I hope Coquelin can provide adequate defensive cover for the entire back 4; im a bit worried abt the "Song - Per" CB combination. They will be free targets if Coq is easily overwhelmed by the mid-field strenght of VdV, Parker and Modric.

Hello house, its been a while and I'm glad to see you guys dishing out helpful information and making people's dreams a tad possible here. I deferred my admission and should be in the US for the spring session at least on the 3rd of January '12. My question is this, my 1-20 just left for Nigeria yesterday and it takes at least 4 weeks to get here, The school told me so and I know for sure when my package got here for fall session. The school's got an arrangement with a shipping body and it'll take 3-5 working days to get here. Should I fast track or will it be too late when it gets here October ending? Late enough to pay my sevis fee and get a date at the embassy? What do you guys think? Any useful input is welcome,
The only thing you need off your I-20 for now is your SEVIS number so you can ask the admissions or departmetal office to send you a scanned copy to work with while you wait for the original; then book your interview for a date around end of October when you're sure you will have received it.

("3-5 working days", it should arrive inside the 2nd week, you might have to call the shipping or postal company)

but seriously,  lets consider Fergie, Mou and Wenger.      can u honestly compare the disciplinary approach?

Mou is probably the only manager i know who subs a player, and removes in in 10 mins for not following instructions (boularouz)   say what you will, he takes no prisoners, and funny enough he coaches world class senior players with large egos, yet they always end up liking him so much. not bad for a guy who isn't nice to foolish players.

as for fergie. nna meeen, that niggy is the man!!!! nuff said.  i dont need to start citing examples. we all know his ways.

arsene is not popular for ANY disciplinary way, except of course the new "mysterious injury" dobosky pointed out.
I'm sure Balotelli will never think of another cheeky back heel attempt @ goal after Mancini subbed him for it in pre-season.

Sh1t like that keeps players on their toes, but in Arsenal , its like the worst performing players are guaranteed to get more games with no punishment for abysmally poor displays.

AW 'pampers' his boys a lot and until recently, covers up their on-pitch fawkups. Imagine not saying a single word in the dressing room after d 8-2 humiliation by ManU (when some players were looking forward to the blasting) , and fielding the chief culprit (Djourou) for the next game.

He needs to be more strict with them and get his a$$ off his seat more often during games.

Funny enough, the only time I ever saw Wenger screaming and almost pulling off his hair off was in the 3-0 whooping of Tottenham  some seasons ago. We were 3 goals up and dude was going bananas but in games when things don't go right, he sits tight and warms the bench. Ironic !!!!!  undecided undecided

please can someone help me with schools for undergraduate in use that doesn't require toefl and the possibility of getting admission is sure.thanks
You shouldn't be thinking of skipping or avoiding TOEFL or SAT right now because taking those exams will help you a bit during the visa interview stage, even if the school waives any. Not taking any exam makes you come across as an unserious student, an impression you dont want to give any VO ; besides, I dont know if undergraduate schools waive TOEFL.

These bandits dont need any extra guts to go public with their operations, they know how incompetent and inefficient the Nigerian Police Force is.

Lol what why are you contradicting yourself.

Any married man dating any single lady, is irresponsible.
Right on point.

Girls that chase after married men obviously are not driven by the search for "responsibility" in terms of decency; they do so for other gains some of which have already been mentioned here.

We have responsible and irresponsible married men; ditto for single men. End of story.

Jack Wilshere to undergo ankle surgery

Jack Wilshere will undergo surgery on his right ankle on Monday morning.

Wilshere has recently been wearing a protective boot aimed at allowing a stress fracture of the ankle time to heal naturally and avoid surgery.

However, scans this week have revealed that the fracture has not responded positively during this period.

Throughout Jack's injury, the Club has been guided by the continuous advice of several world-renowned specialists. The information attained this week has led to the conclusion that surgery is now required to gain an optimal response.

Wilshere is now expected to be out for a period of months. Following surgery these timescales will become more specific.

A Club spokesman said: "We have given Jack time to heal naturally which is important wherever possible with a young player. The latest scans show surgery is needed. Everyone at the Club wishes Jack a speedy recovery."

Oh deary me !!! Another case of "never-healing'' injury.

Bolton under Allardyce and I would have have resigned myself to watching us lose or draw again. But like us, they've not had a good start to the season. They have won only one game against QPR at the start of the season.
With that in mind, Il say it all depends on which Arsenal team shows up on Saturday. Our Champion's league team that beat Udinese home and away and drew away to Dortmund or our EPL team that struggled to beat Swansea and lost scandalously to ManU,

We'l know in less than 24 hours.
Lol, that they've had a poor start like us is no guarantee we'll sweep them away. Before last week, Blackburn was worse than Arsenal but they used us as a stepping stone to jump outta d bottom.

Dunno what to expect, I can only HOPE we play well and win BIG, we've been served too many disappointing surprises this season so far. Can't really watch any game with confidence until we get back to winning ways with convincing performances (not like the swansea game that ar0used so much skepticism). Wanna see arsenal back in the form they used to be when they intimidated and killed off smaller teams with their passing and goal scoring.

Meanwhile, it's good to see the boss trying to fix new deals for Theo, RvP & Song, I was beginning to wonder how soon he would do that or if he will wait till it's 1 season to go on their contracts and d vultures start hovering around them.

The ranking system involves male and female teams at all level(U-17, U-20, U-20, U-23 and senior team) over the last 12 years.
Super eagles performance may not directly reflect on the ranking system system result due to all the other teams
If so, then Nigeria should be No.1 in Africa. If Im not mistaken, the Nigerian teams @ all other levels apart from the senior male team, have done better than their African counterparts.

Went to d bank dis morning, all they can say is dt they hav done a negative amt on d guys acct, so once he pays in i will b refunded. Wat if d guy decides nt to operate d acct again?

its really strange how honesty is difficult to find, how can you just withdraw money that u do nt know how it gt into your acct. Am sure d guy wuld b claiming na baba GOD don do am.
I'm sure he sees it as manna from heaven.

If they have already done a -ve amount on the guy's account then your money should be ready for collection. They dont have to wait for the guy to pay in money before they return yours. The guy might neva use the acct again, so will you wait forever ?

I will say, the teller was negligent (probably under pressure) and you are partly to blame too; but in the spirit of "the customer is always right", the bank will assume full responsibility and  refund you at the end of the day.

12K is not too much to be "unofficially" refunded  by staff members of the unit (depending on the bank sha). What bank is it again ?

@ Kay Dee: infact the Indians really help themselves. Less than one week after arrival, they had a big Indian welcome party for themselves with linking up etc. Whereas, no single nigerian even cared whether I arrived or not. Even when I went to dubai, it was thesame thing, Nigerians running away from Nigerians. Nigerians hate themselves that is why the country lacks progress.
Nigerians hate themselves ? ?. They must all have the same "fly away and run from Nigerians" impression that people are tryin to instill in you now. They might have their reasons for saying so but I've never had any unpleasant encounters with Nigerians and I hope I dont.

I live in San Pablo bay area CA and I school in Texas, most of my friends here are Nigerians; I'm cool with everyone and were all good and nice to each other. I have friends from other Countries but I feel more @ home when I'm hanging with fellow ''Naijarians'', no regrets ever.

The Indians help themselves probably because they re not skeptical about each other but if Nigerians have this bad  impression about fellow Nigerians, then we will all repel each other like the north end of magnets. It's up to you to choose if you want to "run" from Nigerians for no just reason or if you will be open to meeting and relating with fellow Nigerians.

I hope you meet the right people though.

your information is fake and very misleading. I watched the same news at channels tv, stop been economical with the truth. A task force guy abitrarilly demolished peoples home without authorization  from the state ministry of environment and accepted that he never got instructions from any authority to carryout the demolition on telly when asked by the governour. The governour cld not believe what he just heard from that guy that he was carring out an unlawfull demolition of peoples propertises as a result he odered 4d guy to be arrested and charge to court which was the right thing 2do and u r here distorting a televised incident, i douth if u watched that news or a story u heard and rushed here to post a fake info.
What is fake about the story? you are saying the same thing in the story, just using other words. Look out for the words 'controversial'' and ''mischieviously'' in the version of the story I quoted.

I am not in support of the task force guy but the part I do not agree with is the manner of the extra-judicial arrest which is not normal in a civilized society (that, you call "the right thing to do"wink.

The guy was was wrong for not getting approval before demolishing but he was employed by the Governor's Office and should report to the Governor in an ''official'' manner instead of  being treated like a social miscreant who had no license to demolish.

Again, I find it amusing that Oshiomole asked him "By your training, what do you know about town planning ?" and I wonder if he didnt think about that before putting the guy in that position which is what I see as one of Nigeria's main problems, all the wrong people in the wrong positions. So, Oshiomole is partly to blame and should tidy up office matters in an official way instead of trying to act all "supermanish".

In the interim, time for the permutation and combinations, here are our next 5 games and it's not getting any easier, about time the team started approaching every game as a cup game to get us out of this mire.

H Bolton Wanderers
A Tottenham Hotspur
H Sunderland
H Stoke City
A Chelsea
Yeah, that was the first thing I checked after the game and it's quite worrisome cos we're potentially 7 points behind the 4th placed team and 11 from the top with an abysmal goal difference. Ive been trying to see where we can rack up some decent points and goals from and with the confidence levels the players are on right now, Bolton and Sunderland games wont be a "stroll in the park"; Chelsea, Tottenham and Stoke have never been easy fixtures. If 3 or 4 teams behind us win their games this weekend, then we'll be swimming in relegation waters again.

On Monday Governor Adams Oshiomhole of Edo state ran to the scene of a demolition exercise in Benin city. The governor visited the site to see how some controversial demolition was executed by the state Task Force on Demolition of Illegal Properties.
Apparently angered by some demolitions that he claimed was mischievously done by the team Mr. Oshiomhole publicly scolded Major Lawrence Loye (rtd), the task force chair. As it turned out, Major Loye and his team had demolished buildings belonging to the former governor of the state, Samuel Ogbemudia and a former senator, Roland Owei. Both men are strong political "heavyweights" with close links to the governor.

As shown in this video, Governor Oshiomhole not only scolded the task force chair but the military in him took over as he ordered the arbitrary arrest of Major Loye for carrying out his duties in the state.
