My company will provide all necessary docs but can you guide with what docs will be required for submission?

Also , my company either pays salary from two different account since they merged, will this have an effect? I mean I get paid either from to different account names
I think I have answered the first part of your question before?

Regarding your last question...that will not be a problem as long as you explain the payment situation in your visa application.

His budget for the trip is 800 pounds and his account balance is N800,000....

Is 800k ok as account balance? Should he proceed to submit his application? Sister would provide accomodation and feeding.
£800 is reasonable, that is just about 2months of his salary.

Justwise n co.... Good Morning ... will 800k fly for someone being invited by her Sister... his salary is 176k, married and has a child. He stays in one of his fathers properties and drives a companys vehicle which has really reduced his monthly expenses to like 50k...kindly let me have your view
800k is a stretch on his salary, will the sister provide accommodation or will he stay in a hotel?

I gat you bro. You booked the accommodation to reduce your estimated travel cost, then you probably cancelled it after you got the visa. Wise move...

Not smart move because you are likely to be sent back when immigration at POE found out what you did.

It's the dumbest move ever because it's a common knowledge that immigration usually call the hotel to confirm your booking.

Lol. I'd appreciate if you could ask anyhow you know that lives in the UK and knows pretty much about this. In Judicial Review, once the claims has been filed, the home office legal department either conceded ( negotiates ) or file their document called the acknowledge of service (let's meet in court). Once again, you are contesting the LEGALITY of the DECISION MADE I.E were the rules followed? If found wanting, the court would order them to reassess the application and they'd pay your legal fees. It's the same way you pay theirs if you lose. I respect you a lot sir, you've been helpful to literally everyone on this thread but on this very argument, You don't know quite well about it. No offense

You know nothing about what you are talking about, the process you copied and pasted here is not for vising visa refusal.

You can't appeal visiting visa refusal let alone go for judicial review then hoping for HomeOffice to pay you money we wasted with your lawyer.

It doesn't just end at submitting the " Pre Action Protocol " Letter. I have seen people win these claims and the home office was responsible for their legal fees cos the loser pays the winner's fees but if you believe it's non existent then its fine.
Honeoffice pays your legal fees for visiting visa refusal judicial review? You really have a bad joke dude

While there isn't an official link from the gov.uk, a google search would show you hundreds of people that have had their refusal overturned. In Judicial Review, Judge reviews the lawfulness of a decision or action made by a public body. They would not issue the Visa nor tell the home office to issue the Visa but they'd order the home office to reassess the application in accordance with the Visit Guidance if found wanting.

https://www.freemovement.org.uk/visit-visa-refusals-appeal-or-judicial-review/
Off course non exist and that tells all you need to know, all the info you get online are from solicitors and not a single official website mentioning it.

Solicitors have to make a living so i don't blame them, if you are refused a non-immigration visa is either you reply and address the refusal or you send letter of complain/reconsideration to the embassy or you waste your money with solicitors claiming to help you with judicial review while they basically write the UKBA to reconsider their decision.

Done with this though.

You are absolutely still bent on rewording the meaning of my statement to stick to your own subjective belief about what and how CNN broadcast their News coverage. And mind you this does not have anything to do with Trump as you would want it to be.

One of the greatest thing about the US political system is that it has a very well and thought-out checks and balancing government system that most Countries cannot boast about having...even with most of the Europeans countries.

Elections are held every two years in the US so that alone tells us that the political system in the US gives every American opinions and their stand for about things great consideration to eventually become law.
Definitely not in this current administration, democracy in America is almost dead, Electra college is not democracy, maybe you are talking about midterm election.

Please I need urgent reply, can I still use a persona statement of account that is not up to the 28days(requirement) to apply for a student visa?

Thank you so much for your contribution, one thing I noticed about the @justwise is he believes he knows all, and till now he has not come out to formally apologize for using the word misleading.

B4 now, held his person in high esteem, but from his attack on my post over this issue, felt really disappointed.

One thing we all need to know is we learn new things every day of our lives, and we will never stop learning. @justwise, I still demand that apology from you.

You don't know it all, learn, and stop attacking people's opinions over issues you know nothing about. It is well with you.
You will never going to get one until you still misleading people.

Judicial review is not for non-immigration refusal, neither can you appeal a visiting visa refusal.

Hello Justwise,

Just to correct/ clarify what you just said, Judicial review is permitted for tourist visa as well. During the Judicial review, the first step is the "Pre-action protocol" and if home office does not respond within 14 days to 1 month permission to proceed with claim for Judicial Review is lodged at the court and which must be done not later than 3 months after the Home Office’s initial decision.

I personally know 3 people who have gone through the Judicial review process and gotten their decision overturn. With two of them after the pre-action protocol was sent, home office ignored but after the solicitor filed an application for permission in court, home office now became aware that they were serious so they sent a consent letter to the solicitor for them to withdraw it from court and even paid part of the cost incurred by the applicant.

Usually I think in Africa we do not explore all the legal options when unfavourable decisions are made towards us. any this is just my experience of what I know.

" The pre-action protocol is the initial step in the Judicial review process". Google gives more details

Just my one cent
You definitely entitled to your view but i disagree with you, I still maintain my view on this, all these processes you detailed here are for immigration visa refusal.

I see you misunderstood the main underlying context of my statement about my blame on CNN. Both CNN and Fox News report news that gear towards the political party they support...so none of them can be called saying the gospel truth with their news coverage in all sincerity.

If you are a hard core liberal then yes, CNN and other Liberal MSM reports will be gospel to your ears and if you're Conservative and don't buy into any of the Liberals ideology then yes, you might favor watching Fox news or other less Liberal focused News Media.

Thank goodness I am an Independent who does not get easily swayed away by either Liberal or Conservative political views. However, it's obvious that the Liberal point of views tend to be more noisy and more aggressive to sway people to their side.

Now about the Americans and their stupid gun laws" as you mentioned...not to make excuses for them but I think another thread on this forum brought out the back and forth discussion about it...and I remember that I mentioned that this gun culture that some Americans are finding it very had to let go of is because of how the US came into its existence and so even as times have changed or that its initial purpose of having the guns for protections against foreign invader or the likes are no longer a major threat the guns rights to own has unfortunately been abused by some very sad and sick opportunist mindset to use on innocent lives.
I did not misunderstood anything I got your point very clear, you were in a way echoing Trump,s fake news cry when news or his lies are called out by news outlets his hatted but praises propaganda from Fox News.

I still don't understand the mentality of Americans who support gun law, people are getting slaughtered in numbers still people are shouting second amendment, how will you excises that from the grave yard?

Even with your gun still you can't defend yourself, you get killed by your police and fellow citizens?

Those are Backpackers accommodation, shared room with bunk beds, never seen anybody who got a visa with such accommodation.

Years ago while on school picnic i used one in London and Wales , no security, no privacy, infact you take your stuff while going to have a shower because you are sharing a room with strangers.

The price tells you everything.

Whether it will fly remains to be seen.

She has a tier 2 (General) Leave to enter. It's stated exactly that way on her residence permit.

Then its not spouse visa, you need to apply for dependant visa

Good morning everyone, I have gone through the thread and I appreciate you all for the awesome help you are rendering here.
I have a few questions I would like the gurus in the house to help me with answers:

Scenario:
Have been in a serious relationship with wifey since three years (plenty chat, Whatsapp call logs and pictures). She applied for and processed her Visa as a single lady because we were not married at the time. Had registry wedding afterwards (some weeks before she travelled) and she travelled with "married status"; she has changed her status at her workplace to married as well. All this happened this year.

Now here are my questions as we are planning on starting our process this month:

1. Will her 'single' relationship status at the time she applied for Visa affect anything?

2. She does not have up to six months payslip as she has not spent up to six months yet. However, her employer offered to give her a letter. How does this work, please?

3. She meets the financial requirement as the sponsor. Do I need to meet any requirement myself? (I did not see this anywhere, just double-checking).

4. The accommodation requirement is really confusing. She shares a home with a family of 3 - mother(owner) and two daughters. She has her own room and toilet and the house has two living rooms. The plan is to rent another place few weeks before I arrive, so we'd like to apply using this current accommodation. She has a very good relationship with the owner of the house too. Does it qualify? What do you advise?

5. Also, I read some people talking about their partner processing the Visa for them from the UK. Is this better than doing it here in Nigeria by myself?

I would appreciate your inputs. Thanks in advance.
cc: Justwise , Lexusgs430 , fridpalor
1. No

2. Don't risk it, letter from her employer will not cut it, don't be in a rush to waste millions of naira in a failed application.

3. No you don't need to meet any financial requirement only education.

4. She will need a letter from the landlord stating that the living condition will not lead to overcrowding or property inspector to have a look at the house.

5. Far better to do everything from the UK because almost all the documents will be coming from your wife, she can't send them to you in Nigeria then you package and send back to the UK.

One can't blame him though.

It's the likes of CNN going international and talking about everything under the sun and in the rocks airing all the things that happen in the US.

How many of any of the European countries have constant news coverage 24 hours round the clock exposing all the events be it good or bad about their country the way CNN does about the US?
Never knew that I would never read stuff like this from you. You blaming CNN for doing their job effectively? Americans and their stupid gun law and election of that baby balloon should be blamed, I guess you enjoy Fox News(shepard smith is the only voice of reason)

Hello Justwise,

Please Judicial review is actually for all categories of visa including non-immigration visa's. My solicitors in london have been winning a lot of non-immigrant refusals through Judicial review.

I used to ask questions for my sister but she was refused so we are going through a Judicial review and a letter before claim has been sent to the home office now and we are waiting. If they dont respond after sometime then they will proceed with the next action. ECOs sometimes just refuse anyhow and if you have a good case and you challenge them they reconsider their decision and issue visa. Will update the house
Dude your solicitor is sending letter of reconsideration to the HomeOffice and not judicial review, anybody can do this and still get positive/negative result.

These solicitors will give you the impression that you can appeal visa refusal or go for Judicial review and you pay then they write letter of reconsideration.

You are wasting your money with solicitor because anybody can send a letter to immigration asking for reconsideration about seemly unfair visa refusal

You can't take the homeoffice to court for tourist visa refusal

Hello Justwise dear....Been a while trust ur doing great ... but why is it that some of this ECO'S enjoy dishng out unjust refusal to applicant not even considering that applicants from Nigeria spend alot for application. I mean its just insane ooh. With this kids denial i feel so angry at the ECO making such a stupid accusation even when they saw all evidences. Jesus christ i hail some of dis amateur ECO's wey dem dey put to treat applicants cases.
These things happens sometimes and we can't really make that judgment call as you don't know the whole story or how the form was completed.

Sometimes ECO make decision based on their experience which we don't have, so its really hard to understand why ECOs make certain decisions

I don't see anything wrong with those documents she submitted but then again i'm not an expert on this.

Flight fare return= 270k

Then the remaining money left for living expenses, shopping and visiting tourist attractions.
What part of the UK will you get hostel for £174 for 10days?

@justwise can't serve as a stumbling bloc on my way. I am even motivated than ever to dish out write-ups here on my travails, experience and happy moments here ever since I arrived here in Ireland. But tonight will be my ugly experience from this same thread here on nairaland.
It happened with my first post here. A newly admitted student of National college of ireland called segun by name and is also seeing this too, contacted me on WhatsApp. Lol...same WhatsApp justwise is fighting me for. We got chatting and he arrived Ireland. One thing led to another and I offered to allow him stay with me pending when he gets a place. I don't know him from Adam other than he is a Nigerian and has been newly admitted. Did my little best to make sure he was ok while staying with me. To cut long story short, I was at place of work in the wee hours of the night when he ringed me. "Hello! Oscar I don dey go ooo...I don get a place. Taxi don come pick my load. Where I go keep your keys?" I was like, "did I maltreat this guy in any way to make him want to leave just that?" I pondered in my heart. Still trying to phantom what was going on, he repeated same question. I managed to reply him to keep it underneath a flower by the doorpost and the line went dead before I knew what was happening.
I was lost in deep thought but couldn't call him back since I was still working. Well I waited till i.was done. Immediately I boarded Luas(train) I placed a call. Segun my guy narrated how he saw a nice place and all that and wanted to move in before someone else gets the place. So I replied, "segun you for at least wait make I follow you go check am to see if it's nice". He replied," the landlady dey stay the house and the bed na big bed too. She say I go get another person to share the bed with me". Still on phone I laughed. "Segun if a guy like you say make Una dey share same bed wetin go come your mind? You no go think say the guy na gay? "Chai, Oscar this thing no come my mind ooo...chai I don Bleep up! Wetin I go do now?" He responded remorsefully. Then I still had this Nigerian brotherly feeling. As I speak to you it was almost 1:30am. "Go meet the lady wey get house and tell her you don change your mind. That you need your money back. After that get a taxi and return back to my place. Tomorrow we go go check other places for house". ...

I will continue my experience with my Nigerian folks here tomorrow when I am back from work. Stay tuned. This is a lesson to other students to avoid certain people if you must succeed. I am happy he is seeing this to counteract me or confirm my experience with him staying me. @justwise own is by the way. I understand what's going on with him. Stay tuned guys! And please comment here if you want too but please don't send me WhatsApp messages abeg ooo
This unconfirmed 'sweet-heart' story is targeting unsuspecting new comers who will fall prey to your game.

You can't be trusted as I have read what you did with one of your ids you deactivated, I'm saying for the sake of innocence ones here who will be tempted to contact you for any dealing.
