People just like twisting this man's words. When he said people should respect others faith he was also referring to the killers who couldn't respect the victim's faith. It's a two way thing and the respect should be mutual.

Spare me those "he was also referring to the killers..." Mr President shouldn't have made such statement. Ask yourself, was the woman beheaded because of her faith? Did the barbaric murderers toil with her faith? If no, then his statement directly means the woman should have respected the so-called faith of the Muslims.

I try to imagine the guts that one will have to slice the throat of a human being like he's killing a fowl. Oh, come on! Puke! Even me that can't kill fowl. That act is demonic.

Whoever killed that woman or was present and couldn't do anything to help is from hell. God will judge all of them.

Two years ago, I ported from MTN to Airtel cos I was upset with them... lol. Then today, I noticed their network was worse than poor, that's why I didn't include it. I actually bought it but didn't want people trying to load it and seeing error messages, think it's a scam. So I left it out.

If the writer of this resignation letter is to get a new firm and the firm asks him for a recommendation letter from his last employer.........(fill in the rest by yourself)

It's possible he might have carved out something for himself before putting up with this.

I am happy a civil engineering is in the house.. . That is what I have been trying to explain. My sketch above is not cellular raft, though it may look like one. a cellular raft will have two layer of slab, the upper layer (not to be confused as DPC will also be reinforced to be part of the foundation. The volume of the basement is stabilizing factor and the basement is not put into use.
A sketch below showing a typical cellular raft.

These are some of the major differences between cellular raft and other raft.
1. The vertical members are structural wall design to resist lateral (horizontal soil pressure) of saturated (wet) soil
2. The void or basement volume is a stabilizing factor
3. Both the lower and upper part of the raft are foundation member.

From the Cellular raft diagram, don't you think it will be wise to compact the voided area?
