1. Is it Legal for me to enrol with a professional training body for another full time course while in the UK on a Tier 4 visa issued on a CAS sponsor license,my sponsor now is Sheffield Hallam University and the other school is a cyber-security training school in Manchester.

2. If it is legal,At the other school,since I don't need a CAS from them,can I request to be assessed as a 'Home Fee' student?

Well no. This is how it works. The embassy contacts the bank for verification or confirmation. The Bank request for authorization. The Embassy doesn't have authorization but have a copy of your bank statement. They send a scanned copy to the bank (Only when their fraud detecting unit couldn't guarantee. I.E not all statements are verified). The bank makes the comparison and confirms if it was issued by them. If it the statement is correct but not issued by the bank, they state it. I agree with you that Nigerians have cheapened themselves before these embassies, but the Banks have not. Atleast not the one I spend 12 years working for. I worked in the IC of my former bank and I can tell you categorically that its against out policy. If a staff does that, he/she could be quesrried. Please lets stop this bank talking its getting boring and if you don't know how something works better not talk about it.

I am taking a short course at the London College of Fashion and the fees have been paid. LCF also sent a visa support letter which i attached to my application. The course starts November 3 and this is where the problem is. I applied for my visa very late. I admit.

I would just like to know what the time frame for processing of this type of visa is. I have to decide NOW whether to transfer my fees to a later course just in the event that my visa application doesnt come through in time for the November 3 course. London College of Fashion says i can do the transfer 2weeks before November 3. If not, i forfeit the £600 i paid for the course.

My wife is a british citizen and she earns more than £18600. Do i also need to be earning more than this amount or be in employment to apply for this visa.

I noticed most people they prefer issuing visas are those whoe the following are their sponsor.. Father, mother, sister, brother, wife, husband. Any other relations like uncle, aunties, cousin.. My brother e dey hard die to give them visa cos dey fill ur uncle is too far to make d money available for u, if u doubt me, check all those that have been called for medicals or trv and ask who was their sponsor. [b]I still believe in the inflow/outflow of cash, [/b]the identity of the owner, credibility and the source of income which has to be steady. As long has CDHC is yet to go the German way i.e deposting the tuition fee in a German account...then, we could always trade with what is in the account. We have seen people with #1.2M that got clearance, and those with #7M bal all through verification period bn denied. CDHC knows what they want.Na God with destiny they do am. God bless!

spencer3705: embasy has the right to verify bank statement by sending a copy of ones bank statement to d head ofice for verification bt they have no right and access to customer end balance...itz against bank rules and regulation.am sure of this.what they are after is d paper work aplicnt submited.a typical example if u operate a current account and u issue cheque to some1 to colect money from ur account,can dat person ask for ur account balance even though u concord to it to withdraw money frm ur account.same thing applies here.As simple as dat.

as at d time of submision,i submited 3 bank statements.UBA(dad salary account)5.2mill,first bank-800k,Access bank-175k.all these statements have nice flows.my point now is dat having submited my doxs with these bank statements,my dad withdrew 4.8m frm UBA account and invested it on business.later he withdrew anoda 400k to buy shares.later no amount was in d Uba account even as at d date of medical call though he didnt tourch a dine in first and access acct.frm this point nw i belief d authencity of bank statement is d utmost importance and d balance as at d time of submision.[b]no bank i stand can disclose ur present balance to third party but note the embasy wud scan d statement to d bank head ofice to crosscheck if itz issued from them and wether itz genuine.emb knws its not possible to leave dat huge amount in account 4 dat long period.they knw d money could be used for busines purpose in order to yield profit.what they are after is reliability of ur sponsor and sources of funds.[/b]am a living witness to dis and some few friends of mine.IN GOD WE TRUST

my question:
what docs will i submit?
1. CAS
2. documents stated on the CAS
3. Statement of account for 28 days(access bank account-savings account)

About the statement, i just run the account with a low money like 50,000naira below but my uncle is the one providing the funds. my uncle decided to pay in the cash starting this morning(500,000naira daily based on this cash less stuff) into my account 3,300,000naira (equivalent of 5,000pounds + 7,200maintenance funds) and i plan to leave the money in my account from November 1, 2012 to November 28, 2012, print out my account and submit, pls i need to know if this is ok and am good to go
will i also leave the money in my account till i get the visa?

OzReal: After all is said and done, I still think that the Obama administration is vulnerable, especially on the Benghazi issue. The moderator erroneously helped Obama by saying that he mentioned that the supposed protest was an act of terror, and Romney backed down thereby relieving Obama off of that testy and very sensitive question(the moderator is getting some flak today for that) . The next debate is on foreign policy, and I am absolutely certain that this issue would come up again.I just hope Obama has a damn good explanation waiting, because like shymmex, I fear that this could be to Obama what the Iranian hostage crisis was to Jimmy Carter.
