U're right and u know whats up with this discovery
....its anothst gift the Chinese and oyinboman's industries. After they offer this scool about $1m, the school go think sey dem don hammer and just give up that portion of land.
For our intellectually lazy African people who can't take their time to do innovative research programmes to come up with new applications for this resource, they have no option but to just follow the easy route as usual

Nwaohafia1:
Ginger kwa? Nonsense.
With ur Africaman mind & mentality, u just see ginger as just a crop that cant fetch u minch money in da marketplace but guess what the oyinboman will see of same crop? They will most likely show u the potential of what ginger can be converted to thru innovative and inventive means to create products like drugs and drinks

Ginger kwa? Nonsense.
With ur Africaman brain and mentality, all u see is a root crop thats not worth much like una oil, but show that ginger to an oyinboman and he will tell u that it has potential to be used to make drugs and drinks which adds more monetary value to the crop

But the region that supply this liquid gold is still undeveloped
That is that shitty africaman mentality of always cheating themselves 4 the delight of the oyinboman. Ok look at Democratic repbublic of Congo that is the richest place on the planet in terms of natural raw materials, especially cobalt ie one one og most important resources 4 making cellphones and computers, still modt of that country's people live in poverty due to unending conflicts and lack of planning

Jobs/VacanciesRe: Don't Give Up: After Several Rejections, I Got A Good Job by Kabaka100: 6:13pm On Aug 18, 2018
Acidosis:
In a working environment, getting a job, getting paid for a contract or a job well done, getting a visa, buying a car, etc. would not be testimonies.

I'm happy you got a job bro, but I'm also sad that normal events have become miracle/testimonies in Nigeria. Our fathers did not testify, they had options, some of them got good jobs on their graduation day. It is a job, a place you have to work and sweat. Employers should be testifying instead

sad sad
Its not same situation 4 everyone though. It mostly depends on factors like:
what course u read at the universuty, what level of degree u acquired b4 looking 4 a job, did u do internship while in school and mostly importantly, what kind of connection do u have(ie who do u know?)
CelebritiesRe: Genevieve Nnaji Becomes Real Estate Investor by Kabaka100: 3:33pm On Aug 17, 2018
Grupo:
Most naija rich folks lack business acumen. All of them just rush into real estate because you don't even have to think or worry about running a business as a real estate investor. Nobody wants to think about an innovative business idea that will employ people on a long term basis. They simply want to develop an estate and start collecting rent.
To be honest l, i can't reallt tell u how much u got me so excited by this ur comment that makes me believe that there are still some nigerians out that think outside the box in terms of chasing money.
To further amplify ur comment, i would say yes!... most Nigerians fear the unknown and would rather run safely when it comes investing and chasing money.
Really, if most most Nigerians with money have the oyinbos mindset of taking risks and think on a large scale, there wouldn't be much unemployment in naija.
Think about the impact of simple hot new inventions and products and how the can they can give rise to new industries that can employ thousands of people.
BusinessRe: Gombe Exports 400 Snakes To England Every Month by Kabaka100: 8:45pm On Aug 16, 2018
Horus:
The snakes should not be exported, instead Nigerians should themselves extract the venom from the snakes to produce anti-snake venom, and sell it to England. If you export the snakes as raw material, England will sell you back the anti-snake venom coming from your own snakes
No mind them . U know out of laziness and lack of confidence in ourselves, our people like going the easy route to get whatever they want and oyinboman understand this lazy trait of Africans and always knows how to use this weakness to exploit us Africans
BusinessRe: Gombe Exports 400 Snakes To England Every Month by Kabaka100: 8:24pm On Aug 16, 2018

I served in Gombe state and I almost didn't want to return because, indeed that state is one so beautiful.

There girls are beautiful and can be know how to care and love a man. Tangele tribe precisely. They live in same kaltungo.

Its interesting that kaltung is said to have the highest number of different species of snakes and also inhabit the deadliest in the world.

In fact, there is a mountain in kaltungo known as snake mountain. It stands in the shape of the head of a snake. Very beautiful and would make you imagine why the connection with the fact that there are lots of snake in the region.

Interesting. Really.
Nigeria is really blessed with natural resources that all these unemployed youths turned ritualist, kidnappers and armed robbers can harness a create an enviable career 4 themselves with some training. If only our people can shift their eye on that oil money and try to see and exploit other resources that they are blessed with
