MrCrackles:Now thats funny!! |
Just a couple of topics ago in the education section you required the same letter to your employer in paying monies owed you? What sort of payment request do you need? Services rendered? |
@ topic Its complete misinformation, a day old baby understands the fundamentals of wealth and management better.Dangote go broke? Some people can only hope so out of despise. @ Poster Perhaps you should rephrase the topic, " Impending danger in Dangote group" or "Peril looms ahead as top exec's at Dangote group exits" ![]() |
Is the advert only on NL hence the few apllicants? Just curious. |
Incidentally I have white 2nd cousins who still have our name but unfortunately it's an English name. |
If this mother did not inscribe marks on her own son and for whatever reasons feels the grandchild deserves it then we may be looking at a delibrate act towards breaking the marriage of her son.She might have done it out of sheer contempt for the wife. Perhaps revenge for something either the son or daughter in-law did. |
@ Ioma.Good job you even gave credit. For the benefit of those who missed the initial post. Thanks to poster. |
FBS:@ FBS. Actually the post is about 3 years therefore the incident happened in the ancient past. ![]() |
Of course, men date all sorts of women with whatever body size. If yoy pass the test by possesing a complete *&^%$$ then you're fit for use. |
Good move for starters. But act quick before you catch another left hook. |
And so? Did he mention any means by which to soften the grounds for the existing 129 million others in Nigeria let alone the 17 million ,does his department have a measure put in place to discourage mass migration and brain drain. These govt officials will impress more if they shut their feeding contraption. |
If it suits her in a good or bad way. Some fire never go out unless immersed deeply in the ocean. Majority live in denial of this but only out of morality. |
Of what use is my answer. geeez!! |
Let us know if you need physical support. I'm sure there are enough NL-ers willing to lend a hand. Just pray he doesn't find out about NL otherwise you're fried gizzard! ![]() |
I do sympathise with you but you don't seem to be educated enough to know what your rights are as a human being. If you're married to him consult a legal aid and strip yourself off him.If not, tell him you want to leave him and the UK and if he refuses to give you your passport which he won't call the police.People get scarred for life from abuse. Do this sooner before you bear a child for him otherwise you're in it for a very long time. |
Like most of the poster have suggested, a petition should be written and passed to the appropriate authorities. I wouldn't take the Fashola approach straight away perhaps the concerned area should take their grieviances to the local government first through their councillor/representative with the aim of pitching it with the governor if no positive solution or compromise is reached within a set period. Bombarding the governor with numerous complaints and issues that can be dealt with by other government departments could destabilize the mandate and plans of Fashola. The people/office responsible for the supply of facility must first be held accountable and subsequently the campaign taken upwards. @ Skyblue & Redman44 Can you enlighten me more about the existing groups that have emaneted from topics on this forum and what the criteria for joining are. What is the location of your group NDM? Even if it's to sweep after your meeting I'm interested. |
As sad as it is a lot of us have friends and families who are involved in this shameful practice but I believe majority myself inclusive will never turn them in, the main reason being the authority you're turning them in to are percieved as being corrupt themselves. So why waste time creating enemity with families and friends when even the authorities are corrupt. Until the wives and children of looters, corporate thieves and Phd schemers turn them in I personally won't. @ Poster Do you have any friend or family who's parents are public fund looters and pen thieves? Throw that question out to and lets see the reaction. |
Without comparison I think the homepage could do with a makeover, not like I have any user issues with the current one but if it's been suggested to you then you could possible design a new homepage for NL. I think the template is nice only i don't like the "Naiaralnd Forum" logo and also doesn't feel the "Forum" should be pasted so boldly on it.Ppl recognize a forum when they come across one. |
@ poster. I find your article very insightful. If I may ask ,is this a start off for an advert or are you providing free advice for intending entrepreneurs? I come across many post like this on NL only to be distracted with some product or scheme the poster wants you to join. At your ease can you quote the source of these top 3 secrets so we can all benefit from your goodwill and if possible involve you in the results of your valuable information. |
Would you be kind to let us know if someone on Nairaland purchases this 1.5 Billion naira property.Outrageous. |
If anything I think the government should bring these prices down, this generation have obviously been priced out of Lagos. What percentage of labour between ages 24-45 earn enough to afford a decent accommodation let alone become a property owner? It's inevitable that corruption will not go away for a very long time when the current situation makes it almost impossible to acquire a property if you are not involved in any sharp-guy activities. Logically how possible is it for someone who earns a salary of say 60k/month to get on the property ladder when his expenses are at par or even exceeding his income. The catalyst that spurns greed, theft and deceit are factors like this. Everyone needs to acquire something before they die and the moment it starts to look gloomy they jump on the highway and rob to achieve this.I personally don't think the prices will fall for a very long time since the country and subsequently the sector is run by selfish lots who would rather have all they can get at the expense of the people. As long as majority of us continue with our "I better pass you" attitude the gap between the very rich and poor will never close-up. |
. . . rises and claps for the wrirte up.Credit to poster and author. |
@ imperialco.Very good opinion. @ Poster. I think the most important factor here is not just to see the internet business at face value rather you should consider your interest, resources and skills and it's dependency on the internet for the success of your business. Its never ideal to jump into a venture you see people getting into for the sake of earning money. NaijaEcash has some very informative material on his/her website.BTW nice one naijaEcash. |
When your potential customers are able to identify their need for your product/service and positively seek this need satisfied.Though an unconventional product/service incurs a larger risk of failure if not properly executed but hey, this applies to common ones too. You'll see the green light if after consulting (trustworthy) people in similar fields they are drawn to the imagination of the concept and if your target market is highly responsive about the idea.Essentially, when you get more approval than rejection your chances are greater. |
i_laugh:Its a right that was endowed on anyone with the Nigerian trait to express their pleasure over the impressive condition of the great country. |
If he truly feels exempted, does he think the rest of us don't know why he wasn't invited? His image alone depicts the sorry state of the nation? Everything about this man reeks of disgust and it appears he just loves to whirl himself in the delusion that everything is under control.Whats worse are his adviser, this man has obviously lost the mental capacity to know when he's hungry or needs to pee. I doubt he he's able to tell blur from red. Bunch of life-wrecking ignoramuses. |
You lot are just crack-sters.This is very funny. |
Finally, I was able to read up till the last post so I could flex my fingers on the keyboard. If this story is true, I find what most pro- egbon Chris say about his ministry and the size and compulsory mention of this "bring down" syndrome utterly disgusting. There appears to be no form of indifference to the whole situation. How can the lot of you that worship in this church talk about size and how powerful the brethren is and forget he's just a man serving God and sent (if truly sent) to save the lost souls (if such exists). Some say he wasn't there when the act was perpetuated ,is that an excuse for not creating the checks to ensure he employs civil humans as security? Is someone saying along the chain of command there is no such thing as diplomacy especially in a church? Are we advocates of churches as private entities as opposed to what they really are? Public charities. The journalist could have easily being seriously injured or even killed and the most you unreasonable CE members can say is they are trying to bring him down? Yes, what is wrong in a journalist doing his job investigating an establishment he suspects of questionable operation? If the church has nothing to hide then their doors will be flung open to criticism and the god they worship (if thats what they worship) will vindicate them of any allegations.Isn't that what Christianity is all about "ALLOW GOD TO DO THE JOB". Some folks just can't help being ignoramuses (if that word exists). You proclaim your allegiance to a man and defend his actions. I don't think an apology is sufficient, the man should be awarded damages. Jeeez!! this is not about christopher/christian it's about his chuch. |
@ desgiezd Apparently so, you can rarely get anything done withough washing some hands and this happens more often than normal. |
@ Internet marketers-money,ebook sellers and the likes Is it so hard to comprehend internet business is not for everyone. If the industry is so lucrative why are a lot of you clamouring for people to either sell materials to or introduce into the business to while they part with their money? You don't find nurses or tailors go around telling people how easy it is to make money in their jobs. |
