Where is lafun?

Anyway, my faourite for now is a mix of unripe plantain and lafun, turned together. Goes really well with any good soup. Lafun is heavenly, but adding the unripe plantain flour brings down the GI.

Amala is great too.

So is pounded yam, but GI is too high.

I like my eba too - I just limit it to a couple of times a month.

Once fish feed is cheap cat fish and tilapia become so cheap people buy more catfish and tilapia over Titus and Kote fish even croaker

Once import on sardine fish is zero it makes more sense to produce canned sardines here than import since cost of production per can falls below 500 naira

Not only soldiers please, other uniformed personnel should be included proportional to their contribution to nation's security. Even as it stands today, soldiers enjoy better welfare compared to the police because they do have provisions for accommodation, uniforms, regular trainings and duty allowances. No matter how sophisticated a country's military is, it would not achieve significant progress without an efficient police force.

All in all, the government should look at improving the minimum wage for all its workers.

Exactly. Soldiers already have far better welfare than police. That's why police's salary is usually pegged higher.

What this government is doing is diverting funds from critical sectors for this project. To be clear, this is not a bad project - we can use a new road. But it is not a priority. There are far too many federal roads that are dilapidated. And last year, we heard that the health budget was funded to only –was it 7%? Other sectors too suffered. These are the issues. But I doubt you'd comprehend anything I've said in this post. Seeing a patch of white in the forest is enough to fill your stomach with happiness and make you throw shades at "naysayers".
