I doubt it tough - the story of those refineries has been the same since the 1990's. Every government since Abacha (no exception) has spent billions on these TAMs and the refineries don't work. If they work, they produce at 20-40% capacity and quickly go back to their default state.

When I heard Tinubu had budgeted his own round of billions for his own round of TAMs, I thought 'Here we go again...' Then when I heard they had indeed started working, I thought, 'Good one. Seems Tinubu is indeed exceptional.' But now you have these stores. Shame.

They said it was not producing. Now, they're saying its closure will cause problems. Then down the article, it says it's only producing Naphtha.
