Those re loamy soil....those re bags from chicken feeds and cement bags I had kept aside for this sole purpose.

So you keep bags. Then travel to Iseyin or some other place where they have some good loamy soil, fill them up and take them home. I see. I was wondering whether there are people in the business of selling these types of things.

10days ago I sack planted 40 sacks of yam seedling on top a sewage pit....the job was very tedious and actually I fell under the weather.

Only for this my rose the nosy neighbor to corner me and asked me to take them of that the weight of the sands are going to sink the sewage pit.

I rejected her verdict.because it was recently plastered by me for this sole purpose.

She sad because she did same and hers collapsed .i told her that mine is entirely different.thanked her then walked away.

Interesting to chip in that...this same nosy neighbor has this penchant for finishing all my veggies for free.

I really want to know if the sewage is really going to collapse due to the fact that it's raining season.

Sorry for not answering your question. I don't know. But is there a place one can go to get these lovely sand bags?

Good. There should be import licenses. We don't want importation, but that should be achieved by market forces, not fiat. The moment you start restricting imports, you're creating a situation that will lead to predatory pricing, which hurts the people.

One one hand, it's his property he should be do whatever he likes on it. On the other hand, those trees have been there centuries and he took them down in one fell swoop. A lot of history was being preserved in those trees and now they're gone.

The key thing here is that the trees he cut down are specifically PROTECTED by LAW. Harsh punishment though.

Yes,they can catch bird even on motion.
They are very agile and athletic.
They can catch Squirrels, bush rabbits and even big snake.
We used to have them before.
If it catches a big prey and bring it to the house and you cook it and share the meat with it,it will be bringing its catch every time to the house.But if eat the meet alone without giving to it,it will never bring the catch to the house.
It will eat it in the bush.
But one day,it did something so scary.
It killed a big black snake and dragged it to the house thinking that it is doing us a favour as it used to do with other bush animals.
Mhen,see as even my Mama run and jump something in the house shouting for help.
We pursue it to go and return it.
It did,but since then,it refuse bringing any of her kills to us again in the house.
