I don't know the salary range of Nigerian banks but what i know about outsourcing company is that,in addition to what the op said,the bank pays your salary to them,they deduct their own and pay u what u bargain for. eg. if the bank is paying directly employed staff 50k,if you holds the same position with that person,u will see yours might be 30-35k. Secondly,you will be deny of all benefits,like health insurance,bonus cash,housing etc.that the bank offers its directly employed staff as the bank is not your employer. In summary,whatever you sign for with the outsourcing company is what you get. Expect nothing from the bank.

How i wish i could say much about the personality i works with and tell u to ask anyone that have enocunterd her to bear me witness to the kind of person she is. But i see it as a learning process. My boss belives in PERFECTION. If you must work with her,you have to be be perfect in all doings. If u miss at any point,you get more than insults no matter your age,size,status or whateva u think u are. you know what that means? Think about it dear and embrace humility. I dont see my office as just place to earn monthly oo,i see it as a place to as well learn. "NEVER OUTSINE YOUR MASTER"

My dear,you are right,we all give advices,but cant advice ourselves. Please DO NOT MARRY OUT OF PITY! If your heart tells you can't do it,if you feels nothing for her,if you cant see the good in her superceeding the bad,if u cant see a bright future with a woman that will give you beautiful kids and bring them up well,if you cant see a soulmate ,if u can spend a full day without her and not give a tought about her,then i will ask you to quit. but if 80% of these is yes,then you better brace up and make a life with her.
It is very normal for a guy to have that misbelieve before he says "am ready". One of my brothers,after his introduction which no one forced him to do,came and told my mum he's not sure about it. i feel the reason y most guys have that doubt at that stage is becus they think there is a perfect woman that will make a perfect home out there. the fact is no,there isnt any perfect woman as there is no perfect man. If you have love & pity,you guys can work out but if just pity,forget it. as for the aging,it might be due to stress,you can make her look younger u know. One secret in marriage is,make your partner what you want him or her to be,and you will alwyas feel satisfied. Mind you,if u leave her to go find another,you will still post a problem here seeking advice. Not a curse but becus almost all good girls have all gone bad....

Hi Family! Its been a very long time. My job is keeping me so busy and i give thanks to God for my mother is always at home giving my baby all the care she needs. My girl is growing so fast.
In other news,my mother in-law is busy running stories of lies around that i used juju in marrying her son while my husband is busy begging for reconcilation. His mum has laid a threat that she will harm me when ever she sees me with her son(my legally wedded husband) again. My husband is now calling on the priest,and elders to beg me to forgive him and return to nigeria but how can i when his mother is still laying threats? I cannot get settled with my husband and ban his mother from visiting his home,and his mother and i,till Jesus comes,i dont think we ever gonna smile at each other
My Family,sincerely,i am currently holding a well paid job that i dont even wanna leave in the next 10 years am also considering my baby,i dont want her to start talking and ask me for daddy,that will be a bomb question. i as well want all this to be settled so that my little angel can enjoy the love of both parents just like i did with my parents. i know its all not my fault but my baby is to be considered too.
Please family,i need suggestions to the best means of settling this matter for good.

You are right,but a problem shared is half solved. In my own trying times,i talked to God but God uses Nairalanders to walk me through it.
