Ewilliam2015: Hello mr.justwise....I was refused uk visa 4months ago Becuz the pay slip I submitted wasn't stamped or signed and I also put in that I am paid commission which helps boost my account but they also said there was no evidence to show that I am paid commission and my commission is paid by cash to me by my company so I don't know how im going to prove that..so I want to reapply this month Becuz my cousin who is a uk citizen sent me an invitation for the Xmas holiday so I don't know how to go about the payslip Becuz I have been prompted in my company so I have new payslips for the last 4months but I no longer have those payslips that wasn't signed or stamped the last time I applied..so what do I do about it Becuz I have to submit 6months payslips to them and how do I prove that I'm paid commission since its paid cash to me I really don't understand, what happened to those payslips you submitted before and why can't you get them stamped and add them to your next application ? |

I really do like Linda. That's ok I accept your explanation. |

I admire her hard work and dedication to her blog but right now she's acting all wacko over her house. You have to go tribal don't you? |

oliviah10: @ MiddyO Thanks for your reply, Im currently 25 weeks , my parents are in Nigeria,I have an 18 month old daughter as well. We are returning as a family so accomodation has been arranged however no jobs yet but fingers crossed hubby gets one before my visa appointment on 21st december. My father has decided to help with the trip any suggestions please?. I am using Doctoresparati and I have paid part of my hospital bills, I have a signed letter from the doctor agreeing to see me. I also have one which isnt signed as I have to sign on arrival and show proof of ID. Now my problem is presenting my case to the visa officer so i dont get rejected. I lived in the UK for 6 years and finally moving back home as visa was denied and I and hubby decided this was it . Previous posts have shown that they kind of make a big deal out of one being denied a uk visa my husband isnt travelling with me but im taking my mum and my daughter along. Please, I really need any advise I could get as this forum seems so helpful I have learnt a whole lot. Thanks in advance P.S im due late February. Were you or your hubby working in the UK then? |

askari01: After endorsing the payslips, he should also back it up with a letter
There is nothing wrong having stamps on on payslip, it's just funny sometimes when BdHC denies genuine applicants over silly issues but I am 85% sure once he corrects the mistakes and back it up with necessary letters, it will end in praises... but they can be funny at times, they might say the applicant's payslips were endorsed based on request..... This is just desperate, why would you need a letter from your company to explain that the payslip is genuine? The embassy deals with thousands of payslips and will know a dodgy one when they see it |

askari01: That's incredible, I'd advice you to never sign nor stamp ur payslip, return it back to them like that and explain that you have been working with the company for over years and your payslip has never been signed nor stamped... all u need is meaningful explanation and include all the payslip you have with you, from when you have been working... if the ECO is indoubt, he or she should take his time to verify with ur employer... You can also get a letter from ur work place for clarification. He has to do that just to avoid stamping his pay slip? What do you think is wrong with having your company's stamp or signature on your payslip? |

veecee29: This got me confused. With my three years experience working in the public sector, they have never stamped or signed my pay slip.We just receive the pay slip.I intend to apply in 2weeks time, hope this won't be a problem? Payslips differ from company to company, when your payslip is blank with little to identify the issuing company then you need stamp/signature from your company. This is like bank statement printed from cash machine and the one sent by the bank through the post. |

mzclare: I met this guy early last year, we've been friends, December last year we decided to get serious, before we got into d relationship I asked several questions abt his last relationship I figured out he lied to me, he just had a break from d girl, they didn't really breakup, April 2015, this girl started attacking me, calling me different names I just try as much as possible not to let her words get to me, my guy got to knw abt this, his mum also heard abt it, she called to settle d scores although he apologized on her behalf but told me he would want to end things with her amicably, so I think they stop seeing each other for sometimes, few days back we had an argument and this girl has actually been hiding her no. to call me, maybe just to confirm I was d owner of d line, I dnt knw. I called my guy that same night only to hear insulting me on background, I was really hurt, I called his friends that knew abt our first fight, with the way the girl runs her mouth i felt i shld tell someone who is older like a family, i honestly do not want to fight her, so i called d girl's elder sis, explained things to her, she apologized on her behalf few hours later my guy called me and asked me d right I had to av called d girl's sister, pls av I done anything wrng. if yes what could I av done. Why do you have time to waste with a guy who is clearly cheating on you with his other gf? |

Rayhut: @ Pauluche, you are using your personal experience to generalize the whole scenario in German universities, in big cities many students are working and at the time going to school and passing their exams, some are even working in two different places. Some students married their German girl friend while doing their masters. The issue of failing or passing exam have nothing to do with clubbing or working, if someone is intelligent or have determination and can read and understand easily, you can club, work and still come first in the class. Some people are from rich family if they spend their 8040 finish their parent will send another one to them, some don't have and have to work to support their self. In all it depend on the goal that somebody set for himself. If somebody carry him head shook for only book for Germany the person will only allow the school to pass through him or her without allowing himself to pass through the school. All jack and no fun makes jack a dully, body nobi firewood, nwanne guys suppose explore Germany to be able to have a story to tell, gutter no dey block oo if someone is smart. Flexing is not bad oo if one do it moderately. It does, definitely. |

xtraodinaire: Hello house, great job.
I plan to visit the UK as a tourist next year February for 13days and plan to apply now.
I applied in 2007 for a student visa which I was refused (insufficient funds). Went on to start my business (registered) in 2008. I don't pay myself a monthly salary but i transfer money from my company account to my personal (savings) account and sometimes i receive money into my personal account from another business which i do sometimes (I help contractors source dental supplies online). The question is can i submit my bank statement for my personal account alone cos i have done a bulk transfer of how much i need for the trip from my company account into my personal account.
My budget for the trip (hotel, ticket, living expenses) is 2500 pounds and i currently have a bank balance of appx 2million in my personal account and about 400k in the company account. I also have a short travel history, was in SA last year May for 7 days. Both personal and business account need to be submitted. |

Tvegas: I have been reading all the comments . I appreciate every criticism. I won't reply all the posts one to one so we don't waste space over nothing. I intentionally didn't mention names in the initial post because I just want people to think within themselves if what they do sometimes is right. Also, Some of the things i wrote ,i have been guilty of them in the past so who am I to point accusing fingers at specific members. I will drop this as a general reply, just to shed light on few issues and close this discussion:
1. When I say CLIQUES..... This is an example of what i mean, When you see your E-friend fighting another member on a harmless issue they shouldn't bother with and you can't openly caution them on the forum but you also weigh in and goad them on to do damage that is a gang up. We must always be able to caution each other. Using a safe example @Anonymousmum is my friend in real life but one day i saw her on a members case here, she was goaded on by some members and so I jokingly took her up/I called her out on the matter right there she reconsidered, we ended it and laughed it off. So when I say cliques don't think too far.
2. No matter how foolish a question is be considerate in giving answers. If you can't answer press the IGNORE button . Till this morning i get tens of mails from members seeking answers on different issues and some of them claim they are afraid to ask questions here lest they are torn apart. Are all of them agents? I don't think so. Until i experienced things firsthand my views about a lot of things didn't change. Let's take a cue from the "Canada Student Visa thread". If you can, please go there and ask a repeated question they will either refer you back or IGNORE you completely, after you have shouted yourself hoarse you will do the right thing.
3. For members who don't believe BULLIES and CLIQUES exist here, I may actually be wrong about that assertion. However i am happy that we have discussed it and nipped it in the bud before it takes root. Going forward let there be nothing of such. For example, some friends here recently exposed an agent, did they do the right thing? Probably YES but further down i saw speculations that there is another agent being monitored but no name was mentioned . I think Such can lead to mutual suspicion and further fights in the future. To everything there should be a limit hence I called for caution.
This thread should not degenerate, kudos to everyone keeping it alive. @Justwise i don't envy your job but when you see fights brewing kindly restrain the parties involved don't stay on the sideline and don't completely accept a single story as the truth give people benefit of doubt. IF you hear the other side of some of the issues that have been raised here you will wonder as to who to believe. Like i said on the advertising issue Seun needs to do more, there needs to be different levels of engagement and diligent follow up. Even though i may not birth in America again , There is no denying my love for this thread as such I will always weigh in when necessary. Be specific which issue are you referring to here? |

sonofananimal: why didn't see know it before she married the guy but rather complaining about his body?
Did you read where the fake story said that "them agree on sex before marriage"
She is definitely referring to her manhood here and that is sure of it. Even with your sliming body type, you can fat if you want to fat but that down side is constant unless you did some enlargement stuff.
And why is see concern of her/friend not to comment adultery
I guess it's not body type! If you are smaller by nature that is who you are no amount of fatty food will help you and manhood enlargement is all nonsense. If you really believed that then you can as well believe that a prostitute is a virgin |

sonofananimal: you don't know how a subliminal messages work do you?
There is no misguided interpretation, that's just the message she Is passing out to her fellow WOMEN.
So what of the women who want to keep their dignity by saying no sex before marriage. By reading this story, you just destroy their hope. You obviously didn't read the article, she is talking about the hubby's form, size, and development of a his body and you don't need to have sex with somebody to know that he has a smaller body. She is not referring to his manhood here. |
