You have so far done no harm to him. But I will advice you to stay calm and ignore him,going to court might not help knowing who he is(a thug!) don't expose yourself to danger pls,just do all you can to always ignore him. If you can find a means of fencing,it would be better. Most importantly,report him to God. He will hear your cry and one day wipe him off your list.

Another I realized during my tour in some west Africans countries,i arrived a particular country,I realize men always beat their wives in their rooms and sometimes in public but to my greatest surprise,in a short while,I would see these couples together again like they had no issues even if the wife is left with a one eye.
