If purchased new go to the store where purchased from to make a complaint ,it should still be under waranty and you can check on you tube or Google to make sure it isn't peculiar to you if it is , might cost you some Naira tho if you bought from the black market and if you can't afford to get it fixed just go buy an Xbox one , it is such a great machine

I'm torn between getting an Xbox one and the ps4

The xbone is going for a very cheap price and it comes complete with the Kinect and headphones and extra pad and forza (1 CD)

The ps4 is a bit more expensive,comes with an extra pad ,no earpiece or Kinect,no CD
