Lakeshoree:
I am Financial consultant to some organisation in Nigeria and America, what i do is to liase with the American conuterparts and my Nigerian clients. My job is to source for offshore funding for my clients in Nigeria through American consultants that has access to the funders like US-Exim Bank and IMF etc. It requires them to travel to America whenever necessary for discussions, thats how i went. so other discussions are coming up, and i am the one that arranges for invitation letters for my client. so what i do is to include an interested party's name and the letter will come to me. I do only invitation letter for business purposes only. and i follow up with other requirements for interview. Mind you american interview do not care how many documents you came with, if you can only establish vivdly your reasons for travelling. I was interviewed twice the first they asked for the invitation letter, checkout those people online, and secondly no documents just interview. If you dont believe it, try and meet me when am back

You really sound very naive about the whole issue, you came to NL looking for pple who will pay you $100 each for fake IVs, you are really re-branding Nigeria. Read ur story again and see how dodgy you sound.

lolatom:
Justwise please can u shed more light on this? I intend using my tution as my maintainance fee and after the 28days i'll print the statement, pay my fees and apply to the embassy within 2weeks or at most 3weeks. Please justwise and others shud advise please.

If you use ur school fees as ur maintenance, how will you show ur actual maintenance fees then? Again what happens if the BHC calls ur bank to verify ur account?

moonraker:
I called the embassy here!!! its has been extended to april 2011, will do mine earlier , this is causing me

too many nightmares!!!

Thanks alot for clearing that up.

I'm forced to agree with some of the things u said there.

chilovenet:
@Rhymez
What if they take your sincerity for granted?

That shouldn't change you, don't become nasty or start playing games cos one girl or two doubt ur sincerity.

Your sincerity is your integrity

axeman85:
Dont rush yourself. the thing there is that, you will be able to travel to 9ja with the old passport BUT might not be able to come back with it. so while in 9ja you can do the new epassport comes out sometimes in 1week or 2weeks max dats if you go through an agent. i also have the old passport and i am travelling to 9ja in jan and thats wat i will be using BUT will do the new one while am dere.

Yes i read that here a week or two ago, somebody posted the link, and i also read it in one Nigerian newspaper.

Call the embassy for confirmation

Greatsteps:
Please house, Can I withdraw part or all of my maintenance fee from my bank account after the 28th days rule has been met and have submitted my application to BHC?

Very very risky, do it at ur own peril

Have i not been in the forefront too. Well i stopped after Dclique THREW AWAY MY THREAD!!!

Thanks

eyajudah:
haha justwise, not fully but limited on two grounds(racisim and indiscrimination) i dont even have all the time to appeal, i want to get back to them as soon as possible. i dont mind reapplying and indicating my concerns, but i need a good approved nigeria lawyer on such issues

Appealing on those 2 grounds maybe hard to but re-applying with more evidences maybe a good idea.

Get the brith certificate from national population and get an official letter from ur bank explaining to them that ur account was not inflated as they claimed. Use the space provided in the form for more info to air ur view. You don't need a lawyer for that. However, if ur salary can not add up to ur bank balance then they have enough ground to suspect ur bank statement.

Just address the issues they raised on the refusal letter.

I love reading from these members.

In no particular order!!

Why can't we modify post?

I made a mistake in Tigerpaws name, its T and not J

It has to be these 2 memebers

Jigerpaws and Odunnu

They have been in forefront of war against scammers here.

If they want to know how real and also get value before parting with their money, even 1 million people definitely need to see me, atleast to know where i am on ground. Is high time we need to do things differently, this is no fraud, is no trick and so they will see me. besides how will they pay me, you think i will give out account number of a bank?. guy grow up. this is real

Can you explain to us here how u will manage to provide IVs to 50 strangers? Do you really know how embassies judgy IVs?

I know its easy for you to give ur victims photo copies and collect money then whatever happen to them at the embassy its not ur business cos you have collected ur money and disappear.

beejaei:
So why did they make me get this one first and not the e-passport directly? (silly people always looking for how to fleece customers). How soon can I apply for the e-passport and how much does it cost?

You will get all the info in their website. In the UK it cost about $65 or there about.

Just visit their website for info.

@ ell77

WOW!!!!!  ell77   really really nice to read from you again.

How is married life and the masters program going? Congratulations.

Really nice to see u here again.

beejaei:
Sorry, I meant passport.

I thought as much.  The old passport(machine-readable) was supposed to be phased out this Dec but was extended to June or July 2011, if that is the one u are holding then you need to get the e-passport but if you are holding the e-passport, you are supposed to be given the required 5yrs.

eyajudah:
thank God you are online justwise, am a banker, all the docs i presented are all geniue, the birt cert is the one given by the hosiptal, but they want that of national population. i have a fixed deposit that was crashed into my account, i couldnt have send a fake doc to them, their decision is on a false premise

Ok, then you have a case, were you given the right to appeal?

Cannabis:
Not yet, that's why I needed some advice before going ahead with everything. Do you think it'd wise to re-apply again?

If you have the documents i listed there then go ahead and re-apply. You can't do without them.

former:
@Justwise
I've been trying to log in to my Toefl account since 3 days ago but it's telling me User name and password combination incorrect, I don't know what else to do, I would have tried the forgot the password feature but i'm not the one who registered it and I'm unable to contact him, and it's possible i submit my application next week, I'm afraid the UK embassy will try to log in to my Toefl account. Though I have the genuine hard copy (the original) of my test score with me. Could that pose a problem?
Thanks.

If you have than then submit it, they can verify that if they want.

beejaei:
I sent my visa to the Nigerian Embassy in DC for renewal. The website says it will be renewed for 5 years. It came back to me with a stamp saying it had been renewed till April 2011. Why is this? And what should i do?

Visa or Passport?

gentlem80:
Hi all,
I've this lady I've this lady I met on fb though we go way back 11yrs when we both attended the same secondary school. Ok, I went back to Naija just to see my parents after a long time (actually 9 yrs and this is true) and I also had the chance to met this girl. I took her out and she gave me the shock of my life. She said she has a kid (actually 3yrs old) for another man and I've to say she never mention this to me during our telephone conversations while I was on the other side of the Atlantic. I was totally shocked and had to use "bold face" throughout the remaining part of the date. I just want to know if anyone has had a similar experience.

What is shocking about that? What is wrong with dating a single mother? I think she is a victim of her own honesty. I just don't get it.

drekid:
anyone with useful information/procedure abt docs to provide to the embassy.

Prove that u have enough money to look after that person, accommodation(at least 2bed rooms) and ur friend need to have enough tie to Nigeria, proving that him/her will return to Nigeria at the end of his/her visit.

Cannabis:
Thanks
Those Embassies never refused me based on using fake Documents, its just the originals wasnt ready then and They said I dont have enough ites back home.
Canada refused me once, america once also and The Uk twice, Whats will you say now. The america and canada said i dont have enough ties and the Uk was the one with document problem, But I got the originals now!

Ok, do you have the CAS, school fees and maintenace fees ready?

@john_sho

Nigerians should stay far away from you. you can't be trusted.
