I still believe u don't still get me. my warning ban had already been lifted by the eco or whatever u call it and I was sent an email to go n reapply which I did, and this time around I did not lie or submit any false doc. But I got banned. I believe there,s something needed to b sorted out. Or maybe is becos I didn't submit d eco email since I thought they'll have there own copy,
Anyway I believe I will get out of this mess and am not looking forward to any compensation anyways.
Maybe you did not understand the review email, if the ban was lifted and you were asked to reapply and you did not lie or submit any fake document then they will not ban you. If your ban was not lifted after review and you reapplied again your ban will restart.

British embassy will not ban you for committing no offence. If you are still confused then go for appeal if you are given full right of appeal.

The mod does this for everyone's good. Make all conversations open, emailing or contacting one another outside here gives room for massive fraud coz people most times can twist anything which makes them not liable and after the victims come to blame Nairaland ..Keep it open, any info u can get here or use other mediums to find urself. Emphasis on "urself" coz all info is online, just patience and understand the info provided.

99.9% of the time the mods are right! believe this or live to tale sorry tales!
At least somebody is reading.

Justwise I actually like what you are doing and its actually saving people from a lot of harm which I have commended on several occasions. However, you didn't get the tone of my message
Its like alcohol and tobacco, very dangerous, but you cannot stop people from taking it because its not ILLEGAL, neither would you be breaking any rules despite the fact that "tobacco smokers are liable to die young" and indulgers could be committing a slow suicide.
Its actually a choice. However, it becomes an offence when you enact a law against it. You see what I mean?
its actually a subtly friendly suggestion that I posted above.
Whatever the case, you are the boss, so do what thou wilt. I rest my case.
I did not read any friendly tone in your post and i found it very irritating when people blatantly refused to see things from both sides of the argument.

I have personally explained this issue to you just couple of days ago when you dropped your contact details here, i did not even delete it rather i called your attention to it and you edited it yourself and reminded me to remove your email from quoted post. And now you came up with the same issue talking about infringing on their rights hiding their posts?

No worries.

thought I should let u know. My husband had met with a lawyer in d uk n d lawyer told him that it was a mistake from d british embassey n I could get compensation for that, The embassey did not resite on d admin review, they thought I just reaaplied with some added documents without knowing that I've gone for admin review which takes 28days. He was also adviced (my husband) to go through his school authourity so they can sort it out with d embassey, I pray it works so I can re-unite with my husband.
Mistake by British embassy that you lied in your first application which is when the ban started?

That you can get compensation? Unbelievable.

Good luck though, I hate discouraging people.

Hi Charlie, the person is actually contradicting himself. That is the real seal that is even actually recommended by uni-assist and many others. Oya, where and how much is this person charging?

For those posting email I will actually want to discourage you from doing that, since I did on Saturday for just a few minutes, I have received up to 3 "yahoo yahoo" formated messages, I.e advanced fee fraud. (I'm thinking it was from there though, can't be 100% sure)

On the other hand, Justwise and the other mods, although you are doing a fantastic job "protecting" people from harm, I THINK, since people are not breaking any stipulated rule giving their personal contact (at least I didn't see it there, I previously thought it was a rule), you might be infringing on their rights hiding their post. I think its more civil you warn them rather than hide it as it makes you look like an overbearing dictator abusing powers at will. Since they are acting within the ambits of the rules let that decision be theirs to make.
My two cowries though.
Why are you contradicting yourself? I politely explained to you couple of days ago why it's not good idea to drop contact details here and you just experienced one of the reasons I discouraged it but at the same time you want mods to allow people to keep dropping contact details here.

Talking about rules...we have 21 already here and peopke barely obey a single one of it. You don't need anybody to tell you that dropping your contact details in an open forum viewed by millions of people is a silly thing to do.

I encourage people to use nairaland email system as means of contact and by doing that you will avoid exposing your contact details for scammers to pick on AND you will also know who contacted you because his or her ID will show.

People seeing me as a dictator is number 99.9 in the list of my problems so give it a rest.

I have limited knowledge about the Qatar visa rules, guess Drdre1 will be the best person to answer that. Seems weird though that you have a visa for 5 years and work permit for only 2...
Ok thanks.

Covering letter is not compulsory but birth certificate is if you are using your parents bank statement.

Thanks for d response so far, much appreciation. Pls one more question, can I get a lawyer to remove d BAN. And Will dis BAN limit my chances of travelling to any other country apart from d uk?
No lawyer will be able to remove the ban, traveling to EU or western countries may be an issue but individual countries will access your application on its merit, avoid trying to withheld info during your application to any country.

atfter d admin review, they sent an email telling me that my app has been reviwed and i was given a review code no n also was ask to reapply which I did, only for them to give me BAN.

That means that the ECM is satisfied that the ECO was right for refusing you a visa because of misrepresentation which carries 10 years ban

Really, Just wise please. You need to understand that amm not running away. It is quite imminent please this is an issue that will save a family.
At least PM me if you cannot leave that answer on the public blog. I beg!
Bro I don't think that you need me to tell you that what you are about to do is wrong and will earn you 10 years ban. The whole arrangement is wrong and you need to think carefully before you waste your time and money.

I need your advice on these, the great travel gurus in the house. I deposited 3.1m in my account some days back, which was even far above the money required by the UKBA to issue my visa, but to my greatest surprise, the money as fell short some 100's of pounds due to devaluation and weak naira, won't these affect my chances to be issued visa?
Have you paid all your fees?

Yes you will always be asked to reapply but did the ECM withheld ECO's decision to deny you a visa?

this is what they said: u were refused entry clearance under paragraph 320(7A) on.....I have consider ur application now under paragraphs 320(7C) and have taken in to account the representations you submitted and I. Am satisfied that ur app falls to b refused under para 320(7B) of d immigration rule until......2024 (subject to d requirement set out in para 320(7C)
U re required to show funds of 460pounds per month for 9months, held for 28days.
You av applied with 2 children, so therefore need to show funds of 12420pounds. As evidence of funds you have submitted a GT Bank statement in ur husband name AC NO........the minimum balance held in this acct during d required 28 day period........is 3,365,155.21 (12,322.50pounds). You have not shown any other evidence of funds. I am therefore not satisfied that there will be sufficient funds available to u as set out in appendix E. (Paragraph319C(g) of 395 as amended).
When you appealed the first refusal did you win the case and was asked to reapply or did they upheld ECO's decision?

Hello house, my story is quite long but I'll make it short as possible. I was married when I was 19yrs n my husband was a british citizen, I applied for a visit visa in vfs lagos n was refused, reason was that my husband then does not have much proof to show that can take care of me n another was that I also stated that I will b visiting him for 4weeks. So I was refused on that ground. But now we re no longer together n I've remarried n bearing my current husbands name. I have two boys for him.
Now he got tethfund scholarship n we re to go with him, d first passport I had under my ex husband had expire last yr april n now I,ve gone to get another one under my current husband's name n I applied with my 2boys but was refused because I lied that I've not been denied an entry into d uk b4 since I've gotten another passport without knowing that they still have my fingerprint after 6yrs. So I got a ban alert but I got a lawyer n my app was reviwed n I was told to re apply. Now I have re applied with my 2boys n was refused again becos d money in my husbands acct was short with 85pounds, we never knew that they have increased their money (amended). Now they gave me a ban but still tells me that I can still appeal n my husband has left for his studies. Now d whole thing confusing I dunno what to do.......
In your last refusal under which immigration rule were you refused? Check the last paragraph of the refusal letter it will be stated there
