It depends on who gives you the exposure, many Nigerians in Europe will mislead you as a JJC, use you and by the time you know it, you have bad immigration record if u are not careful.

The problem with some Nigerians who tend to study abroad is delusion, they still have a story of an uncle or friend who left Nigeria since 1908 and made it big within 2months. They refused to understand that things have changed.

The school will re-issue u another CAS, review will take atleast 28days, oral hearing takes nothing less than 4months, depend on case load they recieve.
