I had someone from Nigeria. She was 40, with no husband or child. She was disappointed by life in Nigeria and needed a break outside Nigeria.
I made sure she could braid hair.
She always had FRIDAY AND SATURDAY OFF to work on a braid shop to earn extra $$$$.
She cooked her own food and ate whatever she liked.
She had her OWN ROOM WITH TV, her own phone I PAID FOR EVERY MONTH.
I made it clear she is responsible for her own health care o.

She has never fallen sick! I DON’T ENSLAVE HER.
It worked out well because she only worked from 7AM and went to bed by 8PM. She got paid EVERY MONTH in $$$$, not NAIRA. Above minimum wage too.
You respect yourself, she respects you.
