ayamdayvid: I've been trying to avoid responding to posts here but yours is the height of deficienct knowledge. How can an adult say pastors don't work for their money. Well first you don't understand why you earn money at the end of the month. Let me apprise you. You earn money in that organisation because you add value to them. The day you stop adding value, I promise you, you sack letter is soon approaching. Bishop Oyedepo has built himself to add value to his members. The day he stops adding value, we are humans and we think, people starts withdrawing. However, if you don't believe me and still think being a pastor is a means to getting free money. Please open a church, and get back to me in 6 months time. Best Regards! English speaker.. Peter and Paul that were our first preachers worked for their money.. they did not rely on tithe. The more you guys justify these people the more it shows no hope for NG. Stop giving pastor money. Paul never collected tithe. Jesus never collected. John never collected so why are you paying tithe. At the end of the day it's your money but my prayer is that you realize quickly that God will not bless you because you gave pastor tithe. God will bless you because you obey his words.. and his words does not entail giving someone tithe. Have a nice day. |

Quoting scripture in d wrong direction, but am very sure if God bless u today urself will like to own one.. During the time of Jesus I believe there were more elegant and elaborate means of transportatiin. But he chose a mule. A Mule is an impotent animal by the way. The animal is a yeye animal, only used for carrying load like our today tipper. But our Lord chose it. But your men of God will be talking nonsense up and down.. and funny part is that you don't see anything wrong in it. Instead he comes up with control your jealousy. 30watts: Hello Guys
Please I have been requested by TAMUC to send official diploma and official transcripts. It is stated on the school's website that electronic copies are not accepted for these two documents.
I understand that the official diploma in our WAEC result. However, I don't know what the process is to send WAEC results. Secondly, this NASU, SSANU strike that has been on for two months implies that I may not be able to send official transcripts despite having the scanned copies.
Kindly assist if you have a contact at the University of Lagos Records office or have a suggestion as to how to resolve this issue. In addition, I will appreciate if anyone that has experience with sending "official diploma's" can provide guidiance on what steps to take.
Happy Weekend I am just curious. Is it lasu that has your waec result.
Thanks |

I checked Stanford and there requirement is 3.95.yet to ascertain if it is on a 4 or 5 point scale which I did not meet. if that's the case, can a high GRE score can make up for it. Please I'ld like to know other schools I can look towards that will consider my application. Many thanks. If it says 3.95 I am betting they mean on a 4.0 scale. The next thing you should do is write the GRE make a good score. When you have written your GRE you can now use the score to combined with your Gpa and look for schools that match your profile. Like I said the next thing you need to do is write the gre. |

My first degree was in civil/structural engineering too, but I graduated with a cgpa of 3.42 on a scale of 5. Please gurus, I will like to find out, What are my chances of getting admitted? I understand I will have to write gre and toefl and perform very well at it. On a scale of 4,where does my cgpa fall? Which schools am I likely to apply to that will consider my application for funding? I have less than two years experience and some professional certificates, what are my chances with Stanford? What sequence of steps am I to take? Advice needed please. Since you already know the school you want to go to, that's a big step. Now the next thing you do is go to their website. Check the program you want to study and you will see every info you need. |

winzy: Good day, people. Please I want to ask. 1. Is it possible for someone that got BSc in Economics in a Nigerian University to study nursing in America?
2. What are the procedures and requirements where possible.
3. Is it strenuous or hard?
Thanks. You want to do MSC nursing abi BSc nursing. If it's MSC nursing I don't think you can get in because you don't have any background in the sciences. If it's BSc nursing you need to be science inclined to get in to the pre nursing thing and I doubt you have that since you have economics as your first degree your waec should be arts inclined. And even if you get admitted another wahala will be embassy. What will you tell Oga vo that made you change mind from practicing economics. It will be difficult though. But no harm in trial. |

Niseamaka: Hatchet job, character assassination, well planned and executed. I thought she wanna talk about herself, her catering business and her new relationship with freeze, i’m disappointed. She should bury her head in shame. People should learn to move on if their relationship or marriage didn’t work out, no need for bitchiness. There are three sides to every story: hers, his and the truth. I was going to say the same thing. Maybe not character assassination but she is trying to get attention from the court or the media so the marriage could be resolved fast so she can marry Oga freeze. I feel for her though.. Although like you rightly said, there are always three sides to every story. This is her side.. but that man if he is really gay should allow the woman to go jeje and leave his life as a homosexual and not liVing a fake life. My thoughts. |

IamaNigerianGuy: I don't respond to st.up.id comments. It was people who 'spoke English' like Gani, Soyinka, Rewane, Ogaga Ifowodo, Ransome Kuti, Chima Ubani etc that won the democracy you enjoy today. Where has that democracy led us to.. even the son of ransome Kuti you so mentioned told us that it's not democracy it's democrazy. Keep speaking English my friend. My st.upid comment will still be valid in the next ten years or more. Modified. Lest I forget Soyinka abi he is still alive what happened to his voice.? Did he sell it to Buhari? |
Politics › Re: Deji Adeyanju Drags Buhari To Court Over Appointment Of NIA, DG by k199192: 9:10pm On Jan 20, 2018 |
IamaNigerianGuy: It is sentiments like these that keep Nigeria backward. So, we should all keep quiet and accept illegality and oppression from the old dullard ? Are you and I slaves without rights ? Nigeria is held together by agreement. Agreement. Not force. The document that contains that agreement is the Nigerian constitution. Violating the constitution is breach of contract
FYI there are moral, tactical, strategic and legal reasons why the Buhari regime should be challenged in court in this way. Apart from creating awareness, establishing legal precedence and generating political pressure, you can't win battles you do not fight . Democratic rights are gained, defended and extended by political and judicial activism. America is a prime example - if not for legal challenges the country would not be what it is today. When legal battles fail, then the citizens take to the streets. Even Buhari when he was pursuing his ambition went to court and he gained something by it.
Nigerians have bad government because they are fatalistic, lack fighting spirit and are exceedingly deferential to authority.
If one person from each state institutes a legal challenge to Buhari I bet you that changes will materialize.
Receive sense brother. Keep speaking English as if you are not a Nigerian and you don't know how it works. The executive is too powerful. Even senate was against the appointment of that man but Buhari still had his way. English does not help matters in Nigeria. Only a sensible leader will help the situation. Good luck tried to increase fuel prices but the people disagreed and he listened to the people. Some people called him weak. Now they have a powerful one and they are complaining.. |
