davefurn: Check out those missiles strikes, russia really have good missiles engineering tbh
This is from a pro-ukrianian channel though. Does Nigeria have all those strategic missile system, does Nigeria have an air defense system?... What kind of air defense system do we have?... Just asking even though we don't really need them. Nigeria does not have strategic missiles. Nigeria's air defense system consists of 9 F-7NI and 3 units of JF-17 multi role fighter jets. If you are talking GBADS, Nigeria has a couple obsolete Rowland Air Defense Systems. |

Naijasauce69: I’m pretty sure we’ve all heard the major rumors going around that Belarus arguably Russia’s most loyal “Ally" and Europe”s “last dictatorship” has reportedly showed interest or already made a deal to purchase armored vehicles from the Private Nigerian company ProForce. The news is false. The rumor was concucted by Defense News Nigeria, a known clown and a serial fabricator of false information. He shared the news on his Twitter handle, unfortunately due to his many, many lies and fairy tales, he has managed to grow a significant following on Twitter. Some of them unsuspecting individuals, while some others are wilfully pushing his imaginative memory. |

Stormtrooper11: Saw a video of Ukraini BTR-4E engaging Russian Mowags and T 72s. Made me asking, "how did ours fare?". Anyone have info about them? Not very well. They had issues with the main 30mm guns, we had to improvise with mounted 12.7mm. The vehicles have all been withdrawn from service. |

Stormtrooper11: It's so uncomfortable. Paying nearly 1 billion dollars and not getting the hellfire missiles is kinda "not cool". Nevertheless, seems the Turkish UTMAS missile is compatible with the choppers. It can be purchased if the US hellfire missiles are unavailable to us. The APKWS can defeat Tanks. While the Hellfire is an important asset, the APKWS is a far better option for Nigeria. I don't think the US will allow Nigeria to install a Turkish ATGM on the AH-1Z. We will be able to get the Hellfire missile if the need for it arises. |

Stormtrooper11: If this is true, then we've gotten a poor deal. They don't trust us. I've repeatedly said this. We should please explore other options. Nigeria did not pay for Hellfire missiles. That's just a sensationalist headline. What we paid for are the AKPWS guided rockets. |
