Seriously i'm not worried one bit about what people do with their backsides as long as i'm not forced to take part in the action, what goes on between two adults (Gay or Straight)in their bedrooms shouldn't bother anybody.

I rather live in the same country with only Gay people than bunch of Boko harams, kidnappers, armed robbers, 419ners and thieving politicians.

Belly458: thanks for the answer I was in a hurry and did not mention the full detail

1) The immigration consultant made some false document which is why he changed the date of birth of my parents, he was trying to show my relationship with my supposed financial sponsor.

2) document was some sort of family registration certificate or something which had those new date of births of my parents. The consultant was trying to show the direct relationship between my sponsor and my parent.

I was really disappointed, I did not know all this immigration and visa stuff, I decided to go to him (the consultant) thinking he knows everything and will not put me into trouble.
I was unaware that these documents and date of births of my parents have such high value..

My Concerns

1) As I want to write correct date of births of my parents
a) Do UKBA keep record of things like that document (it was photocopied and probably attested) that was provided that had new birth dates of my parents?
b) I dont want to write or give any false information about myself or my family, but if I write a note stating that it was a mistake, Visa officer will refuse me if they keep each and every piece of previously applied documents (like that certificate) records.

2) I should be thankful to my LORD in whose hand my life is, that Visa Officer did not refuse me on the basis of fraudulent attempt. But if they keep these records they will definitely refuse me right away.

3) I know I will be issued a visa if I write the same exact date of births that were written in the previous application, but this will cause so many problems for me..
a) what will I do if I want my parents to visit me?? I cant leave my parents..
b) moreover if I write those incorrect DOBs I have to write them everywhere I am asked about my parent's DOBs.
c) if I am asked anywhere to provide my parent's ID documents, this will create a mess if the dates dont match with the UKBA database.

at this point I am loosing my appetite, I am really very angry at that immigration consultant that put me in this situation. Immigration Consultants are there to help you, to guide and to inform you about what may harm you, but he did the opposite!!!!
Oh well!, i was thinking that it was just the case of writing wrong DOB, not knowing that it involved forging some documents.

Actually your concerns are quite in order, you have said all i wanted to say about the future implications of keeping the wrong DOB.
Yes the British embassy will have a record of previous application and supporting documents

You really have a tough choice to make now, either you come clean now and maybe, just maybe the ECO will reward you for your honesty or maintain the previous record then pray and hope that it will not catch up with you in future.

Belly458: Hi,
I have few questions, please help me with this

1) I applied for UK Visa (Tier 4 Student 4 years ago)
2) I was refused, I appealed and was refused again. Both times because of lack of proof about my sponsor

My Concerns
1) in those applications my immigration consultant put wrong date of births of my parents (father and mother)
2) I want to put the correct date of births this time, but my new immigration consultant is saying that I should write the same date of birth (which was in previous application form)
he says visa officer will refuse me if he sees that my parents date of births do not match with my previous application records

what should I do? anyone knows anything that could help me?

I am not from Nigeria, I like this forum and it is quiet active too, so I need help from you guys, please respond
You have two options, either you write the correct DOB and make a note stating that mistake was made during your previous application OR you maintain the same DOB.

opcomm1: Hello,

I am Nigerian but I am now beginning to hate Nigerian girls. Maybe the ones here in Canada. They are so full of shit. They are all full of big shit and leave you heartbroken.

I am never, ever going to date a Nigerian girl anymore. All my ex-girlfriend's female friends are cheaters. Spreading their legs wide open to any dick that portrays any level of seduction.

Please, guys, before it's too late, stay away from these so called Nigerian girls. They are heart breakers and dont even know the meaning of love.

Happened three times now, time for me to become a player.

Feels so good to be single again even if my heart hurts. (*sobs*)
I love them die!

edwrad50: Justwise, I once didn't believe just like u don't believe. I doubted discouraged people from paying the processing fee and told them it was nottin but scam. All we used to hear was that someone somewhere travelled with it and all I thought was dat it was all rumours not until 2friends who I knew personally and were family friends travelled with it. I could link u up with d friends that travelled with it and even give u their dads number who is an educated elderly man in his early 60's... @olaremy2k the passport is of no use now. You can't use it as a travel document. Slovenia and austrian govt advised the passport holder not to use it and they should apply to their embassy following the normal protocol with your nigerian passport. Drop the hopes of travelling with NSK passport
edwrad50 did you actually read that article? Ok if you don't believe that article, give me any official link where it stated that NSK passport has ever been used as a genuine travelling document between so so and so year before it was cancelled.

Let me believe that those 2 Nigerians lied to you because NSK passport has never been accepted as a travelling document, the group NSK has said it, they even remove the form online because people are using it to scam Africans mainly Nigerians.
They published a statement warning people that its not a travelling document, Slovenian govt did the same as well.
So how did those 2 of your friends managed to travel from Nigeria to Austria with something that no country accepts?

Many scammers have tried here, there are many links to it

edwrad50: Year 2007. Austria and Slovenia accepted it as a travel document... It only lasted for a few months.. I had d NSK passport and before it was delivered to my address, I made enquiries on how to go about travelling with it.. People doubted it as a travell document and I also doubted too. Not until I saw two friend who were brothers travell from lagos to austria with it. I didn't believe not until they got to Austria and called me. I also went visiting their Dad and he confirmed they travelled with the passport. I was one of those who doubted NSK as a travel document and I remember discouraging people from paying for the fee and telling them it was scam not until I got shocked with the news that my friends travelled with it.... Sorry my first post regarding where they travelled to was supposed to be austria and not slovania.
Lets get onething absolutely clear here, NSK passport is not a travelling document and has never been. NSK published adverts in the Nigerian press years ago explaining clearly that their passport was not a travelling documents. The Slovenian government web site has even had to post a statement online making clear that the NSK passport holders will not gain entry unless they have other valid documents.

Read the whole story here http://www.gla.ac.uk/~dc4w/laibach/nskpassport2008.html, some dodgy Nigerians are selling to people who think they can enter Europe with it.

Your friends did you not travel with NSK passport,

edwrad50: NSK passport is actually not a travel document but just two countries(Austria&Slovania) USED to accept it as a travel document not until nigerians abused it. I know two friends personally who travelled to Slovenia with it back then. But now its no longer accepted cos of the abuse.
which year did those two countries accepted NSK as a travelling document?
