Hello my friend,UK is my country as well as Nigeria. I love both countries but that does not stop me from criticising their policies that goes against humanity. I was born here but brought up in Nigeria where people render help to one another without looking back which u can hardly find here.I guess UK system must have changed u to be dis callous and insensitive 2 d plight of your brothers and sisters. In Nigeria, u don't throw your parents into care home to be looked after rather u keep them in your home or their personal home so as to show them love,care and to be looked after,

What convinced me enough that i got my visa is a stamp on one of the pages of my international passport that carried my passport photograph, and the kind of visa they gave me "Visa tier 4 (general) student" with other datas like my birthdate, duration of my stay in the UK, the hours of my work limit (10 hours per week), the sponsor liscence number of my school. What other document(s) must i hold?

What you have is a student visa, you got nothing to worry about. You maybe asked questions at the airport about your course or u may not be asked any question at all. Don't panic

point of correction I do not work with any fake papers, was never an illegal immigrant, never over stayed my visa BUT YES I HAVE HAD IMMIGRATION CHALLENGE IN THE PAST. You can't apply for visa without an invitation letter from the pple organising the workshop, you need to show proof that u are going for workshop, its not about saying it but hard evidence.

The last part of your post is not true as well. The law hasn't changed yet, the changes are still under consultation, students can still invite their wives or partners, the law concerning that hasn't changed, it may change this April.

The issue about working hrs u stated there is not true again, its not about college or university, rather its about course level, if one is studying degree in a college or university, that person can work 20hrs a week, the 10hrs working are only for pple studying courses below degree level whether in college or university.

If you really want to help Nigerians then start by giving them honest information, lets not mislead them

Anyway, I do not understand clearly what this argument is all about. But to my understanding, possesion of fake document is an offence with intent of using to work or working with it or using it for any other things in most European countries. Offenders are usually jailed for it.
Of course, some people get caught while working with fake document and the immigration officer may not press charges on the person instead they will be placed in the detention camp for deportation. And I think they do this because they dont want to spend money by going to court.

That could be the case in other countries, they maybe jail, now in the Uk employers are trained to spot forged documents and if they failed to do the proper check then they will be fined abt £5,000 for each illegal worker employed.

People caught working with fake document will be usually charged to court for possession of fake document. And Of course, if convicted you will be jailed. For immigration offences like being illegal immigrant you will be detained for deportation and you will be detained until you may provide a travel document.
But I don't think this need to be argued as there are so many scenarios in this issue and every case is treated individually.
Moreover, there are mean immigration officers who may bring charges against you for for things they are not clear with. E.g may claim your passport or some document that he or she found on you is fake. Nigerians has bad reputation when it comes to immigration issue.

That is not the case now, if one is caught working illegally, your employer get fined and u will be heading to detention centre and your identify will be verified b4 deportation, you do not go to court or jailed

You will only go to court IF u are involved in fake document business AND if u are involved in sham marriage, then u will be jailed then deported. Thats is the case now.

On applying for the seminar, they advice me to go and apply for VISA b4 collecting any WORKSHOP FEES from me.
They said that they can only collect any Fee from me only If my VISA is granted.

Pls, I will like to know the necessary documents that I will need to apply for my VISA to be granted.

If you are caught whilst working with a forge document YOU GET CONVICTED AND IT COMES WITH A PRISON SENTENCE, if you are lucky you get under 6 months if not upto 18 months.
