That 28days rule, is it compulsory that it must be 28days. Can’t I just print out 1Month or more as far as the required amount is intact and it haven’t gone below its requirement

please I need advice from I have an agent money to do turkey visa for me but he was not able to do it. And now is telling to apply for ukraine visa which is tourist visa, he has contact that will move me from Ukraine to Germany. I don't know how this will be possible bcus Ukraine is not a Schengen country.
And also can I live in Ukraine with a tourist visa and get a temporary resident permit to start work?. Please I need ur assistant. Thanks

1. Can i start my visa application without my CAS?
2. Can i book for biometric before applying for visa?

Guidance needed, our Ancients! Securing accommodation has really been a great challenge for my husband and I. We are a family of four. His school is in Bradford.
Now my uncle is strongly suggesting we stay in Manchester and my husband who is the student takes the train to Bradford to attend classes. A little more than an hour journey. My uncle has in-laws in Manchester who are already working on getting accommodation for us in Manchester.

Our concerns are:
* The accommodation is a room in a shared flat. (rem, we are a family of four) they say it's doable.
* Manchester is more expensive than Bradford and living costs and childcare are likely to be more expensive too.
* Are there informal arrangements for childcare that will be much cheaper, as this is what my uncle is suggesting?
* If we get airbnb in Bradford for 20 days, are we likely to secure an apartment before the end of the 20 days stay?
* We would really have preferred to be in Bradford, but they are saying that we are going to experience more racism there especially as there are more Pakistanis and Indians there, so finding work will be a challenge.

What can we do please? We need all the guidance and advice we can get. Especially as we are relocating with our kids and want the best option possible.

1. I already have a passport with my maiden name which I've done 2yrs ago, should I do a new passport and change to my husband name?
2. Am i to apply with my husband's name for the visa application or the name on my passport?

Good day house. Please i need the advice or should i say opinion of the elders on this.

My spouse just came through her CAS interview today. According to the interviewer, she performed excellently but the amount she quoted being in her account is low (12 m). Please note that she wasn't asked if she would be coming with her dependents. T[b]hough her responses were like one who would be going alone[/b]. She's feeling distraught at the remark made by the interviewer about the amount.
Also, apologies for me asking as i just stumbled on the group but is it ok to remove funds from the account of a visa applicant prior to or during visa application or processing?

A coronavirus concession on the date by which students must enter the UK, if they started courses in 2020 and are unable to travel due to the pandemic, has been extended to 27 September, recognising the continuing disruption many face due to international travel restrictions.

Applicants who began their studies in autumn 2020 or in spring 2021 will need to be in the UK with permission as a student by 27 September 2021. Students beginning their course this autumn or early next year will need to be in the UK by 6 April 2022.

Gdmornin..please we are a family of 4..,On the application form..were they asked wr do we intend to stay..sinc wv nt gtn any yet at the moment..our respond was..we r currently engaging agents on accommodation n nt gtn any concrete feedback atm..n that was a sincere response..pls hope it wont affect our visa...Apart frm that our POF is intact n more than enuf to cover the 4 of us..please someone with similar response shd kindly answer

if this is in regards the ukvi application form where the question 'Does anyone rely on you for financial support? Include both those travelling with you and those who are not'', is asked? then that person is correct. There has been some ambiguity in this regard. If we relate with the general visit visa application, the same question is asked and it has nothing to do with the general dependant application, its a reality question about your current state.Your spouse is your spouse and people dependant on you are those your Carter for,its not about your dependants applying with you.

@justwise @othergurus; I did priority for myself(student) and standard for my two dependants (Husband & Daughter) on 27th. I have received collection mail but my dependant tracking shows that it is still at DMC. For those who have collected both priority & Standard on the same day, did you all receive collection mail for the standard application as well, or you just suddenly found out that the three passports are available for pickup when you arrived at VAC to pick up your own (Priority)?
