ollah1:I can't imagine how electoral officers will deliberately hide result sheets after we've been told to stay over and protect our votes. In all polling units in my area, not only did they openly count the ballots, but people made sure the figures were recorded, signed, stamped and sealed. Something is not right here. Obviously someone in rivers has been compromised. |
All the other results where they failed woefully are fake except for Ekiti where they managed a marginal win abi? Abati pele o Keep dreaming. And by the way don't forget to start sending ur cv around. You're about to be unemployed :p |
Scatterboss:As in ehn! You'll expect to see a plush living room with expensive interior decor. Have u seen Babangida's place? Even Atiku We have decided! ![]() |
But looking at the card it wasn't issued by INEC, but the center of legal studies or so. I don't know what the fuss is all about. An independent body, not INEC issued a card to a celeb, why dey come carry the matter for head nah? All we need to know is if the body is indeed a valid one and what right its got to issue out election observer cards to people. |
MarieSucre:Nope. Makes absolutely no sense. You deserve the award for the most senseless post osf the year. Still proudly Yoruba Muslimah ![]() |
ANIEXTY:Reading this brought a smile to my face. When we were much younger. Most times just looking at eachother's faces passed the message across. Used to frustrate my elder sis ehn ![]() |
OP whey ur water leaves nah. Love me some afang soup. Used to have a calabar cook come in and prepare a large pot for me, buh with time I started to learn d method of cooking. Now not only can I make a mean pot of afang soup, but also ofe oha, bitterleaf soup and white soup(not a fan tho).By the way, proudly Yoruba Muslimah ![]() |
OgologoDimkpa:There's no such thing as an office of the first lady mind you. A person is either elected or appointed into an office. The position of a first lady is just a title and nothing more. Mrs Buhari has acknowledged this a while back. |
Whats it called in yoruba again? Aina for girls Ojo or Ige for boys abi? i get those names mixedup jare GboyegaD:Babies are fully formed by the 10th week, all the features are intact but not well developed. By the 28th week, there's a fair chance of survival as long as the necessary medical equipment and personnel are available.(no try that for naija o!) Hope the baby makes it to full term. |
ibkgab001:prince k! The most expensive xter on d subway 980k coins
|
Hmmm. From what the op wrote, he wants to visit kano, kogi, enugu, nsukka, ibadan and port harcourt, That's a lot of waka o! As for the jollof rice, bitter leaf and egusi soup, shouldnt be an issue. I'm sure there are nigerian kitchens and stuff in the States. Better yet, you tube is just a click away . |
Just when you think you've seen the most disgusting vile comment on nairaland, the guy above me posts something more disgusting . There's no reason to doubt the OP From experience, most scammers have a trend; the moment people start asking questions, they disappear. This guy has been consistent from the very first page. Avenir, please retract your post and apologise to TeHN. I cant believe someone can say such about people who contribute their time and hard earned money (yes they also contribute heavily to most projects) to patients they've never met. I'm not financially bouyant right now, in about a week alert go drop , in shaa Allah, I'll see what I can do to contribute.May God heal her. |

cisse7575:perhaps you've been quoting the offensive ones |

talk2riel:ROTFL Make una free ibadan ppl nah. |
wow. lots of hidden posts There are so many misconceptions about the hijab and what it stands for amongst non Muslims and even we the Muslims. So I think there should be awareness about it educate the general public. Remember the prophet (saw) spoke greatly about the dangers if not getting educated and enlightened about matters of the deen. I think the idea should be commeded. I'll be back with my own hijab experience ![]() |
I don't know if I'm the only one that notice there are a few things off putting about this national id. I've been through the process of data capture and passport photograph input. Here's my experience: First I filled out a form basically about me i.e. name, age, address qualifications etc. It should be worthy of note that I could've put completely wrong info about myself e.g. slash about 5 years from my age to put me in my mid 20s , lied I had a PhD from Harvard.Since I wasn't told to bring any proof of any of the details in this biodata form, therefore this card cannot be used conclusively as evidence of age or whatever. Second we were ushered into a data capture room, where we verified the info filled in the forms and had our picture as well as fingerprints taken. What seems off in this national id is the president's passport here looks more like one gotten from a campaign billboard, not taken in an information centre. Also, as far as I know, the cards haven't been handed out. I've been carrying a paper slip since November. So they printed only his own abi? Can't wait for this election to be over jare. Its getting tiring. |
Of course. A party ain't a party without Toke ; D |
Hit. Hit . HIT!!!!. With that body you sure can't miss. |
Also my bp was 99/68, pulse 95. My bp all through my previous pregnancies was 100/60 all through. |
Nice to see all the July mamas. Now I know I'm not alone. God will see us all through this journey. I have a question though, I went for my first doc visit on Tuesday, had my routine urine test. The result had me a bit worried. Itbwas negative for glucose, protein ++ , creatinine + , bilirubin ++ , calcium+ . I'm jot used to seeing all these +s in my routine urine test. From the little know about these, protein in the urine isn't a good sign at all. but the doctor didn't see anything wrong wih the result and went on to prescribe the normal ANC drugs. I just need someone to tell me I shouldn't be worried about thie result. |
eeeyahhhh, sorry bros, stay in Benin for at least 6 months, let her show enough remorse, dont drop the divorce option, after 6 month, call her for true talk, ask her to choose btw you and her father, if she is not going to back down on her old man, go your own way but if you see her as ready to truly marry you, WHISK her away to Benin and streamline her contact with her dad, if she still create problem, send her packing. See old man sha, my father inlaw is the one spearheading my progress, reminding me of the need to quickly finish our apartment almost on a daily basis, you will 8even think its his own house by the way he supervises the work and workmen, na wa o, mo dupe temi o, bros you go pray so much to make this marriage work o, because with God, nothing shall be impossible o. This is a big lesson for singles who are reading this, look before you leap o, all will be well o!
Now your brother is headed to a similar situation. I didnt even know yoy were on thus thread when I was recommending it earlier today. I pray God gives your brother the wisdom to deal with inlaws like these. |
Hallos mamas. its been a while. Nive to see the usuals and new faces on here. Super happy to be back in ur midst. I'm 10wks along with our 3rd! . you'll see more of moi on the weeks/months to come. Any other july mama in the house? |
lol. The worst are GH nurses. They insult, slap practically maltreat the poor moher to be. After my inlaw's horrible experience in a GH, where she delivered her own baby by herself ![]() |
Doesn't matter who is richer as along as the richer one doesn't use the wealth to oppress the other. I must say women like your aunt, tho few, should be commended for not letting the wealth ruin their homes. Reminds me of one day in my office, my boss was telling me that I'm lucky o, cos I'm collecting money from 2 ends ; my salary and allowance from my husband. I just smiled cos I know he's not used to a situation where a wife contributes to the upkeep of the family as his wife is constantly demanding even for the most trivial things. Like I said it doesn't matter who's richer as long as no one is getting oppressed and they both decide how the money can be used for d betterment if the family. |
I think the OP should get his brother to go through solace2013's thread so he can get an insight into what he's getting himself into. if he thinks the problem will end after the wedding, he's in for the shock of his life. Its obvious his fiancee's family are opportunistic illiterates or as we put it 'awon ojuorolari' shamelessly using their daughter's wedding to their advantage. Have they stopped to think what life after this extravagant wedding will be like? It seems they're comfortable knowing they have all access too all that lectura and shicken money ![]() |
looks like its fraudsters at work here, but then again we can't always jump to conclusions. I'm currently on the site. They have about 2 aaddresses, one at ikoyi, the other at ajao estate. This is their link to d address 484.ng/ContactUs. Also tried the phone number on the site; doesn't exist. Something isn't right here. |
Na wa o. not a single reply. Ok lets start with afang soup. You'll need the following: ukazi(afang) leaves about N200 water leaf, about N100(or ask for the quantity thatvwill be sufficient for the ukazi) dried fish, crayfish, stock fish cow/goat meat periwinkle palm oil Cameroon pepper and spices You can grind the shredded ukazi leaves in the market along with the Cameroon pepper and crayfish. To prepare, boil meat and stock fish till tender. Add the onions and stock cubes and spices to taste. In a separate pot heat the palm oil, add the waterleaf and cook in the palm oil for a few minutes. You'll notice the leafs shrinking and the mixture getting watery. Add the pepper snd cook for another 10minutes. Then add dried fish and the meat you cooked earlier. Also add the periwinkle stock cubes and spices. Let it all cook together for another 10 minutes. Notice we're not adding water, the water leaf's has taken care of that's. If you notice the soup is getting too thick add the liquid you used in cooking the meat. After the 10 minutes, you can add your grinded ukazi to the mixture. Cook for another 10 minutes or less. Add the beef stock if you notice the soup getting too thick. Don't cook the ukazi for too long. Voila! its ready to eat . Enjoy ![]() |
