KenDStar: Interesting!

Let me refresh you a little. There was also a time when SE Govs met Obasanjo over the Bridge and he refused to allow them to build it. Obasanjo even 'commissioned' the construction of the bridge even when the design of the proposed 2nd Bridge was yet to see the light of day!
My brother, leave matter!
Hmmm.
OBJ you mentioned make me sad. OBJ performance belittle and disgrace us as his ethnic group and as a nation. A former head-of-state that supposed to know what is right to do to make a country great but he failed woefully like that. Very unfortunate.

Anyway sha.

But todays world, I think the people (masses) can "force" the federal government to handover their critical infrastructure to them if the federal government is not ready to do necessary thing.

KenDStar: Brother, for the same reasons why the SW governors have not repaired the Lagos - Ibadan Expressway!
SW governors requested many times from federal government to take over the repair of the Lagos-Ibadan road, but the federal government refused to allow them do the road.

The federal government know that if they are reluctant to repair the road the SW governors will certainly take over and do it. That is certain.

Their governors are unserious ones. Why are they waiting for federal government forever?

Why can't their governors build that small bridge?

Jarus: Northerner is not necessarily Hausa/Fulani, I'm sure you know.
Being hausa/fulani is not the major issue.

The problem is that there is class system in the north.

The core northern is the main northerner, the minority among them is another class. Talkless of we kwarans that are in far away state in the north. Probably we are fourth or fifth class.
Politics › Re: Proposed National Conference: A Case For Kwara State by juman(m): 5:34pm On Oct 22, 2013
promizchild: d mistake of d man called Afonja has left d fate of yorubas' in ilorin/kwara in a critical condition...it could be discuss in d NSC(sovereign conference) if there are representatives from kwara who are yorubas other wise you dont expect fulanis' who claim kwara to bring up such issue if they are d one 2 represent. I would also suggest u put these into writting and forward it to Afenifere. People like Femi Fanikayode can also be of help so don't keep ur plight within u. Air ur view 2 d yoruba elders. Best of luck!
Excuse me!!!!!!

You are sooo funny.grin

We are happy being in northern part of nigeria. All this talk talk is because of nigeria is a failed country.

Kwarans are in the north but not northerner. Kwarans are kwarans.

Amelian: You hate one Nigeria intensely, angry.....who constitutes and fills up the wide void of one Nigeria....? Is it not the masses...without people , Nigeria is empty...and there will be no one to blame or hate....change your mindset for the better... And if every Nigerian can be their brother's keeper, this country will be a better place to live in... God has blessed us , already to make our country heaven on earth....but as the saying goes, the heart of man is extremely wicked... What do u expect in such country...where anything goes....your guess is as good as mine... Nigerians change your attitude and mindset towards one another, do wat is right....( that's if some pple truly know wats right)... Fear God, and av a conscience... Then Nigeria will be loved and be a better place 2 want 2 live in...

It's well
One nigeria is a complete waste of time.

This is a country that has failed in the course of her journey in the last 53 years.

The next 53 years would be likely the same. The masses are taken as slaves.

This is very very sad story.

It's important for you to find a way to reconcile with your parents and siblings.

You are disrespected because they see you as somebody that has nobody to "run" to.

I pray that our God, our Creator and Benefactor will be with you.

Sad news.

People are been attacked in their village. Very sad news.

The villagers in that place will constantly be living in fear. Just like some villagers in north central.

One nigeria problem. A long years of misrule.

The government manage the ASUU crisis badly.

Labor people are always strong-headed people and government should always know how to relate with them to avoid crisis.

But the government has failed so far on this crisis.

If the country melt down to regions, been in north central region would be the worse thing ever. A region where big big crises are just their hobby. A lot of fighting.

We will surely going to port to south west and move along with our people.

EmekaAfrica: I beg to differ with you a bit.If Nigeria could survive the first republic breakdown, civil war debacle, june 12 1993 riots that almost brought the nation to a stand-still, I think God intended us to be together. In my own opinion,I believe it was a good mistake for us to be together as one nation irrespective of what people have said about our amalgamation and how we got our name.Haven't you done something before that you thought was a mistake and it later turned out to be in your favour. Don't worry!Be optimistic...with a little more patience, the eye will see the nose...I believe.
You are sooo funny. grin

Be optimistic??

The country is destroyed by "leaders" that themselves are also nigerians.

There is every likelihood that this country would go in the same direction followed in the last 53 years.

One nigeria is a country that belong to nobody.
