He is getting an LMIA for us. N d Visa category is W1 meaning working Visa with two years work permit. Is this possible
Madam google LMIA first to learn what that means, its a document that allows an employer to hire foreign worker, it will basically show that no Canadian can do that job, he is promising you unskilled job which many Canadian can do and it seems you are falling for this

He actually has a company over there n intends getting LMIA for us. I asked d type of visa he said it’s W1 visa what do u think about this. Is it possible that with LMIA u won’t be needing IELTS certificate
There is nothing like W1 visa, you really need to be scammed to learn your lessons

@justwise i wonder why you gave me a ban for posting a picture from mz visa..dude i was not advertising..MZ VISA NOW HANDLES VISA PROCESS FOR TURKISH EMBASSY LIKE VFS...now read below as i did not advertise and i did not break any rule and i was not the only one that posted that kinda picture and i got a ban from you but the other pics is still there..always investigate more before you drop the gavel and i hope you would do the right thing and remove the ban but if you decide not to remove it well what can i do nothing and lastly i do not work for MZVISA

cc justwise
You are shifting attention to something else, your ban has to do with your resident permit and business invitation letter runs in that thread, i told you long ago that you should stop using that thread as your business centre, dropping your contact details for offline visa related chat but you keep doing it.

That thread and others in that section are started just to keep Nigerians FREE of charger. Money will not exchange here

Yes with my personal savings account but the money is always coming from hubby. My issue I work with a state government with a pay of less than 50k per month and d salary account is being paid into a micro finance bank.
I doubt that will fly, but you can still give it a go and see how it pans out

VISA Granted
I got my visa yesterday, submitted 28th Feb. I av learned from everyone who has posted here btw January and February 27, 2019
Submitted 4 bank statements; two of which had zero balance (submitted just to reflect some transactions btw my accounts). Total sum in d other 2 was 1.1m
Plus there was a mistake on my payslip from accts dpt: payslip net had 10k difference from my salary - realised on the morning so i had to just use it.
My budget 2.4*my monthly Sal.
Travel history: 2014 - Chevening Sponsored Masters (left UK with 4mths on my visa), 2015- Was in Paris for a weekend with a 3mths Visa, 2017 -Liberia (work related trip 12days).
Lump Sum: Had a deposit of 300k from mum in January and 200k on 4th February. Note I wasnt even considering travelling to the UK at these times, started feeling the need to travel from 9th February.
So in all thanks to God and u all here.
I plan to apply for my fiancee after our wedding (first weekend in May) - when she has a passport with my lastname, be her sponsor and act as tho i would be her link here in Nigeria. So i am very open to advise on dis.
Congratulations!

I talked about this a few months ago..... It's a credit card, without a card...... Offers 0% interest on purchases, a good medicine for shopping addictions.....

Although stingy with credit limits............
Not really worried about that

They are currently on a massive marketing campaign. I had it 2 years ago when I mistakenly applied for it whilst making a purchase on ebay. You only get a few months interest free before interest kicks in, and the credit limit is miserable, mine was only £1200. There are other decent cards with healthy credit limits (>£20,000) and 24-36 months interest free on purchases e.g Barclaycard, MBNA etc.
Barclaycard now known as Barclaycard forward gives £1200 and 3months interest free though for 1st CC, though a work mate got £20,000 and 24 months interest free.

Thanks so much d person arranging it for us gas a company over there already according to him n is planning sending us an invite he told once once our documents are approved we will go for biometrics
Don't waste your money and time because it's a scam, this sort of heartless scam is very common. It's impossible for any Nigerian to get a visa for unskilled job in Canada because there's no visa category for that.

You are probably going to be given visiting visa and told that you can covert it to work visa in Canada which is a lie.

Do this at your own peril.

I am more interested in the statistics. We have honest and forthright Nigerians just as we have dishonest ones. But to say MOST Nigerians!! Mba!!

Yes most Nigerians can't be trusted even with a toilet brush, sometimes we lie about something we don't need to lie about.

Not just common Nigerian on the street..from a pastors to politicians all are at it.

Until you know the difference between “many” “much” and “most”
Don’t come and start saying you used “Most” cos in this context you know what you meant
Do better as an admin and coin your words properly
Nairaland isn’t that private..no let us fish this comment out in the next 20years if trump manage give you one post/position

So Trump will still be in power in next 20yrs and by then i will be living in America?

Lets all agree that the only thing you are familiar with is discounted hospital package.

As you aware, google is equally full of trash!! Dishonesty, fraudulent proclivities are human traits that are not limited to Nigeria. However, you were sure of your stats using the word "most".

Abeg help me check google, who first discover Kilimanjaro? grin grin grin grin Google will surely give you a white man, like our historians have done over the years. A mountain in Africa discovered by a white explorer? huh huh huh
We are saying the same thing, you just confirmed what i said...you are not saying that most Nigerians are not dishonest, fraudulent and crafty but you are saying that other human races are too.

We can't get better by denying the obvious.

Jesus, what kind of spiteful statement is this Nigerians are fraudulent ,dishonest” where did you draw the statistics from? Why generalize ?isnt dishonest a general human nature? I am most disappointed at this.i live in Malaysia and they are also very dishonest..humans generally ..Omo?Nigerians don suffer for una hand sha..I blame Buhari..you people should leave this their USA and move to Caribbean’s or South America..they are waiting for us oooo...as our Nigeria no gree develop.we will get there one day one day..
God bless Nigeria ooooo
Justwise you can do better than this or coin your words properly..the internet never forgets..what in the generalization.i am taken aback
Yes i agreed with you on this i should be doing better than this..saying it as its even more.

Do you know what generalization means?

Ooohhh!!! cheesy...Some people are going to jump on your neck for this bitter truth statement.

If some Nigerians are going to fight back at this statement then why is there even a need to see hundreds of Nigerians desperately trying to have their babies in the US? And when they are denied US visa why are most Nigerians upset about it.

How many people from other countries do we see in desperation trying to give birth in Nigeria by fire by force?
I definitely expected that, i have been here long enough to know that but i couldn't care less and have never do.

I totally disagree with you on this. I obtained my medical visa with an Oakbend budget, and eventually used WHMC (which was almost USD 2,000 higher than the bill I presented at the embassy). And my visa renewal was still refused. This is my bone of contention with the embassy as it makes absolutely no sense!
Was your visa refused because you paid low amount or some other reasons?

I have been to several countries and have found fraudulent and dishonest people everywhere. How are most Nigerians fraudulent? How are they different from other nationalities? Just yesterday i caught my cleaner trying to steal from my bag in another country. He is not black and he is not a Nigerian. On my last trip to a totally different country, my money was stolen. Still in another country money was fraudulently obtained from me. Putting your citizens down via unsubstantiated generalisation with no evidence is disturbing.

Putting my citizens down is another name for honesty.

Just incase you care to read i did not generalise ..i said most

By the way thanks for making me laugh with your cleaner example

I strongly believe that the American embassy in nigeria is targeting Nigerians
Why is accepting discount suddently become a crime for nigerians giving birth in usa and mr justwise have this altitude of usa embassy cannot be wrong...during the change of intention era ..the american embassy are quick to clarify the issue but on this discount issue ..why is the embassy so silent and not out to clarify issue

Mr justwise help me ask ur people at usa
Embassy to please come on this forum on the discount issue because based on you (Lets call a spade most Nigerians are dishonest, fraudulent and crafty we get so angry when called out. )
And how can accepting discount be term dishonest and fraudulent but no single hospital giving this discount offer have been sanctioned or charge with improper conduct
The discount reason is just another way to denial visa and reduce nigerian giving birth
In usa ..because maybe next they will start to refuse visa based on your height and weigth))

Usa is a country of law and order but under what law or rule a person become a criminal for accepting discount using same medical visa ...mr consular over to u !
Ok i will.
