This is absurd. I want to stress that NAPTIP didn't collect any kobo from anyone. I dont understand why that is being said here on Nairaland. I have been there, witnessed it, collected mine, and the only money i paid was N250, and that was for the affidavit from the high-court. Affidavit is very necessary. You cant just collect something someone found for you just like that, it has to be in writing that you have, and someone(Commissioner for Oaths) under authority has to put his/her signature.
Collecting my pp felt like winning a visa-lottery itself, so im very glad i did. That(Crystal services) was the end of Season 1. Wish me luck guys as Season 2 starts soon.

P.S: No money was collected at the point of collection of PP. the N250 i only paid was to the High Court, and that was for the Affidavit.

I have a SAMSUNG NETBOOK NC10 with configurations as below:
Windows XP Home Edition V.2002 SP 3
CPU N270 @1.60Ghz
1.60 Ghz, 1.99GBGB RAM.

I had it formatted and installed Windows 7 Ultimate Edition,but ever since it has been running very slow. Sometimes my browsers stop responding and I either have to close the browser or in some cases,force a restart on the netbook,applications take time to respond and I have been wondering what could be the problem.
I have downloaded and installed the necessary softwares for Windows 7 on the Netbook's website and it still runs slow. I thought 2GB RAM with the 1.60Ghz config shouldn't be a problem with Windows 7. Pls what is the possible solution to make my little toy run very fast?

Another thing is I can no longer find the webcam on my netbook,although I have installed the webcam application software for Windows 7 which i downloaded from the website,still I cant find where to access the webcam,and I wonder if the webcam would still work.

Why did it take you so long to do the honourable thing before you condemed naptip. You should have ask people with evidence to talk before you ranted here. I still maintained it that naptip are not charging you. I thot you claimed you are not a victim how did you too come to be saying what you are saying. If they are collecting money, or not, time will tell.
Let me ask you this,what happen to those that only paid that 350 to the high court or those that even did the affidavit in other high court outside ikeja(let assume ikeja is part of the scam), were they given their pp or not. If you are educated enough you should know how to ask them questions or complain to them as you deem fit. I think before i act. I want to believe nairalanders should be able to interprete from my post if i am supporting another scam or am just want us to reason objectively. Finally, you can continue to encourage your people to pay an unecessary amount to some unknown faces and let me too continue encouraging my people to pay the 350 to the high court and high court alone (at least thats the cost of getting an affidavit in any court). Mind you try and admit that you are a victim, there is nothing shameful about it, and stop hiding under justwise shadow, be yourself and be creative.

Mind you i have friends who are victims and are collecting their pp back, and i stay around ikeja if you must know,so mr justwise you can see how i seems to always be around naptip office.
Well,like i concluded before if you want to support the notion that another scam is been perpetrated in naptip, you are free to do that and if you want to support otherwise, you are still free to do that. Finally i observed that your insults are no more frequent again. It show you have a listening ears, Keep it up.

I believe a lawyer in this forum can shed more light if affidavit is necessary in order to collect a missing pp back and how much it cost to get one at any high court in nigeria. For your info naptip will be sending the typist you claimed they employed away since your statement here has been seen as a misinterpretation of their gesture and ask applicants to be bringing their pp data photocopy (you didnt tell nairalanders that they are assisting applicants to do photocopy of data page of applicants pp for free at their office.This should have been part of your statement here).I wonder when we will learn to interprete simple lines. 'What a thinking'. Where and how did that line affect you now mr risk2get. I will advice you to admit to the fact that you are also a victim of cs scam which is obvious. Dont act as if you too dey live for indonasia or india or bangladesh,abi na manitoba you dey. I believe some applicants that tendered affidavit from other high courts were attended to sha,abi they were rejected?. I think you are right, 350naira is notin though is real money when generated in situation like this but nevertheless, i appeal to every applicants to just go ahead and move on with your lives. I want you all to always remember that everything works in naija even many pastor nowadays are scammers so what do you all expect from ordinary Naptip. Abegi, go and collect your PP or leave it. Its obvious nairaland is the biggest stage  or platform some of you have been and will ever be. mr Angry risk2get, if naptip are the one typing,is it at the point of typing they are collecting the money or at the high court point?. See when they started some people came back typing the wrong thing,that was when the idea of bringing in a typist came up.People that i know have collected and they didnt pay a dime to naptip. My advice for you is to tell people that you know to get a copy of the affidavit and do it themselve outside and see if naptip will reject it. Well maybe where they are not collecting money the pp are fake and the one where they are collecting money is where the pp are real. Those that want to believe you can,it there choice. I was at naptip today and i didnt see them collecting any money. mr justwise,you might have been right on some points, but it sadden my heart to see you follow some set of people to assume what is not. I purposely went to naptip to see things myself. Let accept that you are not in the country as you claimed, let risk2get and imperioxx go there and get their facts right rather than sitting at home and be assuming on rumour. I have been working in Canada along with some other immigrants since August 2001. We are in touch with some anti fraud agencies in Nigeria as well the some key officers and men in the Nigeria’s immigration service on account of Crystal Services.

We made inquiries at the office of the Minister for Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism, in Canada. The contact cannot confirm or deny anything about Crystal Services but it said it was summarily committed to cracking down on crooked immigration consultants.

Crystal Services is in Nigeria not Canada and so it can not be responsible for what goes on in Bariga. We are trying to see how we can engender transparency and alert Nigerians (in case a fraud is going to happen) without disrupting legitimate business, using information from the Ministers office.

At this point we will advice those applicants to inform an attorney in the next two weeks or contact investigative journalists such as those on Star FM, Lagos, Nigeria - or some of its regular contributors such as barrister Ubani.

We have one of the supposed officers of Crystal Services under watch and we have registered one of our “watchers” on the program so that discovery and litigation will be easier to commence.

Please note that it is counterproductive to jump to conclusions about any operations of CS or whatever I have said on this network. We just have scanty information and this does not criminalize crystal services as of today. We agree there are many reasons to doubt - such as the non availability of antecedents - but it is better to be ultimately sure of how to get around this matter.

@justwise,It's extremely rare to find such schools in north america,particularly the US. The statutory take-off grant for american colleges/universities is $4b or more. You cannot have that collosal amount of money and have a bogus school.
