I didn't like my flatmates, too dirty plus it was shared accommodation (sharing toilets and showers) and now I live in an en-suite room with nicer and cleaner flatmates.

Yes I'm first year and I'm not working at the moment.

but why are you leaving Nigeria to study in France? by so doing, you are indirectly acknowledging white superiority, especially when blacks are pouring into these countries in droves.
Stop using Internet, computer or phones because they are invented by whites.

Thanks for the reply they are mostly cash lodgements because officially I'm not permitted to have another account.
That should be easy to explain in your next application, match the amount withdrawn from your salary account and the amount paid into your savings account. E.g. If 1000 was withdrawn from your salary account today and paid into your savings account you should be able to explain to the ECO the transaction between your salary and savings account. That will explain the source of money in your savings account.

Hello House, Justwise and co, you guys are doing a really good job here. I am new here and i would like you guys to pls advice me on how to go by my re-application for UK visa as i was denied. I studied in the UK and i came back last year, got a Job and been working for over 11 months now and i planned to visit the UK for some days for my annual holiday, but my application for 2 years entry was denied based on this reason.....The VO started by acknowledging that i have studies in UK with no issues and ..."You stated that you earn xxxxxx per month and you have submitted payslips and account statement that indicates this. You submitted 2 bank statements in your name with a total of xxxxxx which amounts to over 5 times your stated monthly salary. You have not provided any evidence of the origins of these additional funds and I am not satisfied that these statements are an accurate reflection of of your economic circumstances here. This causes me to doubt that these funds are genuinely available to you...... Therefore i am not satisfied that you are seeking a genuine visit and intend to leave UK at the end of the visit 41 (i) and (ii). Furthermore I am not satisfied that you will be adequately maintained and accommodated whilst in the UK or that u'll be able to meet cost of the onward journey 41 vi and vii...... " . The statements i submitted are my salary account and personal account as i usually transfer my salary to my personal account immediately i'm paid. Hence, the balance in my savings account has been on the rise since i started the new Job. There are no heavy lodgements for the six months on my savings account and the opening balance of the statement was over 500k. Also my company paid a leave allowance of about 500k into my salary account a couple of days before i applied and there was a letter from my company stating the payment of the leave allowance. Pls what could have gone wrong? What do you suggest i do gurus in the house.... Thank you!
Was the transfer cash payment or straight from your salary account to your savings?

Our company wants to sponsor its newly recruited workers to a training in UK but the problem is, as new employees, they have not started receiving salaries and so, they have no personal bank statement & payslips. The trip will be fully sponsored by our company & we are providing our company bank account statement, tax clearance & company registration documents. The question is, can we apply for UK visa for them as they don't have bank statement & payslips since they are new employees?
It really depend on many things...e.g your company's yearly turnover, cost of the training and the employee's salary structure.

Hi, immediatly your friends visa expired,i dont think she had any legal right to still be in the us,she was ill adviced, what she should have done was renew her visa b4 travelling. As it is now,it will be almost imposible for her to be able to get any further us visa. Something similar happened to a friend that travelled to the uk and took ill while she was there and was hospitalised and during all this wahala her visa expired, after returning to nigeria it was impossible for her to re-enter the uk agan, all her visa applications were rejected, this went on for about 7yrs and not untill she got a lawyer in the uk that took up her case b4 they eventualy gave her a visa, all these was after 7yrs and plenty money spent.
As for her baby,i dont think she would have any problem getting his american passport. The issue is her being able to re-visit the us
The UK is different, if you are given 6 months UK visa it means 6 months but for US the stamp at POE will tell you how long to stay.

Hello guys,
My student visa application was recently rejected and I have applied for an administrative review.
The Eco's comment was contradictory. The officer had assumed that I am restarting the course again and have overlooked certain facts.

Summary:
I applied to West London College for a BBA degree. Previously I was studying the same in a Canadian University in India. After doing a year in there, I applied for Heriot Watt for the same degree as the university was happy to take me into the second year. Usually the Undergraduation program in UK is for 3 years and Canada is 4 years. In order to save a year, I made the decision. I was previously in the UK(2009) to do diploma course in Business administration, however I couldnt complete as there were some serious problems in my family during the second semester of my course. And after 2 years, I joined the canadian university and rest is explained above. I have attached a copy of my filled administrative review application for your reference. Please share your views on my case.
o

Did you overstayed your student visa then or you left before your visa expires?

@justwise., well i can understand and apologise if you can't understand igbo dialect but am not sorry for using that anyway. Its a way of promoting where i have come from. Most times i read some posts on this nairaland, i usually came across youruba people using their dialects. They have right to use that as well as odinaka00 & I have right to use ours too. However, we are just exchanging pleasantries ok?
Can you imagine what it will look like if everybody here decided to post in their own dialect? We are here to share ideas and English language is the common medium to do that. Its disrespectful to start posting in Igbo dialect when you know that many will not understand that.

I'm Igbo myself, i can read and understand it and i also know that bumitek02 insulted me in Igbo dialect.

And isn't that affecting the club?
When you guys cant spend money for a big turn around. The team is just there, year in year out playing the same lifeless game...lol
Non of their fans expect much. It's like an already planned and executed set of instructions grin

Do you see how we always make the news, winning or not grin
How many top teams are at the bottom of the table, yet the media doesn't bat an eye.

It's called expectations, glory. It's called football
We sell the papers cool
Arsenal playing lifeless football? Bro are you a football fan at all? Get colored TV.

Man U always making news? Yes Ryan Giggs sleeping with his brother's wife for 7years and Wayne Rooney cheating on his wife with granny prostitute....thats the news right?

Lol, if I talk now Justwise will say I'v no longer repented from my sins. Are you seriously asking us what helper means? Thats houseboy, maid, cleaner, office boy, etc. Working in a dairy farm you can imagine the kind of jobs he will probably be required to do. Is it really worth it? Cus most times the salary is not even up to AED1,500 (Forget if you are promised much more than that, its usually lies)

An Entry Permit is not a Visa. His Visa will subsequently be stamped on his passport when he lands.

Dear VO,
I was denied visa yesterday. I want to know if a spouse of a USC is not eligible for a non immigrate visa. I have a good job here in Nigeria and our kids are Nigerians but the lady that interviewed me said I have a stronger ties to the USA than to Nigeria, how could that be even when I told her I have no plan moving my family to the USA and that my wife will be returning finally back to Nigeria 24th Dec.
Also I have a conference organized by the American society of civil engineers of which I am member in feb 2015 do u think I can apply ? And what are my chances?
Did you apply for conference or to visit your wife?
