For any first time applicant who has not applied to the UK before, even if you know the Queen. just say NO.

The truth, you will not be judged by any information you did not provide (application) nor say (interview).

I wont say any further dear, am telling you from experience, my interview lasted for 1hr23mins and 30% of the interview was on that case.

1. how long will it take me from there to get to school.
2. Dont i think that 50 mins is such a long time.
3. If she was not there would you still want to come to the UK.
4. Will she be dropping me off everyday to catch a bus.

The interview will flow to other questions and boom he will return to it and ask how long have you known her.

Please avoid it, just book an AirBnB. Its not worth the STRESS.

Also make sure you have not quoted them, even if you do, just say you will not stay with them as you want to focus on your studies and be close to the school accomodation. Truth is that i wanted to just say no, but my sister said i should put it. I regret doing it anyway. And dont get me wrong, i got all the questions correctly except where she works and how much she earns. I simply told him i dont know and i dont want to give him wrong answers.

Nothing wrong with stating YES if you have the answers to those questions with the exception of No 7. No officer will penalize you for stating you do not discuss your relative's income.

Please note she mentioned the person is LEGAL. Its a different case if the person isn't and you really do not have the answers.

People have been denied visas for variations in responses from previous applications. There are applications ahead.

1. What is her name,
2. How old is she.
3.When did she come to the UK.
4.What type of VISA is she on.
5. What does she do for a living.
6. Where does she work.
7. How much does she earn

Accept the offer, finish your studies and take up the job/switch visa. I believe the organisation making the offer know the applicant is on tier 4 and needs sponsorship hence the offer.
I know people who got offers with sponsorship just after the end of their 1st semester around January/February for September/October start.

Why so? I got a job with sponsorship in Feb, not even half way through my programme. It saves the cost of GRADUATE VISA, that eventually doesn't count towards settlement.

He/she should take the job if he is apply to stay in that field or with the employment for the next two years.

At the time of making an application alone, 'will they be travelling with you to the UK?' should simply be NO. When dependants are ready, they can then make a separate application. 2 applicants from Part 5 & 6 have been refused because of this simple English

PS;- he’s already in the UK. He finished his masters February this year, so he’s not eligible for the 2years psw.
We’ve tried couple schools but they said it’s too late.

the CAS is with the Nigerian rep. Which means the school wants her to show the proof to Nigerian rep before the rep releases the CAS ...she is representing the school. You are mistaking agent for representative

Thought you can switch once you have completed your academics and gotten a job offer from a sponsored employer.

E.g, Student A completed studies etc in September and can now work full time till visa expires in January, however he landed an HCA job willing to sponsor and is way cheaper for a family of 4 than PSW, won't this be possible?

Tell that person to graduate first and use PSW to apply. You can't switch even before you graduate

it is!!!! You don't work for the schools, so you should not say what they can do and what they can't. Let me give you another fine example you can work with. You having visa refusal in other countries doesn't stop UKvi from giving you your student visa, but there are some schools that has refused to sponsor students or issue them CAS cos they have gotten visa refusals. So DO NOT say it isn't true except you are very sure of the fact or you work for the school

She is repping the school here in Nigeria (I don't know the school in question and I am not saying she is right) but what I am just saying is there should be at least 1transaction in that account within that 28days. Let her do one transaction today and print tomorrow. That should fly

because there is no proof that the account isn't a dormant account. If she is printing 28days with no transaction in it, how will they know that she can access the money when needed? Well this is what the school I applied to have been doing. They adviced applicant to make transaction a day before printing their statement or at at least once to show the account is functioning. Those that didn't adhere, were not issued CAS by the school until they did the needful. I hope my contribution helps

The rep is simply trying to tie every loose ends. They get £1000 for any successful applicant that gets his or her visa and enrol accordingly.

Not having much transactions on the duration of POF may signal that it is built a statement of account purposely meant to satisfy 28 days requirement.

The good thing is that UKVI adheres strictly to Immigration Law and rarely exercise discretion when the conditions of the law is met. If it were US or Canada, that POF won't fly.

My advice is to explain to the rep that you would like to try but she may be reluctant to help you get another CAS if rejected. Since you applied through the rep, stick with her instructions cuz if anything goes wrong, school won't refund your tuition deposit
