing today were in 100% support of the last government's careless borrowing and spending and they wanted to perpetuate that govt. But today when borrowing has become a necessity for survival, these same set of people have all grown wise patriotic. Don't get me wrong, I am not comfortable with the massive level of borrowing being proposed, but i just had to point out that irony.

I am not against any r@tarded fellow but the person should be nice to keep his lunacy under wraps, don't bring it to the public for God's sake.

From his decrepit analysis, it is clear the young man has no clue what budget means, he thinks it is money in the bank, tell me, who reasons like that?

The national budget is not money deposited in the CBN waiting to be disbursed, it is an expenditure plan of money yet to be made within a fiscal year.
Using the 2016 budget as a reference point, it is proposed with a 2.2T deficit, which the government could finance with either Asset sales (comes with its own peculiar challenges) or Borrowing from external sources.

The rest of the budget is hinged on a volatile commodity at 2.1mbopd @ $30/b, what it means is that any day we do not produce 2.1mbopd, our deficit widens, any day we sell below $30/barrel, our deficit widens. You will agree that since Feb 2016 when the bombing started, we are nowhere close to our budgetary benchmark.

Perhaps the finance ministry has put ink to paper and arrived at a cumulative deficit gap over time, that figure will be added to the default 2.2t, in the event we want to source for external funding, also the issue of devaluation will erode budgetary predictions.

Only a mad man will think that deficit will remain at 2.2T when our production is on constant decline.

You can continue doing political correctness and call those of us who harp on the injustice, imbalance and unfairness in Nigeria names, but I can assure you that very soon, "you go see am for bodi".

-------------
It took less than 6 months for the senate to pass the North East Development Commission (NEDC) BILL.
It has taken more than 14 years and 4 presidents, yet the PIB bill is nowhere to be passed.

It took less than 4 Hours for Kano State to be smuggled into North East Region for the purpose of enjoying from NEDC ( Kano State is in the North West oh, very far from the North East).
For more than 10 years Northern Senators have been trying to define 'Oil bearing communities' .Does it include villages with petrol stations and pipelines?

It took less than 3 months for us to agree to set aside 3 % of total VAT accruals to fund the reconstruction of NE. ( including VAT from alcohol. Alcohol is banned in sharia States).

For more than one generation, we are still arguing how to fund the clean up of hydro carbon polluted sites in the Niger Delta and Ogoni.

The Board of NEDC is made up entirely of people from the North and North East.

The Board of NDDC is made up of every tom, dick and harry to ensure adequate geographical spread. ( NDDC has representatives from the North East, North West and North Central, even when no State there is a member).

The FG wants to borrow 30 billion US dollars for 'capital' projects! Not one of this project is located in the entire South! Yet, oil located in the south will be used to upset the loan when due

This is our country! This is our story"
If you don't like the idea of North East development commission, there are several international terror organisations you can send an invite to lay siege in your region for
6yrs there after you will be entitled to such benefit by merit.

What is in the PIB that actually benefits the Niger delta man? 10% development fund I guess? by the time you read in details its implementation framework you will be ashamed of yourself and the fact that a Niger delta president and Niger delta petroleum minister put together that nonsense.

The last time I checked, the SE, SS,SW and MB have more representatives than all the NE put together.
That is where the first parliamentary instrument called lobbying takes effect, the SS Senators will have to lobby the others to block it same way the North has always blocked the PIB.
It will get to a point where a consensus of trade will set in amongst parliamentarians.

It is not the fault of the north that SS people voted id!ots who lack the basis of parliament. Believe me, in that senate chambers they lobby along party lines not constituency interests.

Just to give you a clue how dumb the South is in playing politics.

Dr Chris Ngige was the deputy Chairman senate committee on power.
while some states like Lagos got up to 2 DISCOS, The five SE states where he hailed from got just one.

The bad news was that he saw absolutely nothing wrong in what he did, neither did he make any noise if the powers at the time suppressed his interests.

Those are the brainless id!ots elected by southerners so what do you expect?
When you elect a bingo how dare you ask him to act like a prof?

This is my analysis from a previous thread

The current Budget is #6.07trillion, you say you have a deficit of #2.2trillion - meaning, you have no idea how or you do not have the means to generate #2.2trillion.

Then you send a request to borrow $29.9billion - which is #9.06trillion at official rate Ooh, parallel market rate is over #14trillion - meanwhile there is no clear economic blueprint available to describe in detail how the cash will be utilised to get us out of this economic turbulance and you are expecting sane human beings to approve such foolishness......angry

If all you are looking for is #2.2trillion why borrow #9.06trillion?? After all, you told the world that you have recovered #3.64trillion from looters, what are you looking for loan for? huh

Meanwhile, his mumu minister of communications is asking for $550million to put a Satellite - abi na flash-drive - in Space for data storage. undecided

In my own opinion, Its this type of wastages, that they want to use to pay gbese for 2015 elections and recent elections in edo as well as upcoming elctions in ondo that they want to use a significant portion of that money for. And I am happy it wasn't approved.

Except it is a lie, they should use the #3.64triilion recovered to fund budgetary deficit.......

I am not even talking about the monies that they claimed to have allegedly saved in billions from removing subsidy and from TSA and other things that Lai Mohammed, Amaechi and Vice President "Osunbade" have been presenting as facts to the media.

Does anyone even realise that the $29.9billion is even higher than our foreign reserves??

Nonsense and Ingredient..........angry

Plus!! The story on ground is that 2016 budget has hit 79% implementation. That #4.79trillion.

So what we need for 2016 is about #1.27trillion. Why borrow #9.06trillion??

The numbers don't add up. Buhari is hiding something. And why hasn't the auditor -general of the federation been appointed??

These people want to do abracadabra again Ooooo:!!
