Omo Alata: Hello house,

A friend confided in me a couple of days ago that he "has no papers". He said he had to run away from his job as the immigration were doing spot checks etc. He has been here 8 years. Things are now tight for him. Apart from returning to Nigeria, which he doesn't want to do, what are his chances? Prayers??

He has a wife here but I don't know if they are legally married or just co-habiting. I don't know if they have children.

Anthonymighty: hello guys, first of all i know this is not a thread for FRANCE visa but i have searched for such thread and didnt see, the only one i saw was about welfare in france and didnt contain alot of posts. Here is my question.

I was recently denied visa to go to france on tourism purpose. Yesterday when i went to pickup my passport at VFS i was given a white paper where they marked 3 different reasons why i was denied but i am still confused because i submitted all authentic and necessary docs. Here are the reasons they gave me so one of you can please explain to me what it means and what i have to do to correct these mistakes because i am planning to re-apply next week.

REASONS ARE AS FOLLOW:

1) You have not provided proof of sufficient means of subsistence, for the duration of the intended stay or for the return of the country of origin or residence, or for the transit to a third country into which you are certain to be admitted, or you are not in a position to acquire such means lawfully. (dont know what this means. meanwhile i have a kenya tourist visa on my passport valid for 3 months but i have not gone.)

2) the information submitted regarding the justification for the purpose and conditions of the intended stay was not reliable

3) your intention to leave the territory of the member state before the expiry of the visa could not be ascertained.

Those are the 3 reasons. i really want to work on this reasons but i need to be sure what i am doing this time so i dont get refused for the 2nd time. I await your response my good people. thanks

I'm surprised you all could say this to her. The OP sounds like a lady to me and from my understanding of her post, she has a flair for what she does which is the boutique, but unfortunately she isn't getting the desired result she expects from it and she'll willing to look somewhere else for greener pastures.. 70% of Nigerians who live overseas discourage other from going abroad. Just cos you aren't making it in a foreign land doesn't mean others wouldn't make it there if given a chance to relocate
@ OP (belovekiss). Pls and pls DO NOT give that money to the so called agent. 90% are just after your money and care less about how you survive when u eventually go overseas even if you're given just a days visa!.. The agent isn't the embassy and he has nothing to do with issuing your visa. They often tender fake documents to the embassy which ruins your chances or applying later on when the need arises.
I'll like to ask what qualifications have. Do u have a first degree? If u do, that amount of money (800k) would serve as a part of getting a masters degree in the UK,US or other developed countries. There are lots of cheap schools u could apply to.. Most of all study real hard and get good grades so you could have better chances of staying after your studies. You could pick a school within your sisters city or residence to save you the cost during your studies Try doing some research online. Getting a visit visa is out of it cos you can't work with that and you'll fall out of status if you overstay your visit. I'll advise you take your time and think about this. Do not give your money to the agent for a visit visa. It'l do you no good

Working with players is easy because you have a mandate signed with the players,the terms of the mandate is clearly spelt out and you don't force players to sign if they are not ok with the terms of the agreement.
Before a player travel for a trial there must be a formal invitation from the club which the player is suppose to confirm the genuinity of the invitation as the invitation is always on clubs official letterhead,to help players secure visas the club will have to provide the embassy directly with certain documents like players insurance papers.
If you are taken the players to Europe for a youth tournament where clubs' scouts will be present to pick players based on their performances there will also be a formal invitation from the organizers of the tournament with contact details on their letterhead.

How many Nigerian players were signed to clubs by registered agents in Nigeria? You can work as a scout or unregistered agent as long as you are in contact with licensed agents abroad,I am in negotiation with one of the directors of FC Inter in Finland about taken players to the clubs for trials and he didn't reject me simply because I am yet to be registered with NFF/NFA.

Every registered agents started working as a scout/unregistered agent before applying for licensed with the country's FA,there are many unregistered agents in Europe who are able to secure contracts for players because of their relationships with the clubs,my Portuguese friend has introduced me to second division club side in Portugal where he worked as a coach and the club accepted me with open arms,didn't reject me simply because I am not yet licensed by my FA.
Go ask questions before you come out here to make fool of yourself for what you know nothing of,idi:ot.

For those of us that have contributed immensely to fight against scammers and fraudsters trough this forum i pray god will continue to bless you all.

Please i need an advise on how i can track this scammer down that called themselves con oil hse trainee,last month i fell victim which i paid the sum of N53,300 for the fake hse training, till now i am yet to get a refund of my money.

I have been to bank lodge the complain but was told that they cant freeze an individual account except they get a court order.

Someone advised me to report to EFCC OR ICPC,but will that work?

what can i do to get a refund of my money and the culprit prosecuted i believe through his bank details he can be traced and his account frozen.

They are still sending fake offer letter to people i have a friend who told me he got such letter from them this Monday but i told him they are scammers.

This people has to be arrested and brought to justice lots of Nigerian job seekers have fallen victim of such.

what do you think i can do? i need suggestions please
