Living in a city or visiting an embassy wouldn't make you a wise man, ur case is a typical example of that.

Filling an admission form online takes less than 30mins, so no serious prospective student needs slowpoke like you to do that for him/her.

Any prospective student should be able to complete student visa form, they can ask questions in any area they need to. aspiring fraudster like you will kill anybody's dream of studying abroad.

Do you want to know how to go about applying for Uk student visa?Having an unused Egyptian visa on ur passport its not a problem as long as its not fake one.

On his documents, it is (surname, first name, middle name) but on his statement it is (surname, middle name, first name).

As long as the surename, middle and first name are placed on the appropriate place in both documents then it doesn't matter which comes first.

You are talking rubbish, crime is crime, it doesn't matter who committed it, our leaders will be jailed for their crime when convicted and he is in jail now for the crime he committed. For the fact the our leaders are curropt is not an exuse for anybody to travel out of the country to steal.

Adebayo would not be missing in his name. The statement would only say Oluwole Adebayo Peter instead of Oluwole Peter Adebayo which would contradict he's other documents.
I have seen VAF3a and VAF9 but need to know the right form. Thank you

Ok, i get what u mean now. It depends on where the family/last name is placed in both documents, Some documents starts with family/last name first then first name followed by midle name, some will ask for first name then midle followed by last name.

If the passport has his family name as[b] peter [/b] and the bank statement has it as Adebayo then that will raise questions.

The school will refund you the money but you need a proof that u paid the money into their account. Hold the reciept from the bank you used as a proof.

I'm trying to get the actual student visa form but its only giving me the UK student visa form. Go the british high commission website in Nigeria and search OR look at previous posts here, i know somebody pasted the form here b4 but i can't rememeber where exactly.

A friend of mine's name is Oluwole Peter Adebayo (as written on his int'l passport, certificates etc) that he will be using for his visa application but his statement of acct name (to be used for the visa application) is Oluwole Adebayo Peter. Do you think this error will affect his chance of getting visa.

That could be a problem, that Adebayo missing in his bank statement could make alot of difference. They may question that IF its noticed.

Thanks bro. I have applied but I could not make the payment online so I deposited money into the Uni bank acct. I think it would be better to follow Justwise's advice, I pray we are given visa maybe we can rent a private accommodation, WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT IT?@Justwise,
I had thought of renting private accommodation too. I deposited 170pds (150pds + 20pds bank charges) into the University bank acct. But to my surprised it didn't reflect in my CAS and I have not been issued a receipt since then. Please advice on what to do. Besides, can I get my 150pds back from the University when I get there? Is it advisable/possible to rent a private accommodation from here or there? I think i'm a bit confused about the application forms to fill for student visa. Kindly state the required forms to fill please. Thank you for your response.

Write the school and asked them for the receipt. Renting privately from Nigeria will be hard cos you need to view the accommodation and know what you are paying for. Universities do have a link to private landlords on their websites.

Pple don't need to contact you, Malaysian embassy or website got info for travelers of all sorts. Many schools also give advice on their websites on visa issues.

I never heard of anybody filling the prospective student form. Read the Tier 4 policy guidance - for applications made on or after 6 April 2010

It is possible to  do the processing all i need from  the  person  to forward to me here in malaysia are (Photocopy of the int`l  passport,8photos,ssce/waec photocopy & sponsorship letter(this  i can do this my self).Once i get all  these  i  will  take  these  to  apply for school here.Once application is  submited with all  these above an admission letter and immigration approval (Application/Approval to get  student visa) will be issue Within 3-4weeks.Thereafter i can forward this to whosoever am  applying for in Nigeria(After his/her payment)  to take it with his int`l passport to the Malaysia Embassy  in Nigeria(Abuja) for  his student visa without question or   i can forward it to my friend  who do the finishing (If the person has not yet paid).Have  done  it for some students  who are here studying and  am  still doing it for  genuie Nigerians  who want to study here.Please   no  Hussling  here  in Malaysia .But student can get hotel job,Restaurant etc
2.It is   also  possible  for   anyone  to  conver his/her visiting visa to Student visa  once  you  get   here.To  do  that one must has enough BTA (like 2k - 3k dols) I can  guide the person through when is here with visiting visa  but risky because   some   were deported back to  Nigeria  last Month due to BTA.but is better  to  apply for   student visa  if  you dont have  upto 2k dols  otherwise na deportation back to Nigeria.For  more  enquire please contact me on  Truelove4u39@yahoo.com.

Only a fool will send such sensitive documents to faceless internet 'agent' studying in Malaysia. Any prospective student who can't complete admission form online or ask questions on how to do it, is not fit to study abroad.There is nothing like 100% visa guarantee, i really feel sorry for any muppet that will become your victim.

When you get there look for one of the new EU member country girls and marry her, you will be surprised how quick you get your "5 year stay" in the UK. Don't marry a british girl 'cause you might be spending 10yrs with nothing. But remember the law there now says you must get a go ahead license from the Home Office if you are not from EU country.
