Here some issues with this your post:

1. What if the Father is christian and the Mother an unbeliever.

2. The ability to think is resident in the brain, the heart and mind in the bible refers to thinking faculty i.e the thoughts and reasoning process. Autistic people are not able to process what is good and evil because they are not sound in mind (brain, thinking). I understand the error concerning autism, a lot of people don't have experience with such people. Autistic people are helpless without some sort of training and assistance, so they cant even begin to understand what is good and what is evil.
Autism affects the thinking process and has nothing to do with the physical or spiritual heart, and the mind is resident in the brain, if the brain isn't functioning properly, the person can't be said to be of a sound mind.

3. The truth is the bible is not explicitly clear on what will happen to babies and persons with autism, we can only guess but we should be rest assured in Genesis 18 vs 25 “...Shall not the judge of all the earth do right?” . God will judge everyone fairly.

The bible quotation in my write up is not mine, its the word of God. if either of the parents is holy it covers the child(Stillborn, autistic and normal children) otherwise the child is unclean (What happens to the unclean is what remain to be revealed as rhema). But in all its the decision of the parents to cover their children with holiness(Salvation, eternal life ) or uncleanes ( damnation to hell) until they get to a stage of taking their own decisions.

Autistic people has a heart and mind that are not deformed. its their brain and body system that's malfunctioning, so they have the mind to make their decision of accepting Christ after hearing the word of God. Even the deaf also knows God and His son Jesus Christ.

Woah! Babies go to heaven or hell based on the beliefs of their parents - what of miscarried pregnancies? stillborn babies?

So asking the question about were will children go after death is not God's Choice but the Choice of their parents. God gave life to a fetus forming in a woman's womb, man and woman made the choice to destroy the life of that fetus. So also is the choice of a childs parents to decide where a day old child and other children will go to.

Can an autistic person or a baby make moral choices ? can such persons accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior ? both actions require a sound mind to take those decisions, but neither can be said to be able to have a sound mind i.e. the ability to think and reason out facts.

God's mercy is Jesus Christ, alright, does a baby know this ? does an autistic person know this ?

Yeah, the miracle of salvation in my life, not yet perfect but not where I used to be.

No one actually knows. If we are all born in sin, that would mean hell. But then there are many whose ability to decide good and evil is seriously hampered e.g. the autistic child and the newborn infant. I think God's mercy will intervene on their behalf.
There's a theory that these persons would be given birth to during the 1000 year reign of Christ on earth, in order to have an opportunity to live the lives they never had and have an opportunity to make the decision on who they will serve - it is a theory, and not backed per se by any scripture apart from the deduction that people will be born, live and die during Christ's 1,000 year reign on Earth.
Making heaven/Salvation is a gift, in the first place, as with the nature of gifts, it is the giver that decides who he will give it to according to his own terms.

I was shocked what I heard my neighbours maid telling someone behind my window how my neighbour refused to settle her and what she is planning to do to him.

From the gist the maid said since she came over to live with my neighbour she has never had rest.
My neighbour just say Mr John (I have to change the name for safety) lives with his wife and two little kids. And he is a contractor while his wife works as an accountant in a thriving company. So she leaves very early to work leaving the two little kids at home. Initially her mum was staying withe the kids till she left.

So now the man and the wife goes out together leaving the kids with the maid.

The issue now is, very early the man will dress up with the wife and escort her to the junction sometimes even enter car before her on their way to work.

But in less than 30 minutes he will be back home. By then the maid has drop the kids in school.

The next thing straight to the maids room and ...... Till he is done.

She said this has been going on for weeks. And the issue now she too want to gain or else we will make sure madam finds out. If he refuse to settle her.
