This is an old practice and applies to all grains. However, the chemical is used for those who intend to store the beans for at least 3 months before selling or consuming. Regardless of its purpose, it is far from being safe. Lets be vigilant out there.

Mattresses are in grade according to your body weight. Even the infamous mouka comfy is not for all weights. You ought to have gotten a mattress that suits your weight category. So that would lead me to ask what variant of Mouka you got and what you weigh.

Good call! In the future, when you are ready to have children, look out for viable partnerships. By that, I mean a woman who compliments your values and whose strengths can rub off on your weaknesses positively. Look out also, for character synchronisation. Once you find such a woman, marry her. To be honest, I don't really have a time table of how I eat. I eat my breakfast by 12 or 1pm sometimes. Then dinner would be whenever I'm feeling hungry. Sometimes I'll awake to reality by 9 or 10pm and I'll be like oh, I've not yet eaten. That's why I'll starting looking for food.

You should work towards changing this narrative. Late night chows aren't healthy and clearly your body doesn't like it. Make a conscious effort this week to have your last meal before 7 let's see how that would play out.

The thing is I sleep very late most times because I do work until late into the night. Sometimes I'm up till around 2am.

The problem here is that if I taste any from from after 9pm I'll immediately start feeling dizzy and sleepy. But if I don't eat anything, I can stay up until I'm ready to retire to bed.

As for fruits, most fruits aren't readily available when you need them. Maybe it's my location. But I'd say people who live close to markets and bus stops are the ones who can see fruits as an option to quench hunger.

Prior to this late meal, what and when do you eat? If you barely eat or your first meal is far off from the late meal, then it's very likely that the sudden increase in sugar level is the cause.

I've noticed that whenever I eat after 9pm upwards I usually feel very tired and sleepy most times I even sleep on the meal.

Just last night I prepared food and couldn't it until almost 10pm because I was busy. I was still eating the food when I started feeling dizzy and dozzed off. I woke up around past 1am this morning to find the food in front of me. I finish it sha.

I want to know if this is normal or it's a medical condition cos I'm already starting to get worried. Is anyone experiencing the same issue?

What time do you usually fall asleep? Im asking because if the mentioned time is when you usually go to bed, then that feeling is your body telling you that it's time for bed regardless of the fact that you're eating. Your body releases melatonin which triggers sleep.


Another reason could be due to the sudden rise in blood sugar level, especially if the food is high in carbohydrates. If this is the case, ensure that whatever meal you are eating at this time is low in carbs. Also, if I may advise, please avoid eating late as that may put you at risk of a wide variety of health challenges. If the hunger pangs cannot be curbed, please opt for fruits low in sugar.

Yes! This is how it would work. Instead of renting a shop, you would use the front of your house as a stall. Get a local carpenter to fabricate a cheap cabinet. Stock up on high-demand goods in reasonable quantity. Reinvest all your profit into expansion. Continue doing so until you are able to stock goods as much as what is seen up there and maybe rent a shop.


Another alternative is to sign an agreement with a distributing warehouse so goods are supplied to you on credit and you remit after sales. This is almost unheard of in Nigeria, however.

It was not a bad idea, this woman was fine, with fat back and fine Skin with a Benz model that have never seen before. It was a tempting offer. But then, i told her, i would think about it and get back to her next week.

Indeed, a man is wired differently from a woman. On what grounds did you exchange contacts with this strange woman? On what grounds did you again, agree to meet with her? Though we have been to hospitals they have done some series of test, she received some treatment, it get better she was discharged, I just found out now that she is developing leg injury which I'm not comfortable please doctors in the house help me with the best treatment, don't want to lose my mom.

Your best bet is to take her back to the hospital for proper examination and medication.


You are doing so well, but I believe in order to properly manage diabetes, asides mum taking her medication religiously, her diet has to be changed completely. Let the doctor recommend what mum can or cannot it. Do more research in that light.
