I need ur advise pls ... my friends mum left for the UK in 1983 immediately after the demise of her hubby who happens to be my friends father ... in her visa application , she included my friends name and got the UK visa. On getting to the UK she remarried and became a british citizen.

Ffw to 2011.. My friend got pregnant for a dude and gave birth to a Boy... The guy accepted the boy byt not the mother so the boy shares the same surname with the father but the mother still bear her fathers name since they arent married.

FFW TO 2019... My friends mum wanted her to visit with her 8yrs old son this April for easter... Remember her name was included in her mums application in 1983.

PLS ADVISE US WHAT TO DO NOW

1. THE boy and mother do not share the same surname and they are being invited with same IV. WHAT TO DO to avoid denial.

2. My friend has a birth certificate that shows name of the boys father and her own name .

3. Can she apply with the boyknowing full well that they dont share same name? What documents should include in rhe application to avoid denial

Today makes it 28 days that I've kept my maintenance and tuition fee bal in my bank account. I would like to print it out and send to the school to have my CAS issued and print another one next week for my visa application.

Is it compulsory I use the exact bank statemen sent to my school for visa application as well?

Please I would appreciate your feedback on this issue... I have 2 bank accounts, one is specifically for my daily business transactions, my maximum balance doesn't exceed 300k... While the 2nd account is used for saving from the business... I save at least 50 to 200k on it every week/fortnight depending on business transactions but I hardly withdraw from the account.. Like I have done only about 3 withdrawals from the account in the past 6 months... The account has a closing balance of 3.5m currently...

Should I submit the 2 account statements or what do you advise... Thanks and God bless you

@Justwise I appreciate your comment. Please can you kindly explain to us how an employer can make a travel incentive to his employee. There are ways to go about it. I believe that employer gives travel voucher or paid vacation to staffs who are outstanding. If the award and travel incentive is genuine one ,what are the steps to be taking to apply for visa under this route of paid vacation? Or are u saying that an employer can not offer a paid vacation to his employee if the organisation is doing very well in biz? Is it that such incentive can not be paid into receipent's account? Please what are the ways to go about it. Kindly explain please. I believe your explanation will make us to gain knowledge on such route, even help those who might have similar case. Thanks

Goodmorning justwise and all the gurus in the house please i submitted an application for family visit on the 1st of february and we receive an email from uk that decision has been made and dispatched to tls on the 17th of february that tls will contact is in 2 days and on the on the 20th tls contact us but on getting they told my husband is only passport that's ready for collection and i collected mine and after few hours they send another email that my husband passport is ready too but uptill now we are still waiting for our son passport,we went to tls a week ago and they said they will send message when is ready for collection so i dont know what is happening almost 3 weeks after we collected our passport please what do you advice us to do,what is the next step to take.

Please can anyone help with a Template on how to explain in details funds into an account for a visa application.

I have a salary account with inflows and outflow and a savings account without much inflow and outflow which is basically for savings e.g contribution and also payments from real estate commissions. Can I also go ahead and present the bank statements for my savings and explain on how I got the money? Or should I summit just the salary account statement and my husband's statement who is a co-sponsor? Please I need your assistance as am almost done with my application, thank you.

Am currently applying for a visit visa to UK but the company am working with, the managing director pays my salary directly from his personal account.its a family company whereby the huaband, wife and their 2kids are the directors.
Please,i need advice on how to go about the payslip issue.

Yes please. note that the company make way more than that monthly and I always reinvest once a car is sold.

He went about it the wrong way. He should have had the company write a letter taking full sponsorship of the trip and used the company’s bank statement as proof of funds. Then there would have been no need for them to transfer the funds into his account (ECO would have just seen it as lodgement)

Happy new week mates. Please I need your assistance. My sister inlaw brother was denied a UK visa and he wants to reapply soon. Please I will like to know the main reason(s) he was denied. He wants to write and explain in details why he was refused. Please I need comments on the reason why refused. Was he refused based on personal and financial circumstances? I will appreciate comments, advice and how to go about the refusal. I.e what to write. In addition, there was a letter given to him by his company on the trip as the best staff of the year during the AGM. (Annual general meeting) . The CEO of the company usually gives award in form of travel incentive according to what he explained to me. He attached the letter in his previous application but did not explain to ECO that the money was given during AGM. The letter he submitted only stated that: As a result of your good outstanding performance the company av decided to send u on a four days trip to the uk...... Please I will appreciate your contributions to make the second application asuccessful. Thanks

I am abt applying for UK tourist visa for me, my wife and 3 children. I have my own company and my wife and children are share holders in the company. My wife and one of my children are directors in the company. I am not on any particular amount as salary as funds comes in from the business I do at any time. I have some landed properties to show that am coming back with my family. we intend spending 3 weeks. We have travelled to Europe and Dubai. Though we were refused visa to France in 2012 due to insufficient funds back then and US in 2018 due to inability to show ties in Nigeria even though we were not given the opportunity to show our documents during the interview. My questions are;
(1) what are our chances of getting UK visa?
(2) is it better to use my company as sponsor since my company is more than buoyant enough to sponsor our trip or my personal account?
(3) what documents do we need to present?
(4) do we need to book for accommodation and flight before applying?

I recently got refused UK Visa.Meanwhile i showed a statement of 2.4M and am on a salary of 500,000 Monthly. Though i made a withdrawal from my crypto Currency Account to add up to make it up to 2.4M.Not to forget, i applied with my wife.
See below the response..

You have stated that You are an XyZ engineer with XYZ company and earn 500000 (1,043 Pound sterling) per month. You also stated that you have no other sources of Income and have no property in your own name. In support of your application,you have provided an employment letter.payslips and bank statements in your name. How ever the bank statements show deposits made into your account which are in excess of your total claimed income. You have not provided any details on your application as to the origin of the excess funds and i am unable to determine this from the statement or the other evidence provided.I am not satisfied that the funds held in your account are under your exclusive control or that they are available for the purpose of your trip to the Uk.

In light of this i am not satisfied that you have the adequate funds available to you which are under your exclusive control.


Mean while, In my cover letter i explained origin of the extra 800k Lodged into the account from my crypto Currency wallet, and even went as far as attaching the account statement of when the money left my account to the cryto currency account and when it returned.

Guys i will appreciate your advise on this

Good afternoon everyone, I'm a new member here. I went to UK ikeja office to submit my documents and also my biometric. I made a mistake when submitting my documents, I didn't submitted my sponsorship bank statement. The error occurred when i was downstairs,when we were told to arrange our documents.so,i removed the bank statement my sponsor gave me.it was two bank statement I was given though ,i mistakenly removed both photocopies and original which i thought it was only photocopies and that's where he has huge amount of money. Please, how can i get the document across to them. I'm just crying like a baby now.

Hello guys i plan to apply for UK visa by the end of this month but i am facing some challenges.

I own a business that i registered in 2017. The business is mainly imports and there are forex transfers between Nigeria and asia and other countries in the DOM account. Now i have a personal account, but most times i use both person and business account for business. sometimes i recieve payments of hundreds of thousands through my person account. Sometimes i also transfer funds from my business account to my personal account and transfer to people.

sometimes i go shopping and use my business account ATM to pay, likewise my personal account. Now this month, i transfered 1,000,000 from business account to personal account and spent 500,000 out of it. I want to fund the trip which i budget 600,000(6days) for from my personal account. If i transfer another 1,100,000 from business account to my personal account making it 1,600,000 before i apply, will it be suspicious? Even though i own both accounts and run them as both business and personal account.

I was in dubai in october last year, if i am applying for UK visa in march against june, will it be somehow?

Finally, i have not paid tax for the business since 2017 i registered it. Will it be suspicious if i go and pay tax now? Also, will be a problem applying with a business name that is a little above 1 year?

PLEASE ADVICE .

Thanks for your comment Justwise. But I want to verify if Abuja and Lagos embassy do interview for tourist visa? As for me I am not comfortable with the guy and we are not interested again. My only concern now is if tourist visa go for interview?
