Amdan: Hi all,
I am applying for a tier 4 visa for my wife and baby and intend to use my own bank account. I already have my visa (for PhD) and claimed established presence status (by showing lesser amount) to apply for my current visa. When applying for my family, is it advisable to state under the "Additional Information" section of the online form that I have already benefited from established presence and want my dependants to benefit from same (since UK immigration rule allows for this)? Or should I leave that for the ECO to figure out?
Also, on my marriage affidavit, some letters on the edges of affidavit are missing (from production) but still readable. Should I go and make another or leave it as it is before submitting at the application centre? You don't need to state that, as long as you have lived in the UK for more than 6months then the rule automatically set in since you are the sponsor. If the name is still readable as you said then they will be ok with it. |

crazyinlove: Hi guys, I have a question. Assuming the statement of account one used for their application was less than 30 days old by the time they submitted but after it became 30 days no decision has been made on the application. Is it going to affect anything. I know their requirement is that you should keep certain amount in your account for 28 days and the statement of account should not be more than 30 days old. That is student visa application requirement. |

Keeping: Yes, he has all the utility bills, gas, electricity, everything in his name, except d motgage. Now that we realise the risk it might be to my application and after. He is bringing an option of getting a rent, d landlord has agreed to take some deposit till when d visa will be granted before moving in as no one knows when d visa will actually be granted...and d landlord does not mind writing a letter of agreement to this effect.
My question is,can he use this present mortgage adress as a correspondence, as that is d only place where we can present bills in his names from last 6mnth/yrs & getting to put d new rent details and d letter of agreement from d land lord.as well ?.
Justwise, Lexusgs430 what's ur take on this plz. Since he pays all the bills with his name then he can use the address and explain the mortgage situation in a letter, his situation is not uncommon in a divorce case involving kids in the UK. |

Only my hubby and the 2kids they had together stay/live in the house since several yrs till now. Sorry i meant your hubby. If he is living in the house with his kids then he must have other utility bills in his name? This is really complicated issue, i feel sorry for your hubby, the UK law regarding married couples is just one sided and unfair. Exactly why the thought of getting married scares a living daylight out of me. |

He said someone was a fake ,then he covertly said some countries stamps can be gotten . tiebe: it was obvious. but i wanted to give him the benefit of doubt while giving him a long rope to . . . He is a fraudster i banned here before for his dubious activities with this ID waltersellers, he advertises for Dubai visa and jobs, donor aid for student schoprlarship, UK hook ups, Uk and Canadian visa etc. He was banned in other sections for fraudulent activities as well then he got this current ID to deceive himself again. |

Weah96: No good deed goes UNPUNISHED. It's the nature of life. To climb up, you must step on the necks of other people. This man has just attracted misfortune.
When a briefcase falls from a moving vehicle, and attempts to notify the occupants go unheeded, it means that mother Nature wants you to have the briefcase. It's not good to insult your mother. You are putting negative twist to that saying: ''No good deed goes UNPUNISHED''. Keeping that money could have ended him in a hot water because you don't know who is watching. No good deed goes UNPUNISHED....is a way of saying that sometimes people who do good things are not appreciated, or people become hostile to them..e.g like in this case many of you are calling him names for returning the money, friends and families may insult and abuse him for not taking that money to help himself. That is the punishment he receives for doing good thing. |

Brainwox: There's no point in giving him the €100 self. It's part of his social responsibility. It's a normal practice over there, if u find anything that's not urs, u take it 2 the police station, from there, the owner will be tracked and his possession returned to him. The nigerian knew quite well that if he fails to return it, he's risking his life in jail. They'll surely track him down. Spain is not like naija. Yes it's part of his social responsibles but not everybody will return that money and since he did he deserves more than €100 just to encourage others to do the same. It's possible that there is no CCV camera where he picked up that money and there is no way they would have traced him. Even with camera the Image may not be clear enough to identify the individual. |
