Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Start This Business That Will Change Your Life by Kaylexzy(m): 4:57pm On May 06, 2019
njuwo:
I'm been seeing people around this forum complaining of how they've been searching for job with no remedy. I was in their shoes until a friend of mine introduced me to a business that changed my life last year. Normally people charge people 50k to teach this business which is called mini importation but my friend taught me for free. In a bid to at least reduce the rate of unemployment I want to teach 50 people mini importation for free. I'm going to create a whatsapp group for this training, if you want to learn and start making money like me, drop your whatsapp number let me add you, once it reaches 50 persons, I'll stop adding and start the training at my free time, thank you and God bless you.
Interesting... I'm very much interested.

I'm only interested in Oyo state right now.

grin

Ok, lemme just chip in with my opinion.
Congrats to Sanwoolu for winning Lagos. That's my state. Tho my preferred candidate was BOG. Even tho I knew only Jimi could give him a good run. But I also think Jimi lost woefully cos of his approach sha. He just didn't put in the same effort as in 2015. Tbh, if the O to GE movement was done in 2015, it might have been a huge success in Lagos.

That aside, I hope Seyi wins Oyo. That will send a clear message that nobody owns any state once the people decide to stop sleeping and tale back what's theirs.

Politics / Re: Seyi Tinubu: Bola Tinubu Positions Son To Be Governor In 2023 - Sahara Reporters by Kaylexzy(m): 10:28am On Mar 01, 2019
ugo4u:
The way Lagosians are being manipulated by one man defies human logic and every known scientific parameters of manipulation, the obvious iberiberism seems to move to a higher pedestal every election cycle. The irony of everything is that the same people shouting Otogè are the same people rooting for a "demigod" and everyone is scared to challenge the status quo especially the media( save for Sahara reporters).
These same puppets including journalists have shamefully joined in the bandwagon of praise singers, who are always quick to point to developments in the state to the blueprint of the Jagaban Nimrod without making inquiries/ forensic check on the humongous revenue generated in state vis-a-vis the level of development. To them Ambode was the best thing that happened to Lagos state but suddenly became a Villain because one man thought otherwise of him, prolly for not working with the "blueprint" of the systemic looting of the state treasury. Imagine the media attention that wiuld have being generated if it was Saraki that was captured on cam recieving Bullion vans of monies, both the EFCC, DSS, etc would have swung into action.
Honestly, I won't blame Yorubas for this because Lagos is a metropolitan city with people from diverse ethnicity and also with the pattern the SWners vote Tinubu would have being history by now, he can't try this in Oyo, Ogun or any homogeneous SW state. Lagos state that is presumably full of intellectuals have cowered into the hands of one man, and have swallowed the philosophy of baba sópe politics hook, line and sinker. A state where touting have being made lucrative and glamorous while those in the academia are left to languish in obscurity and nothingness. Sanwooulu who is now the next best thing after sliced bread for Tinubu's followers might also be kicked out if he don't follow the "blueprint" and people will not ask questions, and you people want to tell me that they've not use Lagos's pant.
Una mumu never do.

Can I like this comment a hundred times?
You just said it all.
Lemme just add this, from what I saw in the last election in Lagos, there are many ways to win an election here in Lagos and the electorates votes counting isn't one of them.

You actually made my point @the highlighted. The fact that Salah would make the top 3 of the Ballon d'Or ahead of the likes of Leo Messi, Neymar, Mbappe, Griezemann, Eden Hazard, etc. clearly shows that the fix is in from the beginning. The world wants an Arab muslim footballer to do well. They need someone they can use as the "face of the game" in the Islamic/Arab world. That's what's going on here, bro.

It's all politics!

O pari

Lol. Bro, I beg to disagree cos there are no facts nor figures to backup such claims.
Mo Salah according to the voters deserved to be the 3rd best footballer in the world.
It was a record breaking year for him! Please give him that rather than bringing up conspiracy theories.
Modric deserved to be named the best according to voters.
Tbh, if the Balon d'or of 2018 was left in the hands of the public to vote, I kid you not. Mo Salah would win. Dude has got a crazy fanbase on Social Media.
But still there are no conspiracies here. 3rd in the world? Well deserved! The numbers/ achievements don't lie.

I agree intoto with John Ogu. I have already criticized the entire CAF selections, myself, on twitter yesterday.

Wilfred Ndidi should make that list. He's better than both Patey and Keita. Ekong also is better than Bailley, so he not making the list doesn't make sense either. But, hey, that's CAF for you ... they never fail to disappoint.

In addition, Fancesca Odega ought to be crowned the AFPOY. She won the Women's AFCON, the South African lady didn't win nada. Finally, a case could be made that Sadio Mane deserves the APOY more than Salah. Mane had a better World Cup and he's having a better season so far. Football isn't only about goals shocked

O pari

I'm indifferent to a lot of things you typed. But what I'm gonna criticize is Mane over Salah for APOY, that is ridiculous.
Take nothing away from Mane, I actually prefer him to Mo Salah (Personal preference). But you just cannot compare someone who made top 3 of the Uefa awards and is officially the 3rd best footballer in the world. Like when last did an African player make the podium for The Best Player in the World?
Also, I can't categorically agree that Mane had a better World cup compared to Salah's, like they both got knocked out in the group stage. They never made it far. Salah was his team's top scorer tho, not sure about Mane.
