Messi is 34 this year. Once you pass 30, clubs in Europe look at you one kind (Arsenal keeps its over 30 year old players on one year contracts, renewable at the end of the year, and yes, it included people like Bergkamp for example)

Family wise, he has also put down roots in Barca. Last thing he wats to do is start uprooting kids and moving them from somewhere they know too well. (People like Tevez got around that by keeping his family in Argentina while he moved from club to club tho..that's something he messi can do.)

Once upon a time, most players played for one club for most of their careers, if not all of their careers....and never went anywhere else.

Messi has stayed at Barca because 1) he likes the club, and they have done a lot for him and his family 2) and then no club has been able to offer him terms that would tempt him away from Barcelona.

Imagine if your current employer wants to cut your salary by half and there are other companies willing to pay you any amount based on your level of experience and also ready to build their team around you.

What would you do?

OGS wanna keep 5 CBs for the whole Season. Jones won't play more than 2 Matches then his Season gonna be over.

i do have a knowledge of evolution. Even Darwin didn't have the wholistic data to back it up. You can't make a conclusion from insufficient data and call it it truth. The problem is that any contrary view againt the scientific community accepted standard are met with a stone wall. Stephen Meyer has given his argument using well established scientific method of thought but here you are dismissing him just like others. I am happy that there are well red scientist ( I mean PhD guys who agree with his argument )

To me evolution is just a believe system. There are not enough to call evolution the truth. Infact its still a theory and theories are open for debate.

No one calls evolution "the truth". Only Oversabi religious people like you do.

Darwin wasn't the first scientist to work on what we know as the theory of evolution. His work also wasn't perfect, that's why we have the modern theory of evolution.


Even though atheists like to use theory of evolution and similar scientific theories to negate religious beliefs and religious people do otherwise, scientific theories and religious beliefs are not mutually exclusive if you think about it.

You can be a pastor and still be a doctor and do well at both. You people should stop seeing scientific theories as work of the devil.
