nice talk or questions. But can u answer this ones
Who do we run to when we protest for or right of what we want and the executive send police to murder and arrest people? Who do we run to when the executive themselves don't listen to court orderorder. And uses dss to intimidate people. Who do we run to when anybody that talks about the government is raided or dss immediately start arresting or probing begins? I me that Is writing this too is still alive maybe tomorrow u get tracked that u talked truth about the government. Now who are the corrupt leaders and who should step down. The president is fighting corruption while he is master of corruption himselfhimself. Don't listen to court orders arrest and probes people anyhow. Where is our human right. Are we animals? The judges should be left alone period.
The DSS can break into their houses and arrest them but it can't commit them to prison without a trial conducted in public. The safeguards against a despotic executive are already there. The executive needs a judiciary to imprison criminals and a legislature to fund and approve it's budget

Pls pick up a copy of the constitution, its too early to start showing your ignorance, judicial offences and misconduct runs through NJC as long as our current constitution remains valid, no security agent can prosecute a judge, all they need do is to investigate and send findings to NJC now if we dont like the idea of that lets change it simple, but as long as the law is there respect it
Read the relevant provision in the attachments i provided. You would see the provisions do not concern criminal prosecution rather removal from judicial office. The law is clear. For removal from office that's the procedure to be adopted.

Love. We mostly talk about love as if it actually exist.
Love in itself is an act... Not emotions so to speak. To assist your enemies and help a stranger against all odds.

Humans don't have the capacity to love. What we experience is responsibility. A responsibility to love (Act even against our will) our enemies.

This is something I might outgrow and understand better maybe as I get more spirit filled.
What do you call that emotion that informs your decision to act. For example you walk on the street and encounter a man in a well or pit. There is an emotion which triggered allows you to share/sense the danger the man in the well is in. I want to know the name you ascribe to that emotion.

Also one can be responsible and yet be indifferent. A soldier could know he is responsible for the safety of his charges and yet be indifferent. And where the soldier isn't being watched his responsibility towards his charges declines

You'll just sit down in your dingy living space and declare a person "guilty" based on your own jaundiced sentiments- motivated by media reports.. Whose job is it to declare a person guilty or otherwise? You or the courts?

Pathetic idiots everywhere.
The wording: innocent until proven guilty is a procedural rule that borders on substantive law. It is merely for the purpose of a criminal trial. This however does not bar the public from engaging in a debate about the guilt of the accused. If I genuinely believe the judges are corrupt or that a section of politicians are corrupt I can express such beliefs in a guarded manner to avoid slander

Another fool exposes his underbelly.

Even if anything incriminating was found in his house, such evidence would be inadmissible in court - for the simple reason that searching his house without a valid search warrant is an illegality. Then again, even if money was found in his house, money in itself, no matter how large, does not constitute an illegality. The only illegality lies in HOW the money was acquired. And it is the EFCC's duty to provide evidence that the money was acquired illegally.

Bottom line:

No evidence obtained illegally is credible and admissible in court. Get that into your thick, uncivilised, and primitive skull.
Nigerian law allows illegally obtained evidence provided it is relevant. The Supreme Court as well as affirmed that principle. The remedy left to the judges is sue for false imprisonment or intrusion on privacy (human rights).

It's in the U.S. that illegally obtained evidence is regarded as tainted or unusable

Check out Nixon v. United States https://supreme.justia.com/cases/federal/us/506/224/case.html

The US practices about the same constitutional democracy we practice albeit with slight differences. A Chief Judge was convicted for perjury and his conviction was used as a basis for misconduct. And subsequently he was removed from office. So a judge's removal from office is not the same with a conviction

Mamman Daura is President Buhari’s nephew. His father is the elder brother of Buhari.

Mamman Daura has a son. His name is Kabir Daura. He is President Buhari’s Personal Assistant.

Hadi Sirika has an elder sister – a niece of Buhari. Her name is Amina Zakari.
Amina Zakari was INEC acting Chairman last year.

Then there is Aisha Abubakar. She wasn’t even a member of the APC. But all that didn’t matter. But today, she is the Minister of State for Trade, Industry and Investment. Her mother is Buhari’s sister.

in what you are about to read if there is any verse/quote that u disagree with you can highlight it and i will provide my proofs for the claims.

MUHAMMAD (PBUH) PROPHESISED IN THE BOOK OF DEUTERONOMY:
Almighty God speaks to Moses in Book of ►Deuteronomy chapter 18 verse 18:
"I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and I will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him."

Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) in the New Testament:

►Al-Qur'an Chapter 61 Verse 6:
"And remember, Jesus, the son of Mary, said, 'O Children of Israel! I am the messenger of Allah (sent) to you, confirming the Law (which came) before me and giving glad tidings of a messenger to come after me, whose name shall be Ahmed.' But when he came to them with clear signs, they said, 'This is evident sorcery!' "[color]

►John chapter 14 verse 16:
[color=#990000] "And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you forever."

►Gospel of John chapter 15 verse 26:
"But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me."

►Gospel of John chapter 16 verse 7:
"Nevertheless I tell you the truth; it is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you".

Some Christians say that the Comforter mentioned in these prophecies refers to the Holy Sprit. They fail to realize that the prophecy clearly says that only if Jesus (pbuh) departs will the Comforter come. The Bible states that the Holy Spirit was already present on earth before and during the time of Jesus (pbuh), in the womb of Elizabeth, and again when Jesus (pbuh) was being baptised, etc. Hence this prophecy refers to none other than Prophet Muhammad (pbuh).

►Gospel of John chapter 16 verse 12-14:"I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now. Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth is come, he will guide you unto all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. He shall glorify me".

The Sprit of Truth, spoken about in this prophecy referes to none other than Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)

►Isaiah chapter 29 verse 12:
"And the book is delivered to him that is not learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I am not learned.

When Archangel Gabrail commanded Muhammad (pbuh) by saying Iqra - "Read", he replied, "I am not learned (quran)".

THE QURAN IS THE WORD OF GOD AND AN UNDENIABLE PROOF FOR MUHAMMAD’S PROPHETHOOD

►[i]The Quran is completely different from all the other books in the world

►The Quran, which he brought, has challenged all mankind with all their literary geniuses and scientists, from the first day of its revelation to the Last Day, to produce a like of it or even a single chapter of it

►The Quran was revealed in 23 years, yet there are not any contradictory points in it

►The Qur’an is beyond compare from the viewpoint of its styles and eloquence

►Prophet Muhammad was unlettered and no one had heard him say even a couple of poetry. However, the Quran also challenged the known experts in poetry and oratory and forced them to surrender

►Despite its apparent simplicity, the Quran has such depths of meaning that everyone from the commonest of people to the most high-ranking scholar, scientist and literary man, finds his share in it

►The Quran describes man with all his physical and spiritual aspects and contains principles to solve all the problems that may appear at any time and in any place concerning all the social, economic, juridical, political and administrative fields of life. Furthermore, it satisfies both the mind and spirit at the same time and guarantees happiness in both worlds.

►The Quran unveils the mystery of man, creation and the universe

►Even though revealed in parts on certain occasions, the Qur’an is equally universal and objective where it deals with particular issues as it is exact and precise where it deals with universal matters

►The Qur’an contains at least the principles of all the branches of knowledge either in summary or detail and not even a single piece of the knowledge it contains has ever been contradicted.

►“As time passes, the Qur’an grows ever younger.”

►The Qur’an addresses and legislates for all in all times

►If Prophet Muhammad had written the Qur’an by himself, he should never have mentioned some incidents concerning him.

►There are answers to many such questions in the Quran that one who does not have an all-encompassing knowledge could not have answered them.

►To claim that Muhammad-God forbid such a thought!- invented the Quran means that Muhammad, who was known as Muhammad the Trustworthy, was-we beg forgiveness for having to narrate such a false claim-the greatest liar and cheat history has ever known.
First of all if you are going to quote the bible for support you must accept the bible's divine validity and its consequent incorruptible nature. That's a precondition you can not do without.

Second where can i find the requirements that state this and that must be what a Quran must have before it becomes valid. In other words what is the source of the requirements for the Quran"s validity.

Third isn't there a sentiment value to the Quran that people will feel repulsed by any attempt to discredit the holy book?

While we deliberated on taking it up with the police and all, my dad was busy reasoning on challenging them cos he understood their language and commuted with them, especiall one of them that had formal education to SSCE Level. I learnt from the farm manager that because he insisted on going to school, his father's wives, numbering 5 refused to give him his share of the inheritance which was actually quite a fortune. He didn't mind, but the foolishness of the wives was evident in that he was an interpreter and helped with
transporting their produce to the city where it will be bought, else, they'll rot away in the deep farm settlement all to themselves.

Dad got an audience while I went round the farm snapping evidence of the colossal damage the cows did to a month's maize on height. I felt like taking physical action. Well it's about to involve the police.

While they were talking, the old man that owned the cows said he wasn't aware that his sons(the man looked 86 and his eldest son was 17) encroached our farm. He apologized and popc decided to make them pay with mutual interest first. The interpreter's talk got me suspicious and I shifted closer to hear what they will offer.

The old man wanted to offer a meagre 5000 naira for the damage his cows did!!!!

My dad refuse and I interrupted to tell my dad that he better let this peeps pay well for their damage.

They supposed to pay nothing less than 60k but here was the old man, saying 5k!!?

I got angry and told my old man to use negotiating tactics and tell them he'll get to them but refusing the 5k. he stood up to leave and they now in fear, double it to 10k.

Not enough still..... but from what happened yesterday I could deduce that

1) These Fulani herds men had no value for anything not theirs

2) The fear of repercussion makes them do stuff to even the extent of being the agressor.

3) The detest formal education, Western as they call it.

4) They swear a lot

5) The owners of the cows they herd are mostly politicians based mostly in Abuja

Pics follow.

The police will enter the matter by Monday!!

Satan chose to become proud. Although GOD placed him in an exalted position, he began to think too much of himself and his splendour, and not of the GOD that gave all these to him. He began to feel he deserved homage due only to the Creator, because of his exalted position.
Then he must have been foolish to 'choose' pride despite knowing it's pitfalls. He must have known the futility in besting God. Besides i have reservations that pride is a conscious act rather it's a feeling that comes before the thought of pride. Emotions come when they wish. love hate etc come without active thoughts

GOD made it clear to Satan many times that the path he was about to take would lead him no where. However, he allowed pride and jealousy to blind him.

You give birth to a child, and then you continue to warn him that sexual promiscuity will only lead him into contracting venereal diseases. If he eventually contracts HIV through sexual promiscuity, whose fault is it?
Did the Devil choose to be proud and jealous or it was his predisposition to be proud and jealous?
Christianity Etc › Re: A Sincere Question For Theists: Where Did Evil Originate From? by Kay17: 9:26am On Oct 13, 2016
DoctorAlien:
Kay17,

Lucifer was not ejected from Heaven immediately pride was found in him. GOD, ever loving and merciful, cautioned Lucifer severally. Lucifer was jealous of Christ, and argued that Christ deserved a place in the counsels of GOD no more than he himself does. GOD clearly set out the position of His Son, Christ, as GOD. He called a heavenly council and made it clear that all and sundry are to worship and revere Christ just as they worship and revere GOD. But this only stoked the fire of jealousy in Lucifer's heart. He wanted to be worshipped just like GOD. GOD explained to Satan that the path which he was about to take would only bring discord and ultimately lead him to destruction. But all the warnings fell on deaf ears.

Conceit turned into pride, and pride into self-exaltation, and self-exaltation into full-blown rebellion. Lucifer became Satan(adversary), and was cast out, and his doom sealed.

Thus, Satan cannot say he wasn't aware of the consequences of his action.
Is the Devil a God?

If the devil saw that he couldn't defeat God, wasn't he unwise to attempt to? If he couldn't foresee then he has no freewill. If he could foresee but acted in detriment of his interest then he is foolish.

Either way, he couldn't have freely acted for either the lack of foresight or for foolishness which is an unconscious disposition.
Christianity Etc › Re: A Sincere Question For Theists: Where Did Evil Originate From? by Kay17:
DoctorAlien:
GOD did not create the angels robots, who would not have a mind of their own. They had the freewill to choose whether to serve Him or not. GOD desires that His Creatures obey and serve Him out of love for Him as their Maker, and the recognition of His excellence, glory, majesty and wisdom. GOD created them with freewill because He wanted to make His nature of love obvious to His creatures, and also for them to understand(as is the case now) that obedience to Him is 100% for their own good.

Satan could choose to rebel against GOD because he was not a robot. He had freewill. That said, the origin of sin and evil in the heart of this terribly powerful, majestic being who once stood in the presence of GOD Himself, is mysterious and unaccounted for.
But does an individual really have freewill when he is not omniscient? The lack of an absolute knowledge and the existence of ignorance prevents humans from picking their true choices. Humans lack the foresight to see the chain of consequences and effects of their actions or the proper nature of their actions. Also misguided people can not be said to have acted freely when they act under poor thoughts.

There are also unconscious influences on our actions. The nature of our personality which was involuntarily formed, skewers us towards particular types of actions. insane and dim witted people can not be said to act freely. or a child can not be said to act freely because it's cognitive abilities are limited. This should apply to insane persons and retards.

Look at Macbeth's story. Macbeth thought he was acting in his interest but he acted within a false insight. He thought he would rule for long but his reign was bound to be very brief. He thought he was invulnerable and invincible but again he was making his choices on false insights.

I strongly believe the attributes of being human prevent us from acting freely. We are too narrow minded with brief memories and we rely too much on the past with the false belief that's obtainable in the future.

Only Gods can act freely in my view.

Let's get this straight. This is the first time I would even attempt to use foul or harsh words on any Nigerian leader. The DSS is in charge of intelligence gathering and internal security. It is not their job to arrest "corrupt officials/judges". Let the EFCC and ICPC do their jobs. Secondl, the DSS is under the control of the presidency. If theyy carry out illegal acts that reduces Nigeria as a whole to an animal farm and a wildlife conservation, then I have the right to call whoever is in charge of that office, any name I deem fit. I am a Nigerian and I have a say as to what happens in my country. The president doesn't have the right to misbehave and do whatever he likes;Nigeria is not his father's property. Whatever action he takes that affects I and other Nigerians negatively, has to be frowned at and condemned in the strongest possible terms. If you must fight corruption,do it within the ambits of the law. Nigeria should not be reduced to an animal farm because of a person who isn't in the first place, qualified to be a local govt chairman. cool A current Governor enjoys immunity in terms of prosecution and the inviolability of his person.
9) The Judges in question have issued unfavourable judgements against the arresting Agency in the past, thus casting aspersions on the motive for their arrest.

ISSUES FOR DETERMINATION
1) Did the arresting Agency actually procure an Arrest Warrant from a Court of competent jurisdiction?
2) Did the arresting Agency adhere to the rules governing the procurement and execution of a Search Warrant?
3) Did the arresting Agency exhaust the option of extending an invitation to the suspects before procuring the Arrest Warrant?
4) Did the arrested suspects at any time pose the risk of taking to flight?
5) Does the arresting Agency not have people at all the land, sea and air borders to prevent an escape of the suspects?
6) Did the arresting Agency at any time write a letter to the National Judicial Commission (NJC) highlighting the offences committed by the suspects and demanding their release for an interview?
I leave this for the Court to decide !
.

What about the urgency required to prevent the disposal of critical evidence such as physical cash?

No matter the effort /work they put - that's continually having sex - there will be no baby . They now pray to God . If they stopped having sex or "working" after the prayer , will they conceive a baby ? No . They need to continue having sex coupled with their faith/prayer to God - God's intervention - for it to be effective . Then they conceive and now have a baby even though various tests have shown they are both infertile .

There are numerous testimonies like this .

no you got it all wrong, God commands us to love even our own enemies, but that doesnt mean that we should share in their ideologies. For that same scripture of love ur neighbour u ve been basing ur arguments on also warns us sternly to not be equally yoked with unbelievers; light and darkness cannot co-habit, like the op said, marriage involving two persons with different ideologies does not work in the longrun atleast 99% at a time.
Strive for the bigger picture. Marriage is just one of the means of forming community. Community between families and strangers is the goal of marriage. So when you say believers and children of light ( Which now stands for Christians) should not yoke with unbelievers and darkness ( Which stands for non Christians) you are implying that these groups of people should not commune or unite as a single community.

So aside from marriage, you are in essence saying Christians should not adopt unbelievers or welcome them or commit to a deeper relationship with them.

Being in a healthy community does not undermine your individuality. Secular nations show brilliant experiments with multiculturalism. People of various ideological backgrounds can coexist even in a marriage.

Imagine you want to cross a river to the other side of the land . See prayer like a boat that can enable you to go the other side of the land .
