i would like to know if i can enter the uk earlier than the one month stated for the general student visa. i plan to enter the uk about 2 months before the start of my course. if i can't do that with the student visa, can i apply for a visitors visa to enable me enter the uk?

I am surprised you say it doesn't open when it does on my end. Well since giving you the number to call wouldn't prove anything, maybe you could try calling the ministry of education in malaysia and finding out if Kuala Lumpur Metropolitan University does exist and if it is recognised. Am sure they would be helpful. And am sure the ministry of education's webpage could be assessed on your end, right Mr. Justwise?

If you can't prove your genuinity how then can anybody deal with you? If you are working for the school as you claimed then your name and contact details will be on their website. Are you one of those working hard to rip off prosptective students?

I wasn't referring to anybody. I was referring to you. Your first message to me wasn't with passive words. It was with active words suggesting you have already had your mind made up about the advert or the intent and purpose of it. However, since you are bent on knowing who is genuine and who is not, i believe i already gave you the name of the school. Monday isn't too far you know. You can always call to verify. And who's to say that all schools put names and contacts of their agents on their webpage? Did you find names of agents on the school i gave you?

Dear Nairalanders, i need your candid opinion on this issue, i have receive an offer from both the university of bournemouth and the university of salford both in england for my masters in public health program. while the town of bournemouth hosting the univ of bournemouth is small, univ of salford is in the big city of greater Manchester. In the univ rankings, univ of bournemouth ranks far higher than the univ of bournemouth. I am confused i do not know which to choose, i would have loved to be in a Big city like manchester, and i also would like the highly rated university to the lowly rated one. Please advice.

If you want to study in Malaysia, you can contact me. If you want proof then look it up. I represent some schools one of which is KLMU (Kuala Lumpur Metropolitan University) schools down here don't have restricted courses. So contacting me would mean telling me what you want to study and me finding a suitable school for you. Please note. Everything is done directly with the school. You don't get to pay me anything. About the Tie thing i think its a very important thing.so am thinking on maybe i should try this MAPLE people out.but pls do you know how much they charge and i am going to get the admission myself and make the tuition myself so i need them for is the Visa preparation and essential document if they can help me produce but i have the documents since its my dad sponsoring me out of the country.

@kentro,what justwise is trying to tell you is to get the bank statements,tax clearance or the pay slips of the person that deposited the money in to your account or better still gave you the money.This is to convince them at the Embassy that the person giving you the money has a stable income or a reliable source of income.Thats all.it doesn't matter if he has huge amount in his/her account.What they want to see is the inflow of money in the account.Take care
