They put them up for sale.
They sell them.
They buy them.
They pay.
They collect their money back. Well, I may be wrong though…. |

Yoruba political leaders and monarchs are the best. They're the most law abiding in the whole country. The so much love the people to always keep calm and watch themselves hack to death while the law enforcement agents are never involved. All hail the Yoruba monarchs and political leaders! Hip hip hip! Hurray!! And to that slowpoke by the moniker Silvernorgold, you will never receive sense. Your arms will be forever folded while even your inheritance be taken away by whoever threaten you with even a broomstick. |
Third picture though….
They turned him to, "From dust thou east taken, and to dust shalt thou return."
He isn't dead yet, but he's been turned to dust. |
Similar river is in Ogun State, Iwopin area, just forgotten the exact name of the village. The river was named 'Sooure' (can be pronounced as 'Show-ureh') It is extremely deep, but very clear that you can see the bottom of it including all the fishes in it. The most dangerous part of it is, it is very cold, and could freeze you to death in a matter of minutes. That's why no one goes over to its open areas to fetch water, they rather go to where it turn sideways and get water from it's shallow bank. |
SegFault:If we can reverse time to 1970, I'll love it better… because I won't have been born then, so I'll just be able to avoid being born. |
josephubah111:UC Browser is quite different from UC Turbo. Talk of speed, install UC Turbo. |
SegFault:If possible… |
Try UC Turbo….
Thank me later. |
It might be good if we had to time travel back to the past… Better that we won't have to deal with the Nigeria-Biafra war again… Best because the war was over by 1970. Then we can begin our economy on a better scale, while watching out never to mistakenly vote in same politicians again, or dictators seizing power as in those days.

HORLADSTAR:I should be asking you that… |
That's 2012 Model.
Cool ride though. |
HORLADSTAR:You're indeed a slave. A very loyal slave. |
Gang90:My dear brother, well, I know soon enough, you will come to realize you're all alone in this world, and that those you think really love you are not that much of their displayed affection towards you. I know what I am saying….saying this out of experience. |
Gang90:I understand your situation very well, even with the little I've read from your comments, but I won't want to talk about it. But what I'll still advise is, once you have the capacity, try moving out of your brother's place. Then, you'd have your privacy. Good luck bro. |
I won't be saying much about your brother and his wife making use of your room while you were away. They might be sending you a message, or they ain't aware you might be returning that soon. One thing is, if you have the capacity, get an apartment and try leaving your brother's place. I imagine you saying you don't like her, hit the point, you hate her; and that ain't healthy for your soul. Even if she doesn't respect you, learn to ignore whatever will poison your heart. When you ignore it, they will have no impact on you no matter what they bring along. You'd have that inner peace. But one thing I'll advise you on is, to be a priest as you said, you will have to put up with many things. I am way older than you and I am also a virgin but I won't go into details on why I am still a virgin. If you tend to find people disgusting to you, you still have a lot of work to do on your person. I'll be frank, being a priest even isn't what you need now, but being a workman for the LORD in His vineyard. I still have a lot to say, but I'll pause here…. |
At the end, they will still be pushed and forced on us as the leaders of tomorrow…. Nigeria…. which way? |
![]() I won't comment…. because if I do, my ban may come by order from above…. |
This country is getting boring by the day…. |
I have 4 copies already. But getting one more is a gift I'll still appreciate. Especially the red letter edition and concordance with missionary journeyings of Christ and Paul. |
Got this on Facebook, screenshot and I believe it made a whole lot of sense.
|
It seem nobody remembers: Pengo, Phensic, Barclays Bank, Honda CD195. Good old days…. |
Xcide, imagine you being in an elated position/office in the nearest future. Imagine you successful and able to live a better life wherein your mother will say secretly to people, "She's my daughter." Killing yourself is not and will never be an option. There are people out there who care about you, wanted just a little of your attention to make their day a memorable one. I sure do understand how it feels when one gives up. I have been there. But do you know what keeps me going even when I get depressed, down, rejected and unwanted? It's inner peace. Don't ever try to kill yourself because it will be a huge relief to whoever wants to see you fall. They'll only say, "Good riddance." But give no one such chances. Let your success bring them to shame. Just as someone once offered to check on me once in a while, I'll also offer to check on you once in a while, "if" you don't mind. And remember, suicide is not and will never be an option. |

I actually didn't want to comment on this thread, but I will. Forget the online bashings, Igbos and Yorubas cohabit peacefully. There are even some areas wherein some Yorubas wish their neighbours were Igbos. I have seen and observe their friendship and relationship on a better scale than with other tribes. So I think the nairaland bashings are just for fun, likes, cruise and amusement. Never take it seriously. |
If only renaming it will apply to certain changes required being made. |
jpmoriarti:I repeat, if you do not understand the Bible, shut the bleep up and don't twist it. Christ came that all may repent and not to continue in their foolishness. What Jesus said was go and sin no more, not go and continue sinning. |
