@ petres_007 You can blab your way around this but you can't fool me one bit, its pointless believing anything i read from their website because its all part of the bogus scholarship scheme. The real Professor J.M. Amoda may not have any idea that his name is been used for this silly scam as many fraudulent individuals do. What other evidence do you need to proof that this is fraud? Asking applicants to pay N35.000 into bank account is the first sign of fraud, scholarships applications are FREE , there is no scholarship that is opened to unlimited number of people who can afford to pay N35.000 application fee. These are tell tell sign of fraudulent activities. This is just a way of making a quick money by selling worthless scholarship form to as many victims as possible then that will be the end of it. Nobody need a prophet to tell he or her that real scholarships do not ask for application fees and a specific number of scholarships available will be mentioned, name a single school in the UK taking part in the scholarship program, i will personally call them to find out and will report back here. |

You started this thread without their knowledge and you are so convince about the program and people behind it but you refused to give any convincing answer to any question. Let me say it again and again, no UK or US university charges foreign students for scholarship application, its FREE. Its criminal to ask a poor Nigerian student to pay £139.606(N35.000) into a bank account of an individual for a scholarship they will not get. Genuine scholarships have specific number of applicants they intend to award scholarship to, they don't ask everybody to apply and charge everybody application fees. Tell me how many applicants should apply and the chances of them getting that scholarship. |

The company behind this dodgy program is only interested in selling worthless forms that will not earn any applicant a scholarship, this is nothing new, many dubious individuals have done this here in NL before. I hate it when i see people being taken advantage of, let me ask you this. . . how many applicants are you inviting to apply for this scholarship and will you accept payment after the scholarship have been given and verified? |

You don't need to go back to Nigeria to get married, you can marry as PSW holder, i know a Nigerian who did the same couple of months ago. As long as your relationship is genuine as you said then you got nothing to worry about, being a Nigerian you will be tested just to proof the seriousness of your relationship as our track record is awful in that aspect. There is nothing wrong with applying for spouse visa after your marriage, at least you have to do it before your current visa expires and you have to move in together after the marriage because it makes no sense to be living apart as a newly married couple even as both of you live in the same city, that will call your marriage into question. Since you have steady job and steady in-flow of income, present what you have, don't try and get money here and there to enhance your bank balance. Ask your wife-to-be what benefit she is entitled to after marriage, she maybe entitle to some benefit as a single mother and not as a married couple. Since you were served notice of removal and you left on your own and applied from Nigeria and the visa was issued then that will not affect your spouse visa application. |
