Confirmations of Acceptance for Studies.(CAS) can be issued to a prospectus student IF the school did not ask for deposit, all the student need to do is to show the BHC that him or her has all the money to cover the fees and maintenace money.
Last yr admission season Hull University did not ask for deposit and CAS was issued. Stop shouting at me, no amount of shouting will get u out of this.

Anybody who wishes to study in the UK should use the Internet and apply for any school, there is no secret, application is FREE ordering prospectus is FREE, some schools will give u admission and CAS WITHOUT paying deposit. Getting visa is straight forward.

Nobody should be milked by dodgy agent like you. Stop nursing the feeling of laughing to the bank.

Yes i saw it now though they changed their name cos they were suspended b4, i was looking for king's college b4, they can't be trusted, if BHC refused u visa the school will still take £500 out of the deposit u paid. I can only wish u the very best.

@former, King's college of management is registered, Name as; Universal Education Services Ltd T/A King's College of Management.

That college is not registered with HomeOffice, pls be careful. This is where you check for registered colleges in the UK

What is the name of the college and the course u applied for? Courses below degree level could diploma or high diploma or even foundation course.

If the immigration law remains as its now then u can progress to university upon completion

Not good idea, only a dodgy employer will employ him and risk been fined about £5000 or more for employing him. If he is caught then its deportation and his visa cancelled.

If ur college cancelled ur admission then u are expected to leave the UK else u become an illegal immigrant, if u have a wife and the marriage is not registered then ur best bet is to go back to Nigeria with her and get married propely then applied for visa there.
