well you are just one man,let other men decide, only a feeble mind will think it begin and ends with just a pretty face, the couple up there are heading to the altar, if it was by being attractive, I don't think she has it, so speak for your self, matured men know that after the container, the content is important too, and btw I don't fall into the unattractive category, so stop worry your shallow mind about it
I agree with you that contents matter but people are psychological predisposed towards attractive people. Do you approach unattractive men in the first place?

Unattractive women DMing men is what men do not want. Attractive women can DM them because those are women they ordinarily chase
Christianity Etc › Re: Do Animals Have Rights? [argumentative Discussion] by Kay17: 6:12am On Sep 20, 2016
It depends on how we award rights and the purpose of such rights. For humans the human being is considered as an invaluable entity worthy of protection from exploitation or destruction.

There is also a self interest end to it. A global recognition of A's rights as human is likewise B"s.

Other animals could be perceived to have rights exist as a specie. A right against extinction. Such a right serves humans as well

Attraction is the hidden key here. Men want attractive women to DM them not any woman.

It is such a cold world for unattractive people

I am happy for them honestly.

I try as much as possible not to judge people's taste,in who they date or even get married to.

Because as they say, beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. Would HungerBAD be caught with a lady dressed like the one I am seeing in this pictures in Public?no.

Let alone even making her a wife.

There are a lot of things the White people took from us Africans when they Colonized us. They took us as slaves, they stole our artifacts, they forced their religions on us,they forced us to speak their languages.

But one thing they did not take from us is our Culture and Beliefs. The African Culture teaches our women how to dress respectfully by covering themselves up decently.

Ishilove come here.

I have started gathering money to move from Sango to Agege for us. If this is how you dress, tell me make i use my money start pure water business.

as much as I wish to see the recession go, I don't like the idea of government selling off her assets. Should it happen that previous government has been selling off assets like that this government might not be living in Aso Rock cause it might have been sold. First way out of recession is the President talking less cause whenever he opens his mouth investors fly away. This economic team seem to be overwhelmed by the situation and all their policies has been countered by our own tested and trusted economists like Soludo, Sanusi, Pat Utomi and many too numerous to mention. So it's time to thank and sack them or keep them around to learn from the masters in case of future need
When it's time to walk the walk critics like you shrink. Most of the economists have suggested this solution and they gave Saudi Arabia as an example.

Investment › Re: CBN Warns Nigerians Against “MMM”, Calls It Wonder Bank by Kay17: 7:16am On Sep 16, 2016
naira0:
CBN got it all wrong when they tagged MMM a deposit money bank. For the newbies, there is no central account system in MMM. In fact, MMM runs an open system where you are able to call and interact with whom you are about paying before you proceed with payment.

For my first payment of 500k four months ago, one of the participants whom I paid was even my friend in the neighborhood. This scheme is so real and amazing.

CBN are only acting to protect their interest since people are now less enchanted to deposit monies with banks only to get a paltry sum as interest or even nothing in return.

This is only a follow-up to the campaign of calumny previously launched by the Nigeria Security and Exchange Commission. I can tell you right now for free that the cabals in Nigeria are at it to frustrate the one thing that is putting smiles to the faces of Nigerians in these hard times of recession. You must not let them succeed. MMM is the real deal.

However, you MUST invest in MMM with the limits of caution.

In fact, may I use this moment to lend my voice on the MMM project

For starters, here are a few things you need to know concerning MMM

MMM is a mutual network, where people provide money (Help) directly to each other in automatic private offices via the internet, with a growing Help Index called Mavro.

The power/reward of giving lets you receive 30% growth rate monthly on the amount you donated to a participant in the community.

MMM is 5 years plus globally and has over 240 million participants in 118 countries. This basically makes us the largest financial donation exchange platform in the world.

HOW IT WORKS

Let's say you provide help of 100k today. At the end of the month you are entitled to earn your 100k + your 30% interest + your Bonus money ($20), which makes it N136,000 collectable at the end of the month.

In MMM there is no such thing as a Central Account where people lodge monies into. All transactions are done peer to peer between members directly via their bank accounts.

MMM Nigeria was launched last year November and currently we are over 24,000+ members.

The IDEOLOGY behind MMM is to make the exchange of money fairer and balanced between people and also to create a world of financial freedom where people can freely assist each other to carry out projects or meet their needs without having to rely on financial institutions who in turn demand humongous and bizarre interest rates.

The aim and mission statement here is "Financial Apocalypse", why? because the world's financial system is built and structured to favour the fortunate and select few.

In MMM it is not mandatory to bring people on board (referrals) before you can earn! However, when you do, you will be rewarded with a 10% referral bonus on the First deposit of your referrals Provided as Help.

The question is where does the 30% interest come from since MMM does not collect our monies?

Good, the 30% interest comes from us the participants.

How? Through regular activity of Providing Help (PH) and Getting Help (GH) and the added inflow of new members.

So why does MMM have to rely on this? Well, as we all know, no business on earth can sell off an empty shelf, so the way a business relies on sales to pay off expenses, wage bills, etc; that is the same way the PH + GH activities are so vital and quintessential to MMM as a community. They are the oil that lubricates the mechanism (MMM). Additionally, because the business is internet-facilitated, the resultant internet traffic so generated is enough to make Mr Mavro remain in business. (You can ask Linda Ikeji and Mark Zuckerberg about the power of internet traffic- Google pays a lot of bucks for this traffic)

Funny enough this is how financial institutions (banks) operate but their's is Centralized, while here in MMM, it is Decentralized simply for the participants to enjoy.

The best and only thing I can say is MMM has helped my life. I have gained massively from it, and I'm very much ready to help others see an extra source that will suppress their financial struggles.

There are "doubting thomases" who doubt and rationalize. They may do well to continue in their baseless arguments, while the smart ones are smiling to the bank.

Mavro is not paying a dime from his pocket. It is normal human beings like you and I that pay each other.

If you invest today, you must withdraw exactly 30 days later. Should leave refuse to withdraw i.e Get Help, it will NOT earn you any interest. This is contrary to rumours being bandied about that you can abandon your money on the platform and continue reap your 30% profit. This is plain fallacy! To make profit, you must PROVIDE HELP, and after 30 days, you are qualified to withdraw your principal investment including your 30% accumulated profit. This cycle will continue on and on. So the scheme cannot possibly collapse. At least not in the near-foreseeable time.

I was thought that knowledge is power but in my years of business and experience in the financial principles governing life, I can say that knowledge is Money.

Information is relevant in creating wealth.

Even the good book says, 'My people perish for lack of knowledge'

Are you getting the right information?

The time to act is NOW! HURRY up while it is still hot.

For the faint hearted and those who require financial management guide, I will personally mentor you and advice you while you go about this project. I have a formula for these set of people.

As for the brave hearted like me, who are ready to invest BIG, you equally need tact and guidance to not only break even, but make it BIG within the ambits of caution.

I am readily available for more of your enquiries and to assist you do your investment.

It may interest you to know that for any one genuine product, there are multiplicities of it's fake counterpart.

Yes, you have to WATCH IT, as fake MMM sites are already springing up.

I read with amazement the story of downsizing/retrenchment of unity Bank staff yesterday. While it is true that the economy is in comatose. I keep wondering why is it the hard working lower cadre of staff that have to be sacrifice and suffer for the sin they never commited?
In all the banks downsizing exercise that we have witnessed so far,why is it that no staff in GM cadre or principal officers is being affected?
Are we saying that these category of bank's staff are immuned to downsizing. It is a fact that the major cost of any bank are on these category of staff. Imagine a GM earning as much as 3-4m per month apart from other fringe benefits. In some banks, a GM salary can comfortably pay a whole branch staff salary.
I used to know of a bank ED that all she does was to share joke a joke on mail to all staff everyday
Because they are harder to replace due to their broad experience

As copied from http://www.naijalandproperties.com/community/fct-abuja-3/what-is-the-difference-between-power-of-attorney-and-deed-of-assignment/

Popularly,a power of attorney is a document that gives another person the power to utilize or carry out activities as stipulated in content. It could be ordinary or irrevocable power of attorney. The extent of what an agent can do for the principal are usually stated in the POA.
While the deed of assignment is a document executed/signed by both parties to transfer the title of one to another. both Deed of Assignment and Power of attorney are both instruments for transfer of title. You only need to know which particular document is being used as the instrument in that area.
Now, let us move to Abuja FCT.
For a deed of assignment to be effectivie, you must back it up with consent from FCT Minister. ofcourse, this is not easily available as it could take up to one year or more. It is possible for somebody to transfer all his title with irrevocable POA. Especially, at AGIS, you MUST present a Power of Attorney if you are not the original allotee for proper documentation.
The power of attorney creates an agency relationship between the donor and donee. The donor being the principal while the donee is the agent. Although there can be an irrevocable power of attorney, the principal is able to side step the agent if he chooses to. He can sell the property to a third party without the consent of the agent.

Thereby making the power of attorney a very unattractive attempt to transfer interest in land.

I repeat, for a sale of land to be successful under AGIS, there must be a Power of Attorney together with the Deed transferring title. Which will be registered for a fee.

Go to AGIS and make your findings Sir.
Does a power of attorney transfer interest in land?

Doesnt a deed of assignment convey the remainder or residue of the term the original allottee had?

Does the AGIS recognize the transfer of land from the original allotte to an assignee?

Is a fresh C of O issued to the new assignee?

Justcash:
The effect of the drop in oil price was compounded by Buhari's administration, which led to a recession. Saudi Arabia is not in a recession.

Secondly, was the government not aware that oil prices was down before deciding to sweep the huge financial Capet off the feet of Nigerian banks? Didn't they know that it would worsen the already bad situation. Government aid banks e.g. Study the impact of US government's bail out of banks and how it helped the US to reemerge. This government should have taken context into consideration. They should have taken a gradual implementation approach. They would have reached the same goal without causing much damage.

The drop in oil prices did not throw Nigeria into a recession. Government's self-destructive policies like the approach in Niger-Delta, unguarded utterances and forex policy that affected local production caused our recession. Oil has risen to $40++, we would have been better than we were 2 years ago when it dropped to $20.
Explain to us how Saudi Arabia and other oil producing countries were able to prevent a recession whilst Nigeria wasn't. Because that vital detail was omitted from your post.

What is the proper channel for bailout to banks?
