cantell: Horny4u & coogar, you guys must be living in the wilderness! A guy earns 15k with no additional income and the best advice you can offer, is for him to enroll in a school and increase his skills? Tell me, where will the money for tuition and other expenses come from? For crying out loud, it's Nigeria we're talking about, not Us. Being self-employed is a huge step in his current situation. Driving a cab may not be the best but it's a start. When you don't have enough, you start with the one you have. I agree with the self pity part though, but he's willing to take another step, which what i actually admire. The absolute last thing a guy making 15K should have on his mind is MARRIAGE Women are not cheap, period, he needs to get his act together, get a second or third job, work ,improve his skills ,The problem with developing countries like nigeria is you have millions of people already living at the poverty line, who marry up,have children, THEN chase after improving their jobs /and careers, what good is it to have a wife and kids ,while you are living in abject poverty and squalor, the complain that the govt is not providing for your broke behind Marraige is not for everyone, if you can support a family comfortably, fine do it, if you can't, get a job and save money, |

uzoo: marriage is not for every one regardless of your gender.
marriage is not a parametre to measuring if a person is responsible or not, mature or not,can procreate or not.
marriage is "NOT" a ticket to heaven or haven as the case may be for some who think of it as a spring board to financial security. The smartest comment made on this ridiculous thread, uzoo: "you are a funny animal, your thoughts are inordinate and childish"
damn! i must have hit a nerve.
probably in my last paragraph. The second smartest comment on this thread. You blowhards would be better off following her lead. |

buzugee: the black man is under heavy siege as a spite from beelzebub to yahweh. he messes with us to spite the creator. we, the original man, remind him of his arch rival, yahweh. thats why he uses other races as pawns to destroy us. nothing we do will ever be successful so long as we are under our own will. hence the state of all black people all over the world. we aint gone make it economically in this lifetime but we can make it spiritually individually. and no i did not just speak swahili Wow, you need to get laid, seriously. |

buzugee: i see i am going to have to kick some ballistics up in here. what you people need to understand is that we as a black people are going through what we are going through because we are black. us black people are behind enemy lines. we are under siege. the only thing keeping us afloat is the few pious black people still praying and interceding on our behalf. listen, we are in a world controlled and run by diabolic fallen angels and we, black people, the original people, are the reminder to the fallen angels of the scorn he has for yahweh. we are the constant reminders of the lords creation. remember we were made in his image and the fallen angels hate his image. other 'races' of people have mutated away from that original image when the land mass gondwanaland split apart and drifted into extreme climes and these peoples features had to adapt to the climes and their melanocytes atrophied somewhat and stopped producing melanin etc etc. these other races are far removed from the image of the original man. our looks are a constant source of irritant to beelzebub. so seeing as he controls this world, he has made it his mission to destroy us and make our existence a living hell. he has occupied the minds of those who dont remind him of yahweh and is using them all against us to destroys us (racism, colonialism, slavery, etc etc ). folks we are under siege. nothing we do short of getting our protection from the bigger force (yahweh) will save us. we are behind enemy lines and all other races are the pawns used against us. i guess what i am trying to say is that religion is not what is messing up the black man, religion is what is keeping us from being wiped out completely of the planet. 'religion' being a constant dialogue with yahweh and submission to his will. those few religious people believe it or not are the ones that are between our state of affairs now and being completely destitute and re-enslaved and turned into farm animals. of course we have some white people on our side too. the ones who have refused to let beelzebub use their minds by becoming themselves followers of yahweh. its a hard slug yall. we behind enemy lines dawg. this is a war zone. do you have your bullet proof jacket on ? uh oh, guess area boys are not too fond of , Paragraphs |

1. why have you consistently tried to ignore the references to russia and north korea? I guess it doesnt square with your biased talking points right? 2. It is quite true that most advanced nations have increasing populations of less devout religious devotees, but these same nations were way more advanced than we were at a time when they had a large population of highly devout religious devotees. When you have no idea what devout jews have invented in the last decade then i'm wont to consider you another misinformed noise-making nitwit. But of course . . . ad hominems is the last refuge of the brainless. cgift: The jews are religious aren't they ? You tell me whether their people are not amongst the best in virtually all aspects of human endeavours! So what are we really saying then ?
Religion, when used positively, which is the way it should be, develops rather than inhibits growth and development!
There is no gainsaying that fact people!
So, African states are in poo , not because they are religious; you can clearly attribute it to some other factors!
Lets see how frosbel do justice to those other factors.
Thank you. Religion has never been a catalyst for economic growth anywhere, the Jews that are successful in the US work in Hollywood, producing violent movies and in banking and investments, where they steal from the working class folks, I wouldn't exactly call either of those practices as being in line with strict Jewish tenets. |

Gejeans: Good question All4Niga, have always thought about that, we celebrate shoprite, Goodies, parkNshop, oasis, recently Spar; all are foreign retail companies milking the nigerian populace. Until Nigerians sit down and think creatively and developmentally we will be slaves even to our fellow african countries. We have well to do Nigerians that can take up the challenge of setting up establishments like this, but shortsightedness, lack of insight, laziness(quick fix/quick money mentality) and selfishness has blinded and obscured our sense of good judgement.
Anyway i am privy to small indigenous company that has taken up the challenge, watch out for them, they are still in their very formative stages. Somewhere around Ogba they specialise in selling Fruits and Vegetables in a store environment. It's called Fruitivegies. Well said, it shocking to see that Nigerians can't even get together to open a freaking depeartment store , in all of nigeria, yet they build ridiculous mansions and drive the latest cars, goes to show that there is no ownership mentality in Nigeria, they prefer to suck the teats of foreign investors forever. |

Zero tolerance absolutely for violence, wether its a man hitting his wife or vice versa, and voilence includes verbal abuse, if your husband or wife verbally abuses you, time to leave, life is too short to deal with stress from work, school and the person who is "suppossed" to have your back. Its 2011,no woman or man should tolerate any kind of abuse or medtiation by family, because once an abuser, always an abuser. |
