Kindly follow me back, I want to drop a sincere comment concerning this situation in your mail.

These are things I don't want to say here.

@Benqozenero

You did nothing wrong by exiting the group even though I felt you should have explained things to him before leaving.

Personally, I think those issues you had with pipbasketings before you exited the group has been thrashed out.

But you shouldn't have replied the way you did.

That was the only place you erred, let's neglect what transpired about the exchange or no exchange rate.

Just reverse the roles and see how you'd feel if someone you helped previously is lashing out to you in such a manner.

You people should have really talked this out like mature adults.

Question Given an input number n, you are to reverse the number. E.G Input - 12345 Output - 54321
Input - 18352 Output - 25381
Input - 2 Output - 2
Why is everyone converting the input to string?
Am I missing something? undecided

Case-Switch as I know them. Would be nice if you guys can indicate what language you want the solution in. Some of us are from the very old school of programming. I'm talking BASIC and Pascal and even LISP
Any language will do.

One simple way is to use switch cases.

You are missing the point man. It is possible to build a fully functional average back-end application in a day, especially if you have built similar features several times before, but to build the front-end for the backend application will take longer. The average backend is more stable and pretty straight forward
The first guy said full backend in a day.

You are saying fully functional average backend in a day.

Issorite.

Do you know I’ve built more than 30 endpoints in a single day ? If I built it from the scratch, it’ll take a little longer of course.

If you have built middlewares for authorization for instance, I’m sure you wouldn’t want to build another from scratch. There are lot of functionalities you can abstract on back end.

Front end is not just about designing interfaces. You also have to connect to all the endpoints.

For every user authentication api I write, I have to write 5 times more front end codes to bring it to life - css, html and JavaScript. I also have to worry about responsiveness- to make sure it fits on every device and runs on even old outdated browsers.
This is a cheap attempt at glorifying front-end at the expense of backend.

If you knew how bootstrap and other similar css framework works you'd know setting up front-end can be a breeze. There are also numerous Javascript frameworks that'll make page interactivity simple. Unless of course you don't know about these.

There is no way you can build a full backend in a day unless you are doing CMS and other plug and play.

Even full front-end are not built in a day.

well you were coming close to the solution until i saw your code. don't forget the input is not an Array..the input is a positive integer just like the hint i gave annd you must return an interger too..in fact from the hint you should already know how the ALgorithm will be
So take a positive integer, push it into the array, pop the same integer and return it. Easy. grin

function returnInteger(value) {
let arr = []
arr. push(value)

return arr.pop()
}

You work is okay for a start. Before you jump to CSS, learn HTML5 tags like header, footer, section, aside, article...

Also try to separate different components with divs.

But you sure say no be because of girl you come learn code?

Lol. You heard me right.

If you’ve written codes long enough, you’ll see that a lot of them are repetitive. For example I have classes that perform simple CRUD operations, authentication, etc. More often than not, all I do is to change the models/schema and do a little tweaks here and there to match use cases.

I have a custom library I built that I install which comes with the boilerplates. I can’t remember the last time I wrote a backend application from scratch
Give me an example of a full backend you can build in a day.

Even though I believe backend is harder, I'd never say one can build a full front-end in a day.

If it were that easy, programmers wouldn't be getting jobs since guys like you can build it in a day.

I’m a full stack developer and I’ll tell you though I enjoy fronted more, it a bit tougher.

Most backend codes are re-usable across several other projects. You can’t say the same for Front end. User interfaces look different and some UI have crazy designs and effects that you have to implement from scratch

I can write a full bank end application in a single day - but I can’t build a front end with all the pages in a single day

Moreover, it’s a fallacy that backend developers earn higher
You say whathuh?

I know back end devs that think front-end is harder.
It is not easy to design beauty. It takes a special kind of talent.

Back-end is like maths. Anybody can solve maths.
Front-end is like architecture.
Architecture uses both sides of the brain. Architecture is harder.
If you indeed know back end, you'd know backend itself is architecture unless you are still writing spaghetti codes.

not really bro... wink
The only method I know does not allow push/pop, the one that does is a whole stack object.

Give more hints.

Edit.

I just thought of something, a sort algorithm would solve this. Sort the array in asc or desc order and pop out the last or first value. Even if in future another value is pushed to the array, the sort algorithm will take care of the order.

Is this the solution? Lemme write it.

Only someone who hasn't done backend development will say frontend is harder

Design database models and relations
Authentication
Security
Errors handling
Validation
Business logic
Request handling so server doesn't shutdown under heavy load
Real-time data with socket-io and websockets

This is like the basics of backend.... I've seen people write about things that leave me bewildered; Monolithic and microservices and other things that's just complex.

Isn't frontend just JS, CSS and HTML/JSX.... UI designers even do the designs, and plus a ton of CSS and JS frameworks

Not to start a war but have you really done backend seriously before?
I hate this programming dichotomy but only a front end programmer will tell you backed is just CRUD. grin

Have you ever integrated a payment gateway, have you ever hosted a website on a live server, I'm not talking static websites now.

Have you ever performed a CRON job? grin

there are points to prove the case.
1. How much was the vehicle bought for? If it is way too less than it is suppose to be, you don enter be that.
2. Were you issued receipt from the original owner of the property? Or any written note to that effect? Where are the original receipts of the property?

With this two points, the case have been proven already. But the sentence nor just match at all
This is exactly the issue I have with the judgement.

If we are sending buyers of stolen cars to life improvement, how would we judge a kidnapper or homicide cases?

Write a function that returns the maximum number N of an array using the following functions POP and PUSH in your code
HINT: Input = 15, Output = 15
I'm guessing this will require a stack data structure?

Good morning sir, I also forgot to add this yesterday. Maybe the reason I don't have friends is because I set a standard too high for me to accept someone as my friend and most of the guys my age around me are mostly yahoo boys and area boys who I can't really hang around with.
You need to lower those standards.

You need friends from all spheres of lives. Forget what you were told in church or mosque or shrine.

In my last semester in school, majority of my colleagues with a smart phone became a part time yahoo boy and that didn't stop me from talking to them.

In fact, I prefer thieves, fraudsters, prostitutes and those with bad characters to Christians, reason is from my experience those people are blunt.

See, a yahoo boy will let you know upfront he's into fraud. A prostitute will make it plane that she have sex for money. A drunkard will make it obvious he enjoys green bottles but most Christians are the worst hypocrite. They do so many bad things, worse than these guys but they come out to tell us all is well.
You just need to limit the friendship because if it's too deep you might join them.
So when next you see these "bad guys", greet them. Call them mama, baba, boss, chairman, Gucci boy, dealer, fresh, finest, importer exporter sachet water grin...

The best way to make friends is to hype your potential friend, people love it when their being praised. Even if he no fine, call am finest.

So make friends even with kids younger than you and if you are yoruba, attach little importance to this 'brother' title, if someone younger than you calls you by name just overlook.
Fun fact! If you compose yourself, most people younger than you will respect and call you 'brother', the rest that won't, just overlook.

Also, remove envy and jealousy from your life.

Relax your mind, have fun and laugh especially when when a joke is funny even if you don't like the person telling the joke.
